The platform is convenient for recruiters

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which helps both recruiters and candidates have a smooth experience from start to finish. Also, the platform integrates well with other systems (HRIS, background check services, etc.), which helps create a more cohesive hiring ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
iCIMS can be pricey, especially for smaller businesses or startups. The pricing structure might be out of reach for organizations with tight budgets, especially if they don't need all of the features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS provides advanced tools for creating customized career pages, offering job alerts, and leveraging social media to engage potential candidates. This helps us reach a broader, more relevant pool of candidates, improving the quality of hires and helping companies fill positions faster.

Good product, horrible implementation!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for candidates. Reporting is robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is good, but we had a great deal of difficulty with implementation. Instead of the process being seamless, we went through no more than 4 implementation specialists over nearly a year's time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates manual process

Helpful Tool, Outdated Interface

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overall capabilities of the iCIMS Talent Cloud tool. We've been able to onboard our recruiters to self serve pulling candidate information to connect with post-events. The landing pages end up looking great, but we've had to use our own creative/assets to improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates to build the landing pages and forms. The interface feels a little outdated and not the easiest to navigate for a first-time user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us connect to candidates at a conference/event and follow up with them post-event.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's customizable to our specific needs. Whether we're hiring/onboarding from local talent, across the country, or in the middle east. We can quickly find and onboard candidates that have the right skills without reinventing the wheel each time. It also streamlines our efforts in recruitment, talent management, and ensures easy communication between the different teams. It also helps achieve our KPIs like time to hire & time to fill.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few hiccups with getting iCIMS to communicate with ADP. Or allowing each status to have more than one auto-launch action attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
be more agile, cost-effective, and innovative in how we manage the talent pipeline from recruiting to onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and organize everything. It's also very easy to customize dashboards and the user interface. The customer support is always above par and it's super easy to use and it integrates with other tools we use here. I use it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to review and search past applicants or a pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes all of our active reqs in one place and shows where all the applicants are within the process. It also houses all applicants from other platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed. It allows us to pull stats and KPIs for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the system is fairly user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support has its ups and it's downs. They are quick to respond, but also quick to closes cases even if it might not be do your satisfaction. There are no system pop-ups/alerts within the system. Everything is done via email or reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep our potential candidates up-to-date with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS offers a comprehensive suite of tools that cater to an individual business' needs. It is user-friendly and truly makes the recruiting workflow more efficient. The platform's dashboard is customizable, which allows each individual user to tailor it to their own needs and enhances the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and customization proces could be a bit overwhelming, but once setup the platform is GREAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers detailed resources, such as webinars, guides, and a dedicated support team that responds quickly to any and all inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
If we need any guidance or any issue, it is very easy to reach out to iCIMS support through chat. The support agents are very supportive and helpful to resolving the issue and providing the guidance.
