Best product ever for sales coaching

Thanks to Modjo, we've been able to better understand the obstacles to conversion and onboarding is increasingly qualitative.

I use Modjo every single working day since 2 years,
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UX
I can rewatch my calls to be very precise on my deals, but also coach the team with their calls
It's very usefull to share calls / demos with prospect
It's a no brainer that it improves the closing rates of all the AE team, but also the pipeline generation by SDRs
The new AI capabilities saved me a lot a precious time
It's a must have to do correctly my Sales job, but also coaching the team and onboard new joiners

I would like the comments generated by the AI to be more personalizable, but the first step they took is already great

Taking notes during the call is a problem because you can not focus on what's important : conversation with your prospect / client
Modjo helps a lot to be efficient on this, and not loosing a single piece of valuable conversations that can bring a lot of money to the company
It's also long to onboard new joiners in the Sales team but also in other departments (CS, Products)... with Modjo they can have a direct and precise understanding of Sales conversations with the market

Great software! Modjo's AI capabilities are a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is Modjo's ability to analyse recordings and split them in different chapters. This makes it easy for me to skip irrelevant parts of the recording and really focus on the important parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I start a call in Google Meets, Modjo triggers a push notification asking whether I want to record the meeting. This is not ideal because I first need to ask for the participants' permission to record before hitting the record button. So I usually end up declining the request and then start the recording later on. However, this is definitely not a deal breaker.

Analysing recordings and ability to share parts of recordings with the rest of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to find all my calls in the same place, so that they're properly logged in salesforce and I can see trends in the topics they cover.
We've set up call replay routines and it's become quite transforming for our sales team.
Whenever a sales person has a question following a call, they can mention me on modjo and I receive the link on slack.
Finally, I can share the recording of the meeting or just the passages with objections to my prospects in my digital sales room topo :)

Modjo helps me prepare follow ups reducing my sales cycle and improving my close rate. I can easily find the moment i want to listen again.

- Good account management support for launch & follow ups
- Ease of use
- Ability to tag calls and build a library to facilitate onboardings
- No code implementation (we were already working with Aircall / Hubspot / G suite)

- we had some call quality issue but they were not related to Modjo but impacting the usage => dependancy to other tools
