Customizable but not always user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that icims is so customizable. You really can make it work for how your company and team operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system glitches a lot, or it isn't very user friendly on the candidate side. It's not as up to date as other, newer systems. Integration was long and sometimes a challenge, but the team was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS has helped us automate our entire recruiting process.
Efficient Candidate Organization and Selection
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it is in different groups and how easy it can be to find a candidate. There is an ease of implementation as I do use it to do my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was AI generation where it could feed out resumes for candidates that are not qualified as well as combine profiles automatically when there are duplicate profiles for 1 candidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the organization of candidate applications and positions that are open and where candidates are placed. It is also helping with keeping documented notes from previous applicants from years ago.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to find the employees through different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to submit a different form internally when we need to change a hire date.

I dont believe that nothing has been solved

What do you like best about the product?
The iCIMS talent cloud is very easy to use and understand. It streamlines the recruting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflows can seem repetative, but you can edit them to your liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we went live we have since a huge increase in applicants.
A modern ATS with room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
While ICIMS has produced a modern ATS with all the bells and whistles, it's the customer service that truly goes above and beyond. From the very start, with a well-organized integration, to our go-live and continuing support, everyone we work with is knowledgable, professional, and efficient. As a daily user of ICIMS, I am very satisfied with the software and the support. ICIMS also offers significant educational and support materials through ICIMS Academy and ICIMS Community, which helps new hires learn to use the software more quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
ICIMS data uploads can sometimes be difficult to work with, given the sheer number of reportable fields in the software. This can be confusing on the end-user side, but anytime I have to perform a large data upload I always reach out to my Customer Success Manager, who connects us with IT Support to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ICIMS allows the end-user to be able to configure practically any field or function in the system, all without needing to work through support. This has allowed us to be more flexible and to react to evolving needs quickly.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with different systems, the customization of the platform to fit your needs, and the ease of use. I've been using iCIMS daily for almost 10 years, and it is my favorite recruitment platform. The customer support is also great - never had an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more user friendly adjustments made to the Outlook integration and setting up interviews for managers.

Recruitment management, reports for executive leadership team.
iCIMS Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting capabilities of iCIMS and the ability to customly configure the platform to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of updates to existing products such as iForms/Feedback forms and technical support has become more difficult in recent years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, the system is able to report and almost all things happening during our initial recruiting process and we use that information to informed decisions about the future.
10/10 recommend !
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly! We can navigate through applicants quickly and sort them into different statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel customer service doesn't always understand my question and it can be frustrating going back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to review candidates quickly. We are also able to attract more candidates to our open positions.
Highly Customizable System
What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable, we can update and change information from our end. The system also offers build in (suggestable) process at the beginning so that is great. It is easy to navigate and understand. A lot of cool feature that helps us drive the applicant flow for 300% compared to the old job board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is customizable, it is hard to get a customer support who can easily pick up the question. We had a few challenges in teh integration too. It is not a one size fits all which is great but some are finding it hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The applicant flow, process and visibiliy. We used to spend time in reporting before the information can get to our leaders. Now it is just visible to their dashboard.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Talent Cloud is user friendly and easy to navigate. They also have strong customer support, as I always get my questions answered or addressed in a timely manner! I also love the variety of features and ability to change settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsize of using Talent Cloud is that it doesn't reach a large audience, but that also might be due to our rural location. I could see this being more beneficial in more heavily populated areas.
