Excellent ATS
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customize reports and customize the process. The analytics help us to determine our next strategy in talent acquisition. I like how we can customize the dashboard for the data that means the most. I like the iCIMS Academy

Still playing around with the community site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching solutions and answers to problems others might have already experienced. Helps to find training materials to assist in developing our training for our team and managers.

Efficiency and is customizable to our needs as a Company. Reporting, building reports, tracking success and productivity among the team, being able to have your dashboard relevant to your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending a request to create a new iForm or making changed to our iForms sometimes it takes too long, reducing the time from when we submit a ticket to actually resolving the issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting provides us with a better inside of how we are performing as a team, maybe making the reporting more user-friendly so it is easier to understand. as an overall iCIMS does a good job

I am overhauling an Enterprise wide iCIMS system for a major healthcare company. Being able to share and see experiences with other people in my situation is great

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is a bit cumbersome, if a report isn't pre-built it can be a bit laborious to create in the "moment".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We specifically picked iCIMS for it's ability to nurture applicants and candidates similar to a CRM

Reporting; Customization of the platform; The company actually listens to customers' ideas and puts it into practice.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard and application process for candidates (the visual). The interface does not do justice to the platform and makes it feel archaic. I think iCIMS should heavily invest in making its platform look modern. Most people judge the book by its cover in 2023.
iCIMS also needs to invest in customer support. As the company has grown, its harder to get white glove services or solutions quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are investing in analytics and solutions that provide better technical support. iCIMS is purchasing other TA companies to add value to their system and also make it more integrated.

What do you like best about the product?
Very configurable, allows for easy design of reports and multiple login profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Client Support has waned in the past 16 months; many requests are filtered by a first-level technician and then sent to the appropriate II or III technician.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy access and historical footprint for our candidates. We have integrated the ATS with Cloud functionalities to improve processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize reporting, being able to search for help articles and video tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to receive support on opened cases. Limits on fields within our ATS.

Being able to track our applicants in the candidate to hire process.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The functions of the product. It is the Cadillac of ATSs. I wish they had a different system for Customer Support, however.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I can't just call into a Customer Service number to ask a question and get assistance. I have to submit a ticket and then wait a day or so for a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The iCIMS Talent Cloud gives us more ways to attract, engage, hire, and advance the best talent. We are more productive. Hiring managers are not all that excited about this program, however.
Very Robust Reporting System
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has very strong reporting capabilties. The way to configure reports to be customizable is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is very customizable, there are some things you wish you were able to add or change. Additionally, the systems logic doesnt always work the way you think it would.

Talent Cloud is helping track ROI and view trends in our TA strategy to better align with the business needs.
