iCIMS is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how configurable the platform is and also how user-friendly the interface is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to click on so many buckets to see candidates--see them in list view instead. And if I could see more on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm really excited for the ignite program. iCIMS has really helped us with reporting and also making sure we have a consistent process for Talent Acquisition across the US and Mexico.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely make use of all of the integrations--it can be a one stop shop!
iCIMS Supporting our Talent Acquisition Strategies
What do you like best about the product?
We have found iCIMS to be reasonably flexible to meet our talent acquisition needs, and to offer a streamlined, user-friendly candidate experience. We also feel iCIMS is relatively easy for our hiring managers and talent acquisition personnel to use on a day-to-day basis. The Dashboards are intuitive and helpful for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that appears to be somewhat limited is custom reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found iCIMS to be helpful in streamlining the application and onboarding processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of reporting and the ability to call the technical support. I like the iCARE site allows you to interact with other users of the system and find someone that has a similar issue. I like that there are multiple ways to configure the same thing because every company is unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited configuration abilities on the admin end. I would like to be able to create my own formula fields. I also wish formula fields could display without using a report. I also think that iCIMS could work more on security. I also wish we could manager our own seats without escalating it to support. I wish there was a more concise way to calculate metrics, the last in filter is not sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from 4 to 1 instances and with the new instance we implemented data feeds and we have seen a huge improvement in reporting for upper management and government reporting. The entrance criteria has enriched our recruiting workflow data. We now have more data integrity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommendation is to know your organization in and out. Document as much as possible. Don't be afraid to ask for more options.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is user friendly for not only the user administrators but the Hiring managers too, it is a step by step process that is useful for us here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect is something that can be improved from our prospective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since working with our customer success manager we have been utilizing our platform more and more to help us succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate iCIMS. I use it to screen candidates, but also to run reports for our business. It's very comprehensive
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many clicks you need to do to get candidates to the right statuses or to run some reports. The UX could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use iCIMS to run reporting trends and figure out how many candidates on our team we've hired. It's fairly easy to pull data from iCIMS. It's easy to find our candidates as well!
Easy to use and customize!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functionality is outstanding. I am able to create reporting on demand as well as set up dashboards and scheduled reports for stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options available as well as customization that can get overwhleming if you don't know the right questions to ask or struggle to identify company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, reporting, reporting. The data I am able to gather in real time is invaluable as we look deeper into our company processes and determining where we can increase efficiency.

Sometimes having too many options can be overwhelming for new users

iCIMS: The ideal ATS!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that iCIMS is customizable to an organization and it's needs. There are a lot of ATS systems out there that do not allow for a personalized experience for the recruitment team and for the candidate themselves, but iCIMS does that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike much about the system. The only piece that may be a bit hard sometimes with usage is training others in it. It's very complex and sometimes the searching/filtering is tougher than what recruiters are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role primarily focuses on candidate engagement and I have used iCIMS in a variety of ways to reach goals. We have new content/email campaigns going out all the time via iCIMS Connect, we are more engaged with using talent pools to nurture candidates, and we also have more visually appealing and personalized emails out to candidates due to the capabilities of the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the time to utilize a demo with the iCIMS team. If you choose to purchase, they have the some of the best training and resources out there to help build knowledge with the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented iCIMS twice and both times it has been great. The product and customer service are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additions that I would like to see on the reporting side, such as easier formulas, i.e. date opened - date accepted out of box metrics are good but would like to create some for business cases. Also being able to put 1 graph on top of another. I.E. - approved positions are x requested are y and have two bars different colors.

The insight into informaiton and being able to make more informed decisions
