Great applicant tracking system
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about iCIMS is that their client service is by far some of the best I have ever encountered with a vendor. Anytime you need help their client support line is always available to help out and I have not had to wait longer than 5 minutes or so for an answer over the phone. Additionally, when you open a ticket with them on an issue you are having, they send you email correspondences for every update they have to share, which I appreciate because you are always in the know on how to move forward with issues you are having.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about iCIMS is that their focus is mainly as an applicant tracking system and not a full-service system that includes features like payroll, performance management, succession planning, etc. iCIMS has really mastered being a very reliable applicant tracking system, but they have room to improve moving forward as a full-service provider for companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is a very modern, robust, and customizable ATS that should work well across many industries and organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick one click send off of new hire forms to employees and new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any new software there will be glitches, without glitches we cannot move forward. There have been several problems with sending onboarding documents, getting forms completed from new hires as forms are not going out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending off new hire forms quickly and efficiently. The ability to just send thinks in one click versus having to go through each form manually.
iCIMS is the perfect program to start your experience with a new company right.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation provided for various courses and the interactivenees of the animations are what make the platform enjoyable to use. Everything is so intuitive in terms of UI and navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike much about this program and interface. I think adding functionality for the user to have more control over volume could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Onboarding allows me to seamlessly understand the culture of a new company through their interactive courses.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to figure out and accessible from anymore - don’t have to be logged in to a VPN
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited usability. Cannot open new tab when clicking on something. Doesn’t integrate with Indeed. Mobile version needs work

Helps with tracking applicants as well as keeping all information in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like that as an administrator, I have access to what I need and what I can see. And, I can also view thru a hiring manager's view, to assist them with any issues they may run into. It collects the important metrics that we use in planning. We can pull data to see trends in hiring practices, seasonal anomalies, turnover. We can also pull demographic info. It is so easy to use and there are multiple ways to perform each task. So, a user can really cater it to fit his or her work style.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are way too long, and they skip from one topic, to another, then back. The training modules on using the software should be simplified and made easier to follow. I also don't like the bugs we have encountered, like with automatic emails when pushing a candidate thru. We update info on our end. Then, those informational emails should go to the designated hiring managers. We have had some issues with these. However, we contact our support and issues are taken care of expeditiously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline our recruiting and onboarding processes. We are able to get rid of paper apps, and reduce the amount of actual paperwork to be processed and filled. We're saving money because of the efficiency. We are also able to pull data which will in turn help us be more efficient and successful in reaching goals of the organization.

iCIMs is very easy to use when staffing roles. They have candidate flows which make it very easy to track every candidate through each process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the search tool, its is not organized and makes it very hard to search within the data base. They need to make this user friendly.

We use this to solve our recruiting needs.

The automated job board postings functionality is very useful. The workflow moves candidates through the hiring process is convenient and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features do not include common needs. It is not a full-service system that includes features that companies typically need like payroll and performance management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, there are just so many steps involved in iCIMS. The system requires too many "clicks" required to drill down to the information needed. It takes time to move on between multiple candidates and requisitions.

Product was fine but not user friendly. Was good for a robust and complicated onboarding process.

Not user friendly. Not intuitive. Just not a product I’d pick to use again.
