Deel is very easy to use and it also helps you in times of need bec of the "advance" feature

Deel used to be reliable, but not anymore
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for five years, and overall, everything was fine. There were occasional delays in deposits or withdrawals, but in most cases, issues were resolved quickly.
However, this month, Deel and its partner banks have outdone themselves in absurdity.
I requested a withdrawal on March 6th in the afternoon. Attention—March 6th!
Today is March 16th, and Deel support has done nothing but send me template responses that make me sick. And I think you’d feel the same because these responses do not solve the client’s problem—they only cause frustration.
They haven’t provided any ETA. They just kept sending me generic replies for several days, then suddenly asked for address verification and the name of the exchange where I requested the withdrawal. I responded immediately because I desperately need this money to cover my living expenses.
And now, once again, I’m endlessly waiting for who knows what.
Summary:
• If you’re looking for a payment service, do not choose Deel.
• If you have an alternative, run from Deel.
Because one day, you might wake up and realize you can’t pay your bills just because Deel and its partners decided to hold on to your money while feeding you meaningless templates instead of actually solving the problem.
It’s extremely disappointing that in the 21st century, customer support can be so useless and completely disregard client needs.
In just one moment, a company can ruin its reputation. Instead of my constant recommendations to colleagues and friends, Deel is now getting a clear anti-recommendation.
I understand that my review is just a drop in the ocean for them and that my money means nothing to them. But it matters to me, and I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy! As a career contractor, I've worked with several online timekeeping systems and Deel is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like? Everything you want or need to refer to is at your fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy timekeeping between me (the contractor) and the client company. I don't even need to send invoices, because Deel covers everything the client needs. I even get paid quicker!

I really appreciate how easy it is to receive payments through Deel. The platform takes care of everything, from currency conversion to ensuring that payments are made on time, no matter where I’m located. It’s smooth, reliable, and I never have to worry about delays or missing payments. The fact that Deel handles everything in multiple currencies is a huge plus, making it simple to receive payments in the currency of my choice. It’s definitely made managing payments for my work a lot less stressful.

One thing I don’t like about Deel is that it can be a bit limiting when it comes to certain features. While it’s great for receiving payments and handling the basics, there are a few aspects, like the contract templates, that feel too standardized. I would appreciate more options to customize contracts or manage certain details the way I want.

Deel is solving the headache of managing payments and compliance for global teams. It handles all the complicated stuff like taxes, payroll, and legal rules in different countries, which is usually a huge hassle. For me, it’s a big time-saver. I don’t have to worry about different tax laws or currency conversions, and payments come through smoothly and on time. It’s just one less thing I have to deal with, so I can focus on getting work done without the stress of administrative issues.

nothing to complain about. I would recommend showing estimated payout dates earlier in the UI process.

What I like most about Deel is the standardized payment date line and the availability of diverse withdrawal methods that ranges from Deel card, bank transfer services and Cryptocurrency for users to chose from and conveniently access their funds whenever payments are made.

What I dislike about Deel is the absence of it's top-notch services like Deel card that facilitate fast tracked withdrawals with little or no charges in other parts of the world like Africa and Asia. This has compelled users like myself in this areas to alternative highly charged withdrawal methods of cryptocurrency and swift transfers that additionally comes with delays (3 to 5 business days)

Deel is solving the problem of fast tracked payment to remote workers globally by instituting multiple and suitable withdrawal methods to users. This is highly benefiting me as the introduction of cryptocurrency withdrawal method has make it easier for me timely access my funds and use when ever payment are made, saving me from the stress of bank transfers.
