Indispensable!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo daily to record my client interactions and be able to revisit them at any time. The tool is very useful both for note-taking and also for making progress and getting feedback from others on certain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes encounter bugs: either Modjo or the note-taking tool does not activate at the start of video calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo for all my clients meetings to be able to record every topic covered.
It helps me a lot for my mail summaries and also to be focused during my call not taking notes on my TO DO as I know that everything is registered and notes are taking. It's a life changing tool as for my strategic thinking to take a step back and plan but also for my operational tasks as they are all listed.
I love the fact that we can get back to a specific point/ moment of the discussion and share the call with other internal collaborators to be able to cease the moment.
It enhances the product devlopement inetrnally as we can share insight and feedback from snipets.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislik about Modjo except when the note taking do not appear during a call for any reason.

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo is an important tool in supporting teams on a daily basis. It is very useful for the goal of upskilling new employees as well as for implementing new processes.
Modjo also allows for sharing information between different teams and for recording important exchanges with clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Modjo to be even more useful in saving time on time-consuming tasks such as meeting reports. The AI is coming but still needs to be optimized.

Modjo is a tool that we can no longer do without for skill development and information sharing.
What do you like best about the product?
Modjo is very practical for sharing information with people who were not present at the meeting. It is very fast, and it saves a lot of time on exchanges, and promotes a written culture. Modjo also allows you to ask for opinions/advice from your professional circle, which greatly simplifies skill development. Finally, note-taking is simplified. You no longer spend your time writing down all the information during a meeting since everything is recorded directly in the CRM thanks to Modjo. The team is also very present if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modjo could go even further in the use of AI (propose clearer next steps, implement tasks on the CRM based on what emerges from the exchange, simplify the visibility of note-taking on the CRM)

The precision of the tool, the responsive customer service, and the possibilities it offers. A tool to use daily and include in one's routine for more results.

The rating system which is sometimes inaccurate.

I appreciate being able to tag managers or colleagues to get constructive feedback on a blocking issue.

The analytics side is the feature I use the least.

As a junior, this solution allows me to develop my skills faster and to be comfortable with self-analysis.

- There are still areas for improvement regarding the use of transcripts with AI, but the topic is part of the roadmap!

- Modjo allows the optimization of information collection/synthesis from each of our phone/visio calls.
- It also allows us to identify coaching levers for our teams (which themes to prioritize, etc.).

Managing all the information that is delievered in sales conversation used to be a nightmare - I can now find very easily the information I need when I need it.
