Great ATS system!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to recruit on a platform that is flexible and easy to use. Helps recruitment stay organized with high volume recruitment and ease of establishing candidate relationships. Offer management is great and easy to use. Everything housed on candidate profile and CRM package allows creation and builing talent pipelines. Absolutely love the event management piece via CRM. The introduction of AI into this platform allows for efficiency. Customer Care service has improved over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with the Hiring Managers app, not allowing persons to gain access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in time to fill via a streamlined process; creation of talent pipelines for hard to fill roles; marketing via CRM and event management via CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Text Engagement by far is my favorite feature

Not being able to speak to the folks in charge of technology when there is a challenge

Ease of use, text engagement, automated work flows and applicant communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's easy to do one thing which is just sending out references and having those all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not user friendly! It's really hard to find where to make changes in surveys or in settings in general. Also really difficult to get support. I mean in general as well as from an account manager perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out reference checks for potential candidates.
Leading Candidate tracking and candidate experience partner
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is easy to work with. They are responsive to requests, will work with you to create custom solutions. The system itself is flexible and has the ability to accomodate multiple processes at once. Given we operate differently in Canada than the US, this is critical in our quest to have a single source of truth for recruiting. We did not have to do extensive training for hiring managers and just have recorded 20 minute webinars for those that are new to the system. It is intuitive and the rollout was seamless.
We also subscribe to the onboarding and enhanced career site features. These significantly enhanced our candidate experience and drove increase engagement for our recruiting efforts. iCIMS has strong partnerships with vendors, which also us to integrate easily from sourcing tools to background check. We will be implementing our MS365 integration later this year!
Our implementation and customer service teams helped achieve a remarkable feat. We had only 12 weeks to set up and launch the ATS, Onboarding, Enhanced career site, and Offer Management with integrations back to HCM. Not only did we make the timeline, but the launch was wildly successful and the system was fully tested for the launch.
For the recruiters that are in the system everyday, it is an invaluable tool. They are able to communicate with candidates, launch background checks and assessments, and develop offers all in the same platform. It has streamlined their work considerably and they no longer have to toggle between systems.
The innovation roadmap is exciting with several new AI features coming to the system. We are thrilled to be partnering with a vendor that is focused on the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have one feature that seems to not getting traction with our team. The text engagement feature does not seem to integrate into our recruiters workflow as well as we had hoped. The product works as intended, but with recruiters that are always on the go, they prefer to use their mobile phones for ongoing communication with candidates versus using the text engagement feature in icims.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us streamline our workflows to allow us to identify the right candidate faster and get them hired. It also helped increase the credibilty of our team in the organization because of the trasparency of dashboards.
A Game Changer: iCIMS Talent Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The iCIMS Talent Cloud has transformed our recruiting process. The automations, screening abilities, ease of use, and robust customizations have created the quintessential hiring platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint. I wouldn't change anything about the iCIMS Talent Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always looking for ways to automate, create synergies, and save time, and the iCIMS Talent Cloud solves for all of those. From being able to bulk action candidates to seamlessly integrating with our other internal platforms, the iCIMS Talent Cloud is the most robust platform I have worked with.

Easy to use; I like the ability to refer back to the training, as well as the live chat.

You need to have "good data in" before you can really see advantages of some of the features.

Comprehensive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS Talent Cloud is a highly customizable ATS and has several integration that were key to our organization. The implementation was a challenge but once in place the day to day use has become easier. The support team is responsive when you need help .
What do you dislike about the product?
During implenation, a 3rd party was used and caused delays in our go live.

Full service ATS that integrated with our behavioral assessment partner.
Overall Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
After transitioning from ADPRM to iCIMS, I like the reliability of the platform best of all. Although not perfect, the system has less outages and error messages than other systems I have used for recruiting.
In comparison, the system is much more user friendly with profile information dislayed in a manner that makes it possible to move faster through each workflow .
For full cycle recruiting, you have all the phases of talent acquisitions in one place, which allows for faster onboarding and offer extension.
System alerts, and updates are deliverd to your inbox in a timely manner which eliminares the need to research each step of the process.

What do you dislike about the product?
When searching for information for a specific applicant , or, trying to locate inhouse emails to send feedback forms- the system can be very slow and oftentimes there is a delay in getting the proper hiring managers email address.
This needs to be resolved as it creates a abit of frustration when trying to move through the interview process and ensure the proper documnetation is completed.

The platform is ensuring all relevant data is captured and managed from one place. Saves time and effort, reduces recruiter frustration.
iCIMS - top ATS for my business needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate. I've been a Recruiter for 13 years and have seen and used a lot of applicant tracking systems. iCIMS makes it easy for the user to customize the user interface and has is easy to implement these changes. I've reached out to the support team on occasion, and they've always been quick to respond and answer any questions I have had. I use this system everyday with no plans to change. I definitely think this is one of the best ATS's out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many bins for the applicants. I think there should only be around 8 and there are way too many. Sometimes less is more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes our applicants and the stages they are in before bringing them into payroll.
ICIMS Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to process out candidates. We have recently deployed automations and even with hickups, it was a seemless experiance once we worked out all the kinks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing Im not a fan of is the "New ICIMS" features. I do the like the new modern look but Iit seems as though the we have to manuver a little differently when trying to process certain things. However, there with change it is expected.
