Love ICIMS!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use the product. I can search for names and jobs with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing -honestly its a great product. I have no complaints

Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and navigate through the app. It makes it easy for all users from the person of interest to the recruiter to the hiring manager to have one seemless interaction. It's very user friendly and basic yet it meets all the needs in recruiting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of plain. It could stand to be freshened up a bit

It allows for proper organizing of candidates.
Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Super nice and easy to use, tracks well. It's super easy when applying as well as when we are checking for candiadates from all different industries and locals as well. Its pretty awesome to use and we can train it to anyone on the team, and they can start using it pretty quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, it performs very well. I dont have any dislikes for this product, its super easy to use and fast. it also gets the job done everytime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to keep track of applications and is easy, we are able to find candidates very fast and its super easy and fast. I like it much more than the old software we had used before when we had the old software in place with the old managment. But the new one is very nice and easy to use
Good, simple interface with options for customization.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with our platform. Training on how to use is simple most of the functions are straightforward and easy to grasp quickly just by scanning the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options only work on mass selection and some that should work on mass selection don't. I hate to have to individually go though and do certain dispositions that I should be able to do enmasse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used iCIMS changing things like our job descriptions or titles would have to be changed individually for each job title at each location. Not a huge problem if you're dealing with one store but become a bigger problem as you expand to have more and more locations.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to get a fast response when outreaching to candidates. The interface is also well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is a well-designed app and I will be using it for many projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for large recruitment projects where there is a high volume of roles to fill
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have high volume recruitment needs, TextRecruit is an excellent app to invest in.
Great software for all your recruiting/hiring process
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS saves us a lot of time with its recruiting procedures. Stuff that was done using paper sheets, online forms and slow process, can now be done in one, single software. It is also very integrated with excel, which allows the user to pull reports directly from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough with users that are non-HR, and not familiar with how to properly use the software. It also lacks some functionalities, but nothing that affects the experience very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our productivity and hire ratio exponentially. The time saved with iCIMS is being used in different projects, which helps the team a lot. Also, out staff finds it to be quicker than other software.
iCIMS Recruit
What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and configure. I love being able to schedule and do offers directly from the ATS and have it integrated with our company calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a recruiter; too many clicks for certain things but that's the case with any ATS!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Recruit has given us the ability to streamline the offer process and improve candidate care.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of your implementation person. Matt Girard was amazing and we did our implementation in record time!

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to find good applicants for positions we are searching for. LOVE the assessments that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service is pretty good but sometimes agents can give different info when calling about same issues. Need to all have the same info and give less conflicting info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use is OK, but definitely could use some upgrades
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all customer service reps are on the same page and are distributing the same info. It would be great if uploading a resume was a bit easier and did not require adding the same info in that is already on the resume...basically little more intuitive.
Straight Forward Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate system. Intuitive layout that I was able to learn within a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic, could be better about applicant follow ups and reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps satisfy hiring needs. Keeps applicants organized.
Improvements all the time but still not really listening to their customers
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of configuration options and the ability to customize including creating custom fields.
Report dashboards are nice. I can write reports then share them with a login group.
Support is pretty responsive, usually get a non-automated reply in 24 hours and support is very knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reports aren't really intuitive and in some cases can't get all the info I want in one report as the fields don't cross from one module to the other (recruiting and onboarding for example). Reports are also restricted to 20 fields total. One example, trying to find offer extended but not accepted or rejected across all our custom offers (no common field)
Onboarding tasks can't be reassigned to a different HR Coordinator which can be challenging when someone leaves.
Test environment is very limited - can't test candidate or onboarding features as the test system only is the "platform" and does not include the portal.
HUGE price hike after our 3 year contract was up (76%!) even though we had a percent max at renewal listed in the contract, they did not honor it.
Moving from a person profile to a recruiter workflow profile can be confusing for new users.
Onboarding tasks can't be reassigned to a different HR Coordinator which can be challenging when someone leaves.
Test environment is very limited - can't test candidate or onboarding features as the test system only is the "platform" and does not include the portal.

Recruiters like it for job postings but managing tasks aren't quite where we need them. Posting a job is fairly easy as is managing aprpovals.

Although the product is improving, the huge 77% price hike made us really question our choice.
