The dream that is Deel and Tiago
What do you like best about the product?
- Hiring in multiple locations
- Hiring in locations that allow us to provide visa sponsorship
- Our Account Manager, Tiago, is genuinely amazing and one of the main reasons we continue to use Deel rather than pushing our own local entity set up

What do you dislike about the product?
- It would be really nice to ask employee experience questions live via the platform, but not a huge issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Deel allows us to offer perm contracts to our team in many locations that we otherwise wouldn't be able to hire from
- We can quickly pivot our hiring strategy - if we decide we need to hire in a certain time zone, we can just do it, we don't need to set up our own business and wait months to make it happen
- Deel also allows us visa sponsorship support in locations where we have a payroll but no ability to sponsor

Its a user friendly system. Very understandable and easy to operate.
What do you like best about the product?
The separation between the employees, between everyone's contracts, the way the employee is presented in the system is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a contract feature where there is a division into departments and not a level in the bar itself. It will just make it simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How Deal is those who employ the employee mainly solves many legal problems, and as a company, you deal mainly with the team member and not with everything around.
Our overall experience with Deel has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
Account manager response times - Tiago always responds and helps us where he can. It's an example of going above and beyond and means that we are usually able to quickly resolve issues with employees or potential employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee experience team response times. When our account manager is on holiday for instance, we often find that the employee experience team takes a while to respond. However, this is not all the time.
There could also be more proactivity in letting clients know well in advance when changes are to be implemented.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to employ people in locations where we don't have entities. It means that we can focus our efforts on other areas of the business without having to worry about entity set-up in those areas for the time being.
Responsive company
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team at Deel is great. Very patient and quick to respond with solutions in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compliance department could do with better procedures or transparancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is streamlining payments for over 50 contractors.
Tiago from Deel has been amazing to work with! He has made the experience 10x better!

The 1:1 contact I have with our CSM is the best part. Our CSM is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having Deel entities in some countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hire around the world.
I’m an accountant and we use deel for our payroll and other payments process.
What do you like best about the product?
Okay so Deel has actually our monthly payment process quite easy and quick. We can make adjustments at any time. Moreover the various categories of our contracts help us to create contracts different types of employees. Option of off cycle payments is a blessing because our vendors are paid in seconds without any road block.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest deel to mention the interbank rates being offered to us because in case of conversions we only get to know about rate when the payment is uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel's support team and their representative Tiago is highly cooperative in case of any difficulties. Moreover they are working with us to give us more options about contracts categories
Deel platform has made it a lot easier to employ internationally.

We love the platform that team members able to log in and check their payslips, time off, look at their contract, and see payroll items ahead of time.

The Employee Experience can sometimes be delayed in answering our questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to consolidate hiring our contractors and EOR team members in one system. They also have great integrations that have made it easier to utilize their systems.
Deel has helped to streamline our Contracting Requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has a very friendly and well-built UI. In particular, making mid-term amendments to contracts is simple and their Email Integration is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike with Deel. Their business model has exploded with good reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has streamlined and centralized all our contracting requirements. Previously, when dealing with Global Freelancers, it has been problematic at times to ensure we enter into the correct agreement with our contractors based on their location.

What do you like best about the product?
Best payment solutions with the lowest fee and a big range of possibilities. I can pay all the invoices in one payment, choose the convenient currency and the fee calculation is so clear and comfortable. And the payment is very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of options and for the first time I was asking lots of questions, how can I add this and how can I pay this, but I did receive all the answers including a video instruction. Deel customer service Is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending payments to contractors in Belarus PriorBank within 24 hours while most banks can't pay due to the Sanctions, Deel solved this problem and I can continue working with contractors from Belarus

I LIKE TO WORK IN THE DEEL, BECAUSE THE CLEAR AND LOGICAL INTERFACE, QUALITY AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

COST OF SERVICE, lack of plastic cards for some EU countries

At the moment, for many employees of our company, Deel is the only way to receive wages.
