A great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to collect references which is usually a time consuming activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It’s a great tool.

The platform is automated so little manual work has to be done. Emails are easy to configure and brand. Customizable questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a direct integration with our applicant tracking system and more skills based questions specific to healthcare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent customizability in questions. Ability to compare references and receive detailed feedback on candidates that are applying for the same position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automating the reference process into a quick email survey is essential to keeping our recruitment process short and simple. I love that we can also collect leads for references that also may be interested in working for our company!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i dont need an employee making calls for references. I also love the data that i get on the reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is a great product. It has met all of my expectations and more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get WAY better references using this system than using calls. In my 20+ year career in HR, i denied employement to 3 people due to references. Skill Survey has helped me with well over a hundred hiring decisions and directly caused me NOT to hire someone at least a dozen times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it. It is well worth the cost. The cost of ONE bad hire is worth more than the annual subscription. Well worth it.

It is quick and easy! There is nothing to it!

I have no dislikes. As a matter of fact, I think it does what it needs to do perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get my time back and don't have to call each reference!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why pick up the phone and call each reference? This is much better, and it gives you your time back! Not only that, I find people are willing to give more info specific to my candidate if they know it is aggregate date.

The ease of use for both the front end and back end users of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't one thing I dislike about the Skill Survey platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to get truthful reference reviews from others. Due to the anonymity of the site, we have found candidates that may be a bigger problem for the organization long term and been able to mentor them through though key issue points.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so customizable and has every feature we were looking for in an ATS. Our rep for implementation has been great. It seems that they have every answer to our questions and are able to set the system up to do almost anything we want it to do. It also integrates easily with our background check, HRIS, and testing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many complaints! It is a little challenging to use until you learn how to navigate and use the system, but I think that is true of learning any new system. It also is expensive, both for iCIMS itself as well as the integrations we have with other systems. But I think it is worth it for the level of service and customization that you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates our recruiting and onboarding process tremendously. It is easy to tell where a candidate is in the process at any time, keep track of communications, run various reports, and customize anything you may want the system to do.

What do you like best about the product?
You can store a database of candidates, both active and passive job seekers and retrieve their information anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of tabs to click in, but there's probably a reason its designed that way

This is an actual Recruiter's tool for talent acquisition, starting from introductions to the finish, which is offer letter generations and onboarding.

References are more likely to give authentic feedback which we leverage prior to final interviews

Don't seem to be getting much value from the sourcing tool. We get a lot of candidates, but my recruiting team seems not to be interested in accessing

Increase efficiency and effectiveness of checking reference, using predictive analytics and bring this earlier in our hiring process so we can leverage the insights in our final interviews

Hugely valuable. Has saved us from many bad hires, and when we haven't followed our process of using the tool, we have regretted it in a few cases
