I like the product design of the three major components and how they support the candidate pipeline.

Integration performance or third party services (non-iCIMS)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a small high performance Talent Acquisition Team and we are highly productive in a very fast paced environment. We save time and are very efficient throughout the candidate development lifecycle. We have gone almost paperless with onboarding and have had great success.

Evaluate your current tools and processes and make the appropriate design changes based on your outcomes and needs. Then select the tool that will get you there.
