What do you like best about the product?
99,9% of business cases are done in a messy excel spreadsheet. Symbe has somehow managed to pivot from that. Next generational.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is transformational in many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure where to start:
Time-saving
Win-rate improving
Sales-cycle reducing
Discount reducing

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has made it so easy to create business cases that my prospects and customers love.
Being able to collaborate with my champion directly on the business case is a bonus!

Nothing I can think of right now as the team are consistently making improvements!

Symbe helps me to apply a value based approach to all my deals. I have already had a huge reaction from customers - it saves us both time when having to present a business case during the buying process.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything - and the fact I can share and collaborate with my purchasing prospects, automatically generate exec summaries with AI, and download as PDF just makes is even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really I can think of. The customer service is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My purchasing prospects always ask for me to help them build a business case. Now I can just share a precreated and populated template in a very sleek design. Super helpful and time-saving.

What do you like best about the product?
I always struggle to put a business case together - having to work in a messy excel, and then spend time to create a presentation.
With Symbe I can access my business case templates and very easily share and collaborate with my champion to get the information and metrics needed that the Economic buyer cares about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. What a wonderful tool. I use it every day. So happy I don't have to use excel anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the creation of a business case - saving me a lot of time
Automating the presentation layer - saving me a lot of time
Giving my prospects access to the business case template - giving me an advantage vs other competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a business case used to be a complex 'admin-task'. With Symbe I have a template for each sales scenario, which makes it so so easy to configure a new business case for any new prospect I'm engaging with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. And any request I may have, the Symbe team address right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to esily and seamlessly configure a business case per prospect - saving me a lot of time, and gives me a clear advantage when engaging with a prospect as I can demonstrate the business value of my proposition in a very visually appealing manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides clear insights that help drive more meaningful customer conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It only took me a few minutes to get my head around connecting the basic maths of our proposition to the overall ROI, but the software is simple to use, and the support from Symbe is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long sales cycles and multiple decision makers can make it really hard to maintain a Value based sales approach. Symbe helps us showcase the value of each individual element of our services that are relevant to the individual decision makers, in a way that is simple, scalable and highly compelling. We can include the deeper detailed calculations that matter to each stakeholder, and roll-up the value of each into an overall single slide with ROI and payback time calculation for board-level approval.
