What do you like best about the product?
Deel is easy to use - it's user-friendly! Everything is straightforward. it also gives you a comprehensive list of all available payment institutions that you might need to transfer your money fast and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier, I had to wait for 3 days before I received my money from the bank I nominated. It even doubles the days when it passes through the weekend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The currency conversion is transparent and is also up-to-date. Deel will also tell you how much is their fee - which is fair enough compared to other companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very smooth and easy, the platform has an excellent interface, and the people working at Deel are supportive and always fast in their replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricy; as a client (but still employer) we are missing out on the onboarding part, and it is also difficult to know how that works and explain it to a candidate we are offering a position through them. Also, we could have managers from our company with only access to approve annual leaves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us answer local questions we can anything about.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - no need to be tech-savvy, payments made on time - no delays, advance salary for emergency situations, organized tracking of payments and invoices, several payment options to choose from, perks and insurance
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing to be unhappy about! Just one thing - automatic log out in just a few minutes of inactivity. Maybe that can be lengthened and improved so you don't have to log in as frequently. Other than that, I can say that Deel is very easy to use and it has everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No hassle payment processing for contractors, minimal transfer costs, excellent customer service available 24/7, auto-withdrawals, notifications for every transaction, and well-organized invoices

What do you like best about the product?
- The platform is easy to use, and the interface is not noisy.
- The pricing policy is reasonable.
- Many withdrawal methods for our contractors from many different countries.
- Contractors are not charged for the Platform use.
- Quality and professional support with a personal touch, and fast response.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The invoices approval process might be time-consuming when you work with dozens of contractors on Pay as you go contracts.
- Salary insights tool does not have enough information yet (not enough countries and roles).
- If a Company is located outside US and Canada, pre-employment background checks are not available yet.
- It would be really good to have the option to consult with labor consultants about country-specific labor laws (regarding freelancers) on the Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel supports our engagement with contractors and freelancers, making the overall process simple and fast (from KYC through payment to contract termination)

What do you like best about the product?
The product is incredible. I love that it simplifies an ordinarily complex, confusing and cumbersome process into a sleek UI, with a very simple establishment process. It takes what would ordinarily be an incredibly painful task (one I also do not really have time to complete given I am also trying to start a business) and turns it into an enjoyable product and experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is price. $480/mo per employee adds up quickly as a seed-stage start-up and may cause us to re-think our use of the platform as we scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is saving me invaluable chunks of time by allowing me to bypass: 1) researching legal requirements of employing in various jurisdictions; 2) hiring lawyers / accountants to ensure we are compliant in said jurisdictions; 3) calculating and processing payments, etc. The fact that it is all wrapped into a beautiful and simple product user interface that I can integrate with my systems is great.

And finally (and potentially the most important point for me) is that Deel assumes the risk of any non-compliance of the EoR arrangements we have. The peace of mind this grants is so valuable compared to the alternative of using lawyers / accountants who would provide no such guarantee (and take more work on my behalf!)

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with the Customer Success Manager (EMEA), Beth Sher. Her responses are prompt and accurate. She continues to exude patience with me as I learn and grow in my role at Semrush. Beth has been supporting Semrush for about two months now, and while her time has been short, she has been nothing but impressionable. Beth's ability to plan a strategy and ensure it’s implemented accurately and quickly has contributed immensely to the recent successes in her transition to the Semrush team. She is creative and hardworking and often helps with any issues that may arise. Her international hiring knowledge and experience with the company make her a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is some of the features on the platform. When issuing payment, I have to select 'confirm I've paid' and sometimes the site glitches, which has caused issues in the past with payroll. However, when faced with issues concerning payroll and employees, the Customer Success Manager - in North America, Zachary Paruch, was always responsive and helpful. He always went above and beyond for the needs of the employees and any inquiries I may have had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel was the most competitive platform fee, and this is what helped drive Semrush to hire the most candidates all over the world. The efforts in hiring are a constant battle, but Deel has constantly issued a budget-friendly fee. What I dislike the most is some of the features on the platform. However, when faced with issues concerning payroll and employees, the Customer Success Manager - in North America, Zachary Paruch, was always responsive and helpful. What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the platform. I also like having the same point of contact for questions. Deel was always SO FAST to respond to my questions and needs. Way easier to use vs other PEO's I'm familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a contact number and that staff could be reached via phone. I highly value speaking on the phone, especially when working with deadlines. I had to reach out on LInked In and ask someone to call me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to employ a candidate who lives in Canada. This candidate happened to have a license that wasn't necessary for the job. Deel was able to hire this person with no problem, and by the date we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has an easy-to-use platform. You can integrate various tools, set up auto payments, and easily track your team members' onboarding status. We barely have to log in because we know Deel is taking care of our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobility has recently expanded their scope and taken on more volume, which is good. However, gathering all the information needed for a potential candidate took longer than we'd like - especially in the competitive job market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a smaller company and a very lean operations/HR team. Deel not only frees up our team's time and lessens our workload but also provides the team peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Started using Deel for two months now. I can say that it works really fine for me. The transaction is always smooth, and the transfers work fast. I am not charged transfer fees compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love all the things about Deel. Nothing to be compared to others for now. Just continue to provide good service and improvements to your clients. The faster and smoother transaction, the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems Deel is currently solving right now. Over All good. I hope you continue to provide good services for me to be more productive. which I believe help me me grow.
