ICIMS has been great
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows and all of the different job boards and social media sites that ICIMS is connected to, it makes life easier when posting to several different places at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature, there is way too many drop downs and folders to go to, i wish it was more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ICIMS to create a better workflow when recruiting for our different branches. This has also eliminated our whole paper process on hiring and has made everything flow much easier.

it has a few features that are not as user friendly as the last version was.

much better than reaching out to candidates by email or phone
A great reference platform
What do you like best about the product?
Skill survey provides references with comparable data for like positions which helps the employer select from the highest scored candidates. It has helped us find better candidates and has decreased the amount of time we were spending interviewing candidates that did not have the qualifications we were looking for.

There is nothing about this product that we do not like

We are spending a lot less time interviewing candidates that do not qualify. We have hired better candidates/employees
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is easy to use and has really helped us find better qualified candidates. By getting the very detailed reference reports prior to scheduling interviews
Helps keep things together and trackable
What do you like best about the product?
I can find and track everything I need to for all the hiring I do here without consulting my HR contact for much. It's also part of my G Suite apps, so it's convenient to find and login.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is quite busy, so navigating to exactly what I'm looking for can be a chore (but this might have more to do with how our org has laid it out by default than the software itself). I'd also like more of the interview scheduling, as well as linking to where a req is publicly posted to be readily available as part of a res entry in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a hiring manager, I need to be able to create and update reqs easily, then track candidates and approvals, which this allows me to do. I no longer t need to operate in email with (various) HR contacts in order to keep it all straight.
Makes reference checking valuable
What do you like best about the product?
Minimal time investment for valuable reference checking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we don't have anything we dislike. The product and go-live went well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time on reference checks, and making better hiring decisions. It also helps us adapt onboarding based on coworker feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward platform, relatively easy to use. Robust reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a number of things that were uncovered during our integration process that iCIMS should have known would be issues for us. Things like how the integrations would work with the various vendors we use. We are still uncovering minor issues as we enter into our second year with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is your standard ATS and it helps us manager our requisitions and application pool efficiently.

Make sure you ask every possible question and every scenario that could present itself with your integrations.

SkillSurvey has saved valuable time that used to be sent calling references.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still applicants who struggle technically with electronic references.

We are able to more efficiently screen our candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating job reqs is straightforward and searching for jobs and people are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one piece of data is incorrect it flows into the other systems incorrectly or doesn’t flow at all. The offer letter templates are rigid- you can’t use for contractors or temporary workers with end dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to create job reqs, get them approved internally, post, track candidates and facilitate hiring process.

Recruiting Efforts. Time/ to fill reports, candidate time & stage reports. What are the roadblocks to prevent movement.
