iCIMS Talent Cloud is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how configurable it is: it can be made to fit any process. Awesome! Plus, iCIMS support is stellar, they are responsive, professional, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data reporting tools within iCIMS are good s basic tools, but if you want to do in-depth analytics you'll need to export to another system (like Tableau, Power BI etc...). Don't let this hinder you from looking into iCIMS, the system is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS allows us to manage applicants, workflow, and data needs all in one place. There are also tons of integrations with the system: texting applicants, background checks, etc...can all be done from within the system once the integrations are turned on.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about the Cloud is the integration of new talent into the system with much less effort and time - no one is ever lost!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information doesn't move as quickly, or has some inconsistencies, from the Cloud to the iCIMS platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can make it easier to engage candidates - this is a huge bonus in today's world where many folks are getting repeatedly tapped on the shoulder thru social media

What do you like best about the product?
Individualized dashboard reports based on login groups - for a company so large and with so many users, I have found it extremely impactful to be able to customize dashboards with reporting metrics from Recruiters to the C-level suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the toggle for New iCIMS because our training materials are based in one view and with a large number of users for our company, the toggle mistakenly gets switched and I receive panic messages daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting! iCIMS is our company's first ATS and having the capability to pull reporting from time-to-fill, successful posting sources, delays in process, to number of hires for each of our 130+ divisions has been a breath of fresh air compared to manually creating reports prior to iCIMS.
Perhaps not the most suitable ATS for a large healthcare organization

A Decade of iCIMS Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about iCIMS is the extremely logical setup that the platform has. As a User Admin since 2015, the ability to configure the platform in a company-specific way, based on my own company's logic and how a user's employee OR candidate uses it, is very logical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about the iCIMS platform is the lack of depth when it comes to using data visualization in-house. Yes, there are programs you can integrate with from another vendor, but sometimes I wish there were better data visualization options within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS solves a HUGE problem for us by giving all sorts of roles access to department-specific data regarding TA. It allows us to develop specific permissions per role to have everyone operating off the same sheet of music and cutting down on the number of manual updates. It also integrates with Workday and Sterling with ease.
Not Bad
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface to be fairly user-friendly and easy to maneuver. When it comes to applicant tracking systems, they meet the industry standard but could certainly do with some improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk has been a struggle for years. Sometimes they are very responsive while other requests take many days - often resulting in a canned article that does not relate to my question. It's difficult to just hop on a call to discuss an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ICIMs solves our talent acquisition needs that helps to keep our organization compliant and organized. We use this to track candidates, interview notes, approvals, and related files.
Good support, great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of areas you can customize without support and quick & helpful responses when you do need iCIMS support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports come from the cloud so you have to download them and change from a web file to an excel file before sending out. Minor inconvenience though.

Great record keeping and quick and easy to use.
A great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable and easy to sue for any level of computer skills

Email support with questions and wait for days for response and most times you end of reiterating the question over and get one response per 24 hours

Not solving problems just creating a workflow platform for all to utilize

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that iCIMS allows us to log in as the hiring manager to view their open requisitions or assist them on how to create an offer letter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want iCIMS to have the option to enter a phone number when searching for a candidate's profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS now allows mass changes to the system, preventing us from doing more labor work.
Organized and Efficient Recruitment Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizational bin methodology behind iCIMS platform. Having the ability to connect with, take action on, and manage multiple candidates at one time is a Talent Acquisition dream. I also love the all in one approach to background and drug testing, onboarding, and job board collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a modest learning curve. I did struggle going from old iCIMS platform to New iCIMS, but the more I am in the system the easier it is becomming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS for my business removes many barriers to communication with it's ability to multi-select and maintain candidates across all jobs. We removed having to utilize outside programs to set up interviews, create offers, and perform pre-employment screenings. This removed many administrative duties off my Talent team's plates. It also eliminates the use of spreadsheets, since you have a clean dashboard that quickly and easily allows you to work your candidate pipelines and see clearly where your candidates are int he process. The ability to create reports also allows you greater transparency into your teams performance, and the candidates lifecycle. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the added legal compliance and how streamlining out processes fits perfectly into our company's lean methodology.
