iCIMS is very powerful and easy to use. The way you can create reports and templates make the hiring cycle more efficient for my company. Easy to transfer all the candidates to the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if I have to, will be the price. I know is a wonderful tool but a bit expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes onboarding and recruiting a lot easier. There is a lot of features and reporting available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard for me to navigate iCIMS. I like that there is a lot available you can do, but I feel like it takes so many clicks to get to something. I DO NOT like that you cannot call in and talk to a live person anymore - that is ridiculous. The reporting is not at all intuitive.

Eliminating paper and manual processes. Allows us to organize documents and communications better; much less manual work for my team.

The cost associated with running more scripts into iCIMs.

CRM allows us to build attractive communications for active and passive candidates and send campaigns through easily developed pipelines.
iCIMS Talent Cloud rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing I like best is the ability to put in every note that I have for every physician that I am recruiting. This is so helpful for my team to go in and look at when they are pursuing my leads.

Nothing right now that I can think of, been very pleased with the Talent Cloud

-Not easy to navigate certain features
-Many bugs when it comes to job postings
-Reporting does not make sense; there's no ability to track time on offers extended to accepted, only if there is a folder for it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are in the midst of solving job postings that are not pulling through information correctly. For example, jobs that are onsite are posting as remote. It has been a very long process but support is very communicative.
Scalable, user friendly platform.
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has been an easy-to-scale solution for our company. There are enough options (ATS, CRM, etc.) to allow us to grow as the company and the needs of our company grow. It has enough settings to easily implement our processes into the system and it is fairly user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside or change to iCIMS would be the lack of customization. I have used other programs that are almost 100% customizable. Also, all settings can be edited at the user admin level. It can be frustrating to have to submit tickets and worth with IT to make iFORM edits, search lock edits, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to have a more automated and streamlined approach to our recruiting program. Having a platform to house all of our candidate/new hire information has been extremely helpful, as well as for keeping candidate information documented.

I really enjoy the ability to track the progress of the candidate.

Can sometimes be difficult to find certain features. However, once you become familiar with each section and area, I love it.

keeping track of the all the communications in one central location and the ease of someone else picking up where you left off with a candidate. seamless communication.
