Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform functionality is awesome, specifically around reporting. There are near endless filters to help determine which data should be displayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
iCIMS customer support ticket times can be very long. At times we have had to wait weeks to have issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Talent Cloud allows us to track, market to, and efficiently tend to all candidates that apply or show interest in our company.

Wish there was automated logic for state specific requirements

Previous ATS was outdated and did not integrate well with other talent systems.
Best all in one ATS
What do you like best about the product?
One-stop shop! The Talent Cloud takes you through the entire lifecycle of the hiring process. You can start with the Core ATS to get started and build the rest of the cycle as it suits your needs (and time).
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be a bit difficult to navigate because it is so robust and configurable. However, the more you work with it and get to know the platform you will love that you can configure the system to meet your organization's needs. You need to take the time to build it to suit your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Move from a manual process (as a small startup) to having an ATS that can help us scale from growth. Visibility into where gaps are in our hiring process; diversity, time to fill etc.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is user-friendly and intuitive to the hiring process - both for recruiters and candidates alike!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the back end settings can be confusing without guidance from the team of talent experts at iCIMS (aka putting in a ticket)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many disparate systems that caused our recruiting team to waste time and effort to use. Utilizing iCIMS, we have a one-stop-shop for our hiring needs. Our TA team now is able process a candidate in half the time.
Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS allows our company to vet and accept new associates into our family correctly and smoothly. We value the quick customer service in case of any issues and the easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
iCIMS occasionally has errors that can keep us from using the fullest extent of the interface. These issues are usually rectified quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The iCIMS Talent Cloud solves the issue of candidate workflow. We are able to easily disposition and hire candidates thanks to the program.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that iCIMS is configurable and that we are able to tailor the experiences of our candidates, applicants, employees, and office staff. We are also able to better track and report on important data and metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better accessibility to support or to be able to connect to more services within iCIMS instead of having to allow outside access so that our recruiting team can manage all aspects of our iCIMS experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS allows us to track data and provides us with specific reporting on that data so that we can share information in a variety ways easily with people across our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It looks simple but effective, and various features like searching and categorising the job listing can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
With my recent experience with iCMS, I haven't found any drawbacks.

This is very helpful in the job posting and application process.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is extremely user friendly, has customizable workflows, and is suitable for our global company requirements – as well as OFCCP requirements stateside! My implantation specialist was amazing, and the continued education and learning center are top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the workflow statuses chanted colors or went from bold to unbold as you moved a candidate through them so you could see where that person has or hasn't been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cut down our requirement time, days to fill, and offered excellent reporting and dashboard. We are currently implementing the onboarding module as well to help elevate our new hire experience.
iCIMS has a lot of capabilities but it isn't always the most user friendly platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting capabilities within iCIMS and the ability to add those reports to dashboards and Quick Links.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality that just isn't possible. For example, bulk adding pre-screening questions to requisitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say iCIMS is helping me manage applicants and ensure our pipeline of incoming candidates is accurate/up to date.
I honestly think iCims is the definition of working smarter and not harder.

iCims Talent Cloud makes it easier for us to streamline our workflows across multiple departments and systems. It also helps us customize for individual needs of each of our teams and user groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the limited self-service features. Some things are not customizable by the end user and must be processed by customer care. I would like to see more self-service iforms, and email templates that are customizable by the everyday person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCims is helping streamline our recruitment efforts across multiple states and allowing our people managers to be more hands-on when reviewing applications for their jobs.
