Very easy to use and great to find talent

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to finding talent and having all info in 1 centralized locations
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I do not find anything that I can say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring based solely on resume and interviews. Being able to use the whole person concept is what we have adapted from the Talent Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
By far the easiest system to use with the most advanced customization. I have used this system for over 12 years and have not found one that compares. There are endless custom fields and reports that can be created. I have used the system in 3 organizations and have made it unrecognizable from one company to the next in order to suit each organization's unique requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small things that can be improved but nothing I dislike. It would be nice to have custom notifications when certain actions are taken. For example, an email every time a new job is created. There could also be more intuitive searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team of 7 recruiters that are filling over 100 positions a month. We needed a central system to ensure recruiting was as efficient as possible. This has lowered our time to fill and has allowed us to track sourcing activities much easisr.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! I have implemented this system 3 times and it has always been a success. We have looked at all the major players multiple times over the years and always go back to using iCIMS. They are simply the best product at the best price.

Great for Recruiting & Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
For TA, the user interface is very intuitive. The mobile app also works great if you have field associates who are hiring managers. The system also allows you to easily track a candidate profile from start to finish and evaluate where critical drop-offs may happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offer management tool--although new--does not allow you to send offers in bulk. This is a huge miss. Additionally, iForms are not fluid and take a long time to finish. It's a bit disappointing that iCIMS has not provided a solution to allow company admins to create custom iForms at this point, or a functional equivalent. Next, reporting is difficult to navigate through to find the correct variables. Finally, there are not a lot of great options for configuring custom alerts/notifications/emails at various stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding which sourcing streams are the most profitable vs which ones lead to the highest turnover.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is an excellent recruiting platform. We moved from a very manual applicant tracking system, so iCIMS was a refreshing upgrade. It's mobile optimized, has strong reporting capabilities, and is very user friendly both for the company and candidates. We appreciate the partnerships and information we are provided from iCIMS. The support is also great. They are responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. When I'm creating reports, because you can report on any information in the system, it can take a while to find the right data to build the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS has allowed us strong reporting capabilities, a better candidate experience, and more efficient hiring process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
iCIMS has a lot of capabilities. Our account manager and technical team have been great resources. If you are having an issue or can't figure out how to fit something in your process or improve it, they are a great resource to tell you the capabilities of the system and offer suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the live speakers it was informative, the panels that you can explore, I liked the live chat feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The badges to get prizes, it was too difficult to get them, and very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The talent cloud has helped me hire new employees quicker by allowing now jobs to be posted to employer sites and make background checks go quicker. And the layout is nice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes I would recommend other businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to have a relationship with the candidate - more so than other cloud based solutions. I feel there is an opportunity to continue to make this better but what I've seen here is awesome. Cloud based products are the way of the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, my current organization struggles to get on board with cloud based systems only from a security perspective. I would like to know more about the support the implementation team would provide (more detailed) to the security measures available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would absolutely be solving the candidate relationship and experience more so than what my company uses currently and it provides more options.

What do you like best about the product?
SaaS solution with a great user interface and easy navigation. Fairly intuitive for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backend may need additional work to automate processes. The system is flat and not dynamic like other systems. There are lot of custom work needed for data automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Front end usage is quick and easy and very intuitive; this is always a plus for the end user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good implementation team and be prepare for automating data on your end rather than iCIMS' end.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so customizable and has every feature we were looking for in an ATS. Our rep for implementation has been great. It seems that they have every answer to our questions and are able to set the system up to do almost anything we want it to do. It also integrates easily with our background check, HRIS, and testing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many complaints! It is a little challenging to use until you learn how to navigate and use the system, but I think that is true of learning any new system. It also is expensive, both for iCIMS itself as well as the integrations we have with other systems. But I think it is worth it for the level of service and customization that you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates our recruiting and onboarding process tremendously. It is easy to tell where a candidate is in the process at any time, keep track of communications, run various reports, and customize anything you may want the system to do.
