Good platform for remote workers to handle contracts and payments
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward for setting up, signing a contract and start getting your payments.
It's connected to several platforms (though some fees are a bit high)

What do you dislike about the product?
- They've changed card provider 3 times already, each time they didn't honor what you had and forced you to pay again to get the new physical card.
- They don't allow you to send money to third parties which is silly, if I want to send money to my wife why would I need to triangulate it through a bank account?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to easily work for a foreign company by handling contracts and payments fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the advance option, it has helped me numerous times and it get pay back immediately after my payment arrives!

I don’t have anything negative to say about it, even their customer service has helped me tremendously

I had issues with one of my cards and I was approved for the deel virtual card and it helped me a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick and positive resolutions customer service provides when I have a question or doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although service is great, the fact that I have to pay a fee for the exchange rate is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a doubt as to why I was being change an currency exchange fee, and it was made understood to me the benefits of that fee.

Easy to setup and use. It has all the features and information anyone would like to have in a payment app.

Maybe a quicker access to pending payments.

Faster and Easier to get international payments. It was very easy to understand and it doesnt require a lot of efforts to setup.

The mobile application is a bit slow at times, especially when loading certain sections or processing transactions. Improving its performance would enhance the overall user experience

What do you like best about the product?
you can easily navigate the app. Its self explanatory. no need to be technical to understand its usage. your usage is so smooth sailing. Customer service is the best and will even offer to call you once they have answer. I have use the app multiple times and it never disappoint me.

i havent encounter any negative that might affect the reason why i like deel

Deel Solved issues like delays, advance, salary explanation in minutes no need to wait for days.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is amazing, it's extremely easy to use, and I always feel my money is safe. The customer support has reached out to me in order to help me setting up my account, which I really appreciated. I constantly use it to check my finances, and it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any downside so far, it shows the Deel team has thought about everything! I haven't seen an app that's so easy to implement and integrate into my lifestyle like Deel.
