Customizable ATS for All of Your Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable all of the fields are and how adaptable it is to our various workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a sharp learning curve to this ATS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Talent Cloud helps us organize all of the functions in the recruitment process. Our team is more productive with the tool.
Decent ATS
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the system and ease of pulling reports directly, and our iCIMS support managers' willingness to find solutions to our unique issues. It is great to have a way to track and audit information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity for users to learn how to use the system for organizations with individuals who are not technologically savvy. It is also challenging to implement search locks due to the system only understanding OR logic and not AND logic. Changing that would make a big difference for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual processes and tracking via email. We now have a way to track via a system that multiple users have access to and there are tons of automation capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
in my opinion, it's very user-friendly and has many wahys you can do the same thing

sometimes the serive or implementations is lack-luster

it's easy to have new hires complete their onboarding paperwork
Solid and reputable ATS with long list of integration partners
What do you like best about the product?
It's a proven tool that has a long track record of working well with hiring managers, HR staff and recruiters.
Not as many fancy bells and whistles compared to newer ATS...it just works. The integrations are outstanding and working with approved vendors is key to getting it up and running quickly. Configuration is fairly flexible as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is dated and could use a refresh, even with the new version out. Integrations with newer HR systems and having easier API platforms would be nice. Reporting is standard but nothing overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Application process has been lengthy in the past and ICIMS allowed integration with Indeed and LinkedIn to provide for quick/easy apply.
Overall great product
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything all in one place for everyone to access has been a great benefit. Lots more functionality overall and makes the process more seamless and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to pull full audits for what happened to a posting or a particular employee to use for grievances or external audits has been difficult. It would be great to have access to run in-depth reviews on our own without requiring iCIMS to do it. Analytics dashboard not being available to Canadian clients is a really big dissapointment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows all of our departments to have access to the same data at the same time. Provides more transparency to where postings are in the process and where some bottlenecks may be occurring.
iCIMS is an all around win!

I like how robust the system is. You can really do so much as a user and especially as a user admin. The system so very configurable

Every system has its limits. I'd say that some products arent as friendly as others, The iCIMS video interview can be tough to maneuver at times.

iCIMS is our ATS, it allows us to find talent by posting our jobs. iCIMS integrates with other systems for posting and collecting applications and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to build searches to pull data reports. It helps our team a lot.

The lag time in getting responses to cases, especially in urgent situations.

ICIMS ATS in particular is very user friendly.
I had no previous experience using an HRIS previously & was able to very quickly adapt to the role of being a system administrator. In the time since, I have been impressed with additional releases & improvements to certain sections of the system.
I am also pleased at the resources available to learn more on the system as well as the support we receive from customer support agents.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations that takes away from the product. For example, formatting issues using the Offer module makes it difficult to create professional-looking legal documentation as well as to onboard our team to this new process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File library limit - ISIMS is trying to increase the number of files we are allotted. 500 is too few as this number includes files, branding, images from iforms, iforms, as well as signatures in the form of images for the offer module.
I believe improvements to the Offer module will be the most beneficial. This will prevent ICIMS users from using another system to generate & send offers.
Limitations with signatures need to be addressed and multilevel numbering needs to be available.
ICIMS has also given us the ability to configure our own iforms - this has increased our efficiency.

Review of iCIMS
What do you like best about the product?
Approval process, simple and easy to use. Workflows and tags are great. There is anease of use, and the reporting function is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors with EEO forms, Help Desk challenges. Takes to long to work on projects. My company can't manipulate to our liking. CRM candidate search needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ATS is most beneficial to myself and my team from a workflow perspective and managing jobs. The CRM needs some use, it hasn't been overly beneficial to myself or team if at all.
