Deel is for everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and intuitive it is to navigate the Deel platform. Many other platforms are not very user-friendly for people who are unfamiliar with them, but with Deel, I was able to adapt easily in a way that made me feel confident in what I was doing. You can use the app without any problems right from the start. I've been using it for over a year now, and it's one of my favorites. Their customer service is excellent. They are available 24/7, and I never have to wait more than five minutes for assistance, even at night. If they need me to do something, such as verify my identity or provide additional information, they give me simple, step-by-step instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like having to use an authenticator that has to be on my phone, but it's for security, so I put up with it. I really have no complaints about your service. Perhaps you could offer more free trial periods for other affiliated apps, but other than that, I'm very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had to change a lot of personal information on my accounts, and that involves a lot of security protocols and a lot of time spent on those changes. They very kindly walked me through the process step by step and showed me how to change my information without any problems. They are also much faster at processing payments. On other payment platforms, it took at least two days for my payment to show up in my bank account, but with them it is immediate.

Communication. For example, they informed me that I need to redo KYC after I got paid (not before). For a while, I’ve been unable to access my funds.
At some point, Deel announced they were switching the provider for the Deel Card. I checked with support, and they confirmed that the replacement card would be issued to me free of charge. However, later on, they told me I would have to pay the issuance fee again. Eventually, they simply denied me the card altogether, stating that the new provider is not willing to work with me.
In the app, my card is still stuck in the "In Review" status. I’ve contacted support multiple times asking them to fix this so I could submit a new application, but nothing has been resolved.

Everything is laid out is very simple and easy to use. Any issues I had was handled quickly & professionally.

Because of the two-factor authentication I appreciate having piece of mind with the sense of security. Also the ease of direct deposit makes life easier, no running around town to banks or Western union or the like.

I don't have anything bad about deel, perhaps the most complex part is adding payment output methods for banks, it's a bit confusing, but I think it's just a problem of fear or something...

It's easy to create international contracts, and in no time at all I'm receiving payments in a safe and unbureaucratic way.
