Excellent experience with ICIMS
What do you like best about the product?
ICIMS has many customizable features that makes this platform the best option for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing our recruiting team dislikes about ICIMS Talent Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is solving our candidate encounter by providing the candidate a smooth application and interview process. Our recruiter have learned how to manage all processes we currently use allowing us to professionally present our organization.
Its good but definingly could use improvements to make it a leader

Easy to Navigate for Users and Candidates Alike
What do you like best about the product?
iCims Talent Cloud is user intuitive and easy to navigate. I love how easily it integrates with our current workflow. The AI-powered applicant tracking is a great way to automate the hiring process and allows for a more seamless recruiting experience for our candidates and internal team alike. I really enjoy the fact that it gives us more options to engage with candidates via texts and chatbots, especially in a world where phone calls are forwarded and emails are sent to spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downfalls of iCims Talent Cloud are that emails to candidates are sometimes sent directly to their spam folders. As a recruiter who likes to schedule phone interviews, a lot of my initial emails to candidates are lost, which means I have to resort to texting. =
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCims is where we house all candidate applications, create job postings that push out to our career page, and is where we house onboarding documents for new hires.

There is Nothing which i do not like about ICIMS, its the best in the Industry..

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and organize candidates through the recruiting process. Ability to creat pipelines. Great marketing products. Love text engangement for quick candidate response times. Very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support times can be slow but have been getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new iCIMS is out for use with the old iCIMS still available for users. iCIMS team takes into account our feedback to make changes to the new iCIMS.

I like the CRM. I like the search abilities and authoring tool for campaigns.

It can be difficult to get answers in a timely fashion.

An organized way to track candidate relations. We are able to view touchpoints and improve our relationships.
Easy to use, straight forward and great from the user side.

Provides high-quality references with each of use for both the candidate and the references.

Customer service can be difficult at times to actually reach a live person.

Helping automate the reference checks for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to recruit on a platform that is flexible and easy to use. Helps recruitment stay organized with high volume recruitment and ease of establishing candidate relationships. Offer management is great and easy to use. Everything housed on candidate profile and CRM package allows creation and builing talent pipelines. Absolutely love the event management piece via CRM. The introduction of AI into this platform allows for efficiency. Customer Care service has improved over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with the Hiring Managers app, not allowing persons to gain access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in time to fill via a streamlined process; creation of talent pipelines for hard to fill roles; marketing via CRM and event management via CRM.

Text Engagement by far is my favorite feature

Not being able to speak to the folks in charge of technology when there is a challenge

Ease of use, text engagement, automated work flows and applicant communications.
