What do you like best about the product?
Deel supports my Employer to wire my payment from the US to Nicaragua for decent fees costs. If you're looking for a provider that can handle your Payroll for external employees, Deel is an excellent option. Also, they have a very efficient customer service in case any of your workers requiere assistance regarding their payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform takes its time to load before entering into your account, but you can refresh your browser or access one more time, and the problem is solved!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me to get my Payment from The US to my Nicaraguan Bank account for a very low fee. This allows me to keep my relationship with my employer and expand my career by providing my services to different customers.

Very intuitive interface, the onboarding is clear and you can fill information in an easy way.

When you’re creating an account there are a lot of steps. Maybe by reducing information the register process could be short.

I get my working days quickly submitted and the payment withdraw is really simple. Also, the app saves every data about the payrolls.

What I like least is that the fees can be a bit high in some cases, and sometimes the support can take a while to respond. However, overall, the experience has been positive.

Previously, managing contracts, complying with local regulations, and making payments in different currencies was a complicated and slow process. With Deel, everything is handled on a single platform, with integrated legal compliance and automated payments. This saves me time, reduces risks, and allows me to focus on growing my business without worrying about bureaucracy.

It is cheap and fast compared to other remittance companies.

Customer service! You don't have an option to report a delay because the timeframe is updating every day and everything is via chat, I'll prefer to have someone to talk about it

My paycheck, it is really easy for me, I worked as freelancer and having Deel as remmittance company make me feel closer from my employer.

It used to be not having the app, but now that there is an app I can't say I dislike anything for now
