Highly Configurable ATS
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can personalize the system to the organization's needs. I have consulted in various industries and this platform has worked well in each of them. Once the system is configured correctly, the flow of information and data reporting is very helpful in driving operational changes to benefit the success of the organization. The key is setting it up correctly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of integration between the ATS and job boards. I wish there was a way to use the Quick apply / Easy apply methods and not lose critical data such as the source codes.
I think this is a challenge (not necessarily a dislike) that the system is highly configurable and knowing how to set it up to align with your unique needs can be hard for organizations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, I have helped organizations solve various problems through their iCIMS platform.
1. Increase hires by 367% in 90 days.
2. Increase visibility to where candidates came from - from 6% to 77% in 90 days. (on target to hit 98% by July 1)
3. Reduced # of workflow steps from 90 steps to 20 possible steps.
All of these help organizations reach their hiring goals while creating a dynamic candidate experience and tracking each step through data/reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend iCIMS as an ATS. As with any software, it is critical that your organizations uniqueness is taken into account during the consideration process. I suggest clearly defining your expectations and be sure the system can exceed your needs. Once you decide iCIMS is right for you, take time to implement the system with your process in mind. Configure the small details. Think about what you will need in 6 months and next year. Taking the time up front will really help you down the road.
It's okay... Not the best in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The system serves its purpose, however, the interface and all the theme and how everything shows it's pretty outdated

It looks like a system that was used 20 years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking employees/candidates, linking it with offers, pre-employment process, etc.
Modern, easy to use ATS system for the digital age.

Report writing could be seriously improved.

Time to fill is shortly simply because I have more time to screen applicants. Also I can use pre-screening questions which are extremely helpful.

Understand what you REALLY need from an ATS system before starting your research.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to see where an applicant is in the process, review their documents (i.e. - Resume, cover letter, CV, application) all in one place electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that is a downfall at this point. The tool is intuitive and helpful in keeping track of the hiring process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the workflow - it's very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a fairly new user (about 7 months) and the only downside is not know the full functionality and the access levels but that's not a system issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attending training last week gave me a new perspective and helped me realize that there are opportunities to optimize my knowledge through many channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
iCIMS seems to be a solid product. I've worked with several ATS' in my career - this one I am able to use with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS ATS is complex, yet user friendly. I enjoy being able to create reports, screen/select candidates on many avenues, and it is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first iCIMS can be very intimidating. It is like learning another langue, but with all the training videos offered, you pick it up after no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company we are able to run specialized reports to help keep track of time to fill, retention, and condense multiple external spreadsheets we were using into one location.

I recommend looking into iCIMS!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use iCIMS to improve your candidate experience, response time, and to use the reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow can be a little slow until you get used to it.

Try the demo to see if it fits your needs. It is very customizable.
Great platform for those looking to do a lot with their ATS
What do you like best about the product?
We just switched our entire company to this ATS from an older system and can already see a huge difference in how our HR team operates as well as the ability to bring in better quality candidates. This system is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is how long it took our organization to take on this platform. There is just SO much we can do with this system and it took a long time to figure out what we wanted and get everyone trained with their different login groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has impacted our work greatly. We are now able to more easily view and decline candidates who are not qualified and are able to focus more on those who are and give them a more positive hiring process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this platform. Our organization is performing better as a whole already just after using this system for a few months.

That I am able to send iForm packets to new hires for efficient on-boarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The baseline monetary commitment with follow-on purchase options for the software you thought you would already be able to utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Onboarding packet automation (which I could do using programs I already have...)

Be sure to speak with a human being telephonically - be sure to ask exactly what attributes the program provides with your contract purchase price.

Using an electronic platform to reach out to our target applicants is so much better than using paper!

Not much to dislike - it's easy to use and understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized the benefits of using an electronic recruiting platform and it's great! We've also been able to integrate iCIMS with UKG Ready (our HR system of record), which has helped immensely in hiring.
