Robust ATS system for Admins

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are the ability to grow with the system in many ways. The base core of the system does require those who use it, to be part of the main pathways. It's very robust and the support is amazing once you understand the best way to communicate with support, based on whether you want a configuration change, how-to advice, or add-ons. The chat feature in the help, support section is extremely efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can be time consuming to learn the best way to communicate with support. It's important to utilize terms based on the iCims system, and not layment verbiage. The reports can be difficult to drill down, but on the upside, they can be administered in numerous ways of which most ATS systems can't facilitate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new company, iCims has facilitated the collection of data from various locations, sources, departments, etc... It posts to various job boards, allows the inputting of profiles in different ways and text engagement is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Icims allows you to Take Action on Candidates in iCIMS Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and parse resumes with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views between candiates could be beter. Along with relationships for other canidates who meet the same qualifiacations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding external and internal candidates. Easy to use, but needs improvement in relationships.

The emphasis of AI is cumbersom because of compliance requirements.

The continued transition of a more user friendly graphic user interface.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about iCIMS is how customizable it is. We’ve been able to tailor the workflows to fit our needs, which has helped to streamline our recruitment and ensure a smoother experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The integration with other HR tools is seamless, and having everything centralized makes tracking applicants and communicating with them much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the navigation was more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has been using iCIMS Talent Cloud for several years, and it has been a game-changer for our hiring process. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from posting job openings to extending offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard was great! You could set it up so you could see your day and analytics at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly. Had so many features, but no really good place to learn them all.

We needed an applicant tracking system that would handle high volume recruiting

Great Customizable Functionality But Clunky

What do you like best about the product?
Very robust system overall. Customization and numerous add-on features allows enhanced usability to make this ATS do what you need/want it to do. Customer service is excellent and helpful to process tickets for updates. Community Knowledge Bank helps with working through system usability on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of work upfront to configure the system to your needs and is not simple to implement. We hired an outside consultant to help. There are helpful articles and customer support to work through the process but it will take time. The system does not feel intuitive in use and often requires clicking around to find what you need. Rather pricey and additional features require paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an applicant tracking system (ATS), the system is helpful in customizing candidate stages, workflow, automating some processes, and allowing visibility to hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. Once configured, metrics and dashboards help users visualize progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and can customize to fit your needs. Love the dashboard for easy access to reports. Love the lock down options for certain log in groups. Implementation was easy. Integrations are easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about the system.

ICIMS has many customizable features that makes this platform the best option for our company.

There is nothing our recruiting team dislikes about ICIMS Talent Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is solving our candidate encounter by providing the candidate a smooth application and interview process. Our recruiter have learned how to manage all processes we currently use allowing us to professionally present our organization.
