Customizable ATS
What do you like best about the product?
ICIMS is completely customizable! It provides flexibility and offers a variety of products to suit sourcing and recruiting needs for companies of all sizes. Between the products, everything is a seamless integration. The other pro is that nearly everything is reportable!
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are certain features that could be missing or not displayed in a way that is the most user friendly, iCIMS has a great tool called Ideas where customers can tell what is missing and then their labs team reviews them to see if it’s a possibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is reportable so you can pull all the data you’d like from the system. It is just amazing to be able to view all the minute details about our candidates and job openings. We are able to better fully understand our recruiting process as we know where candidates are at in the process.
Solid Option for Small to Midsize Company
What do you like best about the product?
The usability is very easy to learn and allows for configuration on the fly. For a small team is easy to move quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to global functions and permissions it’s a bit clunky, and no custom builds are available, so if it’s not out of the box it’s not an option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to streamline reporting for the entire America’s region in an easy to use way for our leadership team
iCIMS User Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Visually pleasing user interface, from what I hear from our users. Can be customized to fit the needs of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has gone down hill over the last several years. Recent months I've seen better response times from the help desk though; so hopefully that trend will continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using ATS, TextRecruit, CRM, Video Studio, Career Sites and a couple other products.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy to use as an administrator and for all of our hiring managers and candidates. We also run great analytics and have amazing support from the iCIMS team when we’re looking for advancements!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is so robust I don’t use every feature all the time so it’s easy to forget things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing the job analytics more and realizing how valuable sourcing is. We’re also working with our account representative to determine what new features may or may not be right for us like text recruit.
User Friendly and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn the system, it is pretty user friendly. When I need help or am unsure of how to do something, technical support is always helpful and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not mobile optimized making it difficult to use when on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my candidates organized and easy to keep track of. I also like that it creates a pipeline of candidates that I can source from.
Great product

Icims Onboard is customizable and intuitive. The product is ideal for robust companies that do not fit a standard template.

Better functionality for W4 & direct deposit standard forma
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization costs more money, but is overall a great and help product! The system allows us to meet a variety of customer expectations and allows our team to work smarter instead of harder.

What do you like best about the product?
reporting/analytics, customer service, robust platform and customization
What do you dislike about the product?
sourcing candidates from platform; finding candidates in niche markets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reducing agency hires/costs, increasing lateral hires and referrals, reducing time to hire
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability of the product. Especially for companies that are unique and can't use cookie cutter out of the box products. The ability to create your platform to your needs is amazing, and EASY to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish candidate searching became easier and didn't require an individual license for each recruiter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees deployed all over the world so being able to have one system for all location and securely house their on boarding documents is a blessing.

iCIMS is very robust and there is so much that can be done. Customization features are nice but getting those customization's done can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of candidates,
I have had both positive and negative experiences using the ATS.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the ICIMS ATS is the searching and reporting features. They help drive clear visibility into where candidates are in the process for all user groups. I enjoy the ease of the admin section of the platform. It allows for ease in system set up for the admin to monitor and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once relational approves or task assignments are initiated they do not auto re-assign when the relational assignment changes. Delegation for some user groups can be tough to achieve depending on how complex the workflow criteria needs to be. The only "log in as" feature available is for admins, it cannot be limited to specific roles that the user is able to log in as. The support staff is not available on the weekends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting our recruiting and on-boarding teams more closely and driving initiatives together. We have noticed that using one system for both recruiting and on-boarding is a positive change for our hiring managers and candidates.
