iCIMS Recruit Works Great

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to use and for new recruiters in the industry even better to learn in a short amount of time to get the most out of quality candidates and search
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really utilized all aspects of the program yet to determine if there are any issues to address at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us my interactive recruiting solutions for our staff form new to tenured recruiters to accomplish the same result sin real time efforts to gain the best quality candidates

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Has all the bells and whistles. Robust search feature.

Very pricey for a smaller company that doesn't need all of the features.

A must have software suite for easy recruitment

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ari, which is an AI-driven tech (like Siri or Alexa), and it has been very helpful in recruitment of candidates for my company as well as streamlining the interview process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of TextHR. We had tried to use TextHR to communicate within the employees of the company, but the app was not particularly intuitive in terms of its layout, and we switched to Slack instead. I think the most counter-intuitive aspect of TextHR was the (lack of) organizational tabs; comparing that to slack, all the users are easily searchable and reaching out them is as easy as messaging them on iMessage or a similar platform. In contrast, TextHR did not have as easy a layout and felt much more "formal".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried TextRecruit for streaming the hiring of new employees. We realized that some of its features like Ari and TextApply were quite useful in scheduling interviews, getting the word out about our jobs and increasing the number of applications we receive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user-friendly and Ari (their AI-powered tech) is amazing. Definitely worth a try to see if It meets your company's needs.

Great Platform for New Hire and Job Req

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track applicants through the on barding process allowing for a smooth transition from applicant, to job offer, to on boarding (and tracking all items during the on board checklist)
What do you dislike about the product?
When we purchased the platform the training was lacking, as this was more self taught and then professional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved long turnaround times allowing for appliancants to get placed quicker and have a faster more enjoyable experience during the onboard process. This has allowed our firm to maintain and increase productivity standards are each of our distribution centers..

Not the Worst Experience, but Service is Frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
There is A LOT of customization that, in theory, can be done in the Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Integration person has been a bit of a nightmare. He's not an effective communicator (a lot of loud sighs, "we'll get to that" and repeat interruptions to change course when he doesn't know an answer to something) and in reference to the customization, has done everything except flat out refuse to make them. It's been really frustrating because it's what we were sold on and what we genuinely need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, in theory, we're solving a lot of issues that we've had with tracking properly, but it's proving to be a bit of smoke and mirrors on the sales person's part. The mobile optimization for both candidate and recruiter is helpful, as well as 3rd party software integration that save us time overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not getting what you need during integration, speak up early and often. We wish we'd asked for a new integration manager early on, but we were too far into the process when we realized we'd have to do more heavy lifting than we had been told to expect.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has benefitted enormously from the ability to schedule our candidates for interviews directly from this platform. Such a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool could have a stronger analytics aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage and organize all candidates, easily sort by active candidates, and quickly schedule with our hiring managers.

If you are looking for a seamless product to support the recruiting function, this is an excellent choice!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of this system is the ease of finding applicants and sorting them into desired categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets harder to navigate through candidates when you have a large amount of applicants for one position (300+).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This recruiting system has helped the company steer away from all forms of paper application and move ahead in the digital age of applying for jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool when you know what you are doing, if you company is planning on implementing read the manual provided and ask lots of questions to your contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the in-house application of text recruit and it makes finding suitable candidates much more manageable than three websites on the Internet which will get you hundreds of responses and waste your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that playing phone tag to reschedule interviews can be a pain but I did not like the scheduling tool. I felt prospective candidates had less accountability if they didn’t talk directly to the company regarding appointment times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, finding qualified candidates for specific jobs can be very difficult especially with the proliferation of free websites for job postings. This help us recruit people who we know and meet the criteria and will probably be a good fit.
