Qualified: Seamless AI Concierge Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of training with Qualified. We loaded up hundreds of PDFs about our company and what we do, and we were able to start training the bot before turning on live crawling, which was a breeze and gave it the concierge angle. I think the customer success is also a big plus. The setup process was incredibly efficient; it was supposed to take ninety days, but with the help of Qualified's solution architects, Janine and Andrew, it was done in thirty days. I'd give it a solid 10 out of 10, especially appreciating the customer success aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Later this spring, we are gonna work on the integration of the data into a central data lake, and we're gonna work on, not going directly into our Salesforce, which, of course, you guys are really well built for, but we're going to try to run through a middleware integration. So we have one source of response truth. That is an area that we're gonna pay extra attention to. Because I think that is not the easiest pre prescribed solution, which would be the direct integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for an AI concierge, enhancing growth, cross-sell, and upsell. It was easy to train, especially with loading PDFs and live crawling. This ease and strong customer success make it invaluable.
PiperX is more powerful than you think
What do you like best about the product?
The team that supports us. Yes, the technology is great, thoughtfully put together, flexible, and powerful, but Janene, our QSA, is the reason we are live in 30 days despite being in the middle of a potential company spin-off, total re-brand, and enormous loads of work to be done. We shouldn't be live already. We are because of the team behind the product's willingness to do whatever it takes to get us there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could customize the appearance of our AI Assistant more. Custom fonts, chat backgrounds, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Clear-eyed responses during a time of change: Renaming a large volume of products as part of a rebrand and spin-off could lead to confusion among our large existing customer base. PiperX understands all the changes we've made and knows all of our rebranded content and website better than any one person could. This means customers and prospects get clear answers during a time of change and find information without having to search through websites and resource libraries.
2. Activating valuable deep content for personalized nurture is a huge gain compared to static content suggestions for an enterprise company with many solutions & products.
3. Visitor insight: reading through conversations gives access to valuable customer insights.
Can't wait to get into lead qualification, pipeline generation, ABM campaign support, and more. We're just getting started with PiperX and excited.

AI-Powered SDR with Swift Lead Engagement Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Qualified as an AI SDR for chat and email campaigns, as well as meeting and lead routing. It has really helped us book meetings quickly and effectively, right from our website. The 'brain' of the AI SDR is phenomenal and works exactly as we instruct it. I also find the Clearbit reveal and enrichment features very useful in identifying and managing visitors, which helps route them to the right human representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a more clear setup of the integrations, fields mapping, routing queues, etc. All the features are there, but the rapid updates to the platform have them spread across setup in not the most intuitive way sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified enhances our ability to book meetings directly on our website and helps us identify and route leads correctly using Clearbit enrichment.
Comprehensive Solution, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified includes multiple functions into one platform, reducing the need for a large tech stack. It handles inbound leads in an automated but highly personable way with the agentic AI agent. I also appreciate that it can incorporate scheduling for the entire organization, handle all routing needs, and provide very specific insights into exactly what a prospect is engaging in or discussing on our website. Additionally, it offers significant visibility into what has transpired with an individual, even before their initial meeting or interaction with someone on our team. The support since going live has been absolutely amazing, with immediate reactivity and fantastic assistance from our representative, Elle, who continues to help with setup and support of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hard coding behind the scheduling can be a challenge if you have a dynamic process for routing and sorting leads for account executives. If one data field is off while syncing between your CRM and Qualified, it can cause significant issues, requiring agent assistance, which leaves us feeling less empowered to fix problems independently. Another area for improvement is the scheduling process when an SDR qualifies a lead before a meeting, as it can be disjointed and lead to prospects missing notifications for rescheduled meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps with speed to lead and immediate scheduling, meeting prospects where they're at and increasing our qualified pipeline with filters, routing, and paths based on their ICP status.
Streamlined Sales Qualification with Phenomenal Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we were able to personalize Qualified and align the look, feel, and copy tone with our brand standards. Our success architect, Mike Witt, was/is phenomenal. He made the implementation easy despite our complex sales routing structure and numerous voices wanting input. Mike was patient, listened to all perspectives, and provided solutions that met our needs, even for challenging requests. He's also great at guiding us to fully leverage Qualified.

We just launched Qualified today, so this review is primarily from an implementation and onboarding perspective.
Overall, the implementation process was very smooth. A big part of the successful rollout was the support from our Success Architect, Nick Kerlin. Nick was extremely responsive throughout the implementation process and provided clear guidance on configuration, best practices, and how to structure conversation flows. Having someone who understands both the technical setup and the go-to-market strategy behind conversational marketing made the process much easier for our team.

Since Qualified is a powerful platform with a lot of flexibility, there is naturally a bit of a learning curve when first getting familiar with the interface, conversation flows, and routing logic. That’s not unique to Qualified - it's typical with any sophisticated tool that integrates deeply with systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
That said, the onboarding support from Nick made the process much easier. Nick walked us through the setup step by step, shared best practices, and helped simplify what could have otherwise been a very technical implementation. His guidance significantly reduced the ramp-up time for our team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our aim with Qualified is to better engage high-intent website visitors, improve the overall user experience on our website, and increase conversions while improving speed-to-lead for prospects exploring our solutions. By handling initial engagement, answering common questions, and qualifying visitors automatically, Qualified will help guide visitors to what they’re looking for - whether that’s customer support, product information, or booking a meeting with our team.
We also see it as a way to educate users as they navigate our website and ensure they can quickly find the right path without friction. At the same time, it will help our SDR team operate more efficiently by automating the initial qualification process and routing conversations appropriately, allowing SDRs to spend more time on higher-value conversations with prospects who are already engaged and showing intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Qualified for its efficiency and the immediate ROI it provides for our business. I also enjoy working with our amazing CSM, Dominic Fish. The automation features, particularly the meeting booker function and EDI's auto sequencing, are leading the way for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main area I feel like there could be room for improvement is a call feature. Right now, we're still having to exit the tool to use a different engagement platform in order to execute call tasks.

Simple, Brand-Trained AI SDR That Qualifies Leads and Unifies Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity. I can train the AI on exactly how to speak about our brand, how to contextualize conversations to different GTMs, and how to qualify leads. It's integration with Salesforce allows us to further identify specific leads and contextualize their website experience. No longer does a website visitor need to search through our site, instead our AI SDR is a concierge. Its extended capabilities unifies campaigns by allowing us to target named accounts, alert named sellers/BDRs, and trigger AI emails to nurture those in our buying cycles.
Additionally, our CSM Domenic is so helpful. Like many mid-market growth companies, we have frequent positioning change, attribution problems, and other operational challenges. He is great at listening to our problems and ideas, and then using his understanding of Qualified to help build solutions that help us drive outcomes.

It's quite the investment, but has proven ROI within the first 6 months of launch. There are minor UI challenges and learning curves.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Qualified makes some of the use cases user-friendly with its intuitive interface, which means I don't have to manage a bunch of prompt libraries. I also appreciate that it lets us score answers and potential answers and A/B test examples pretty efficiently instead of having to test it in production or on a live site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that we have to retrain the model so often every time we make some updates to our positioning or branding. So that can be tedious and time-consuming. I think the workflows are also tedious to set up and maintain, although the Qualified implementation team has been really helpful in doing a lot of that work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our potential customers quickly learn about our product and how it can support them. It prequalifies leads before letting them book demos with our sales team.

While their AI is incredibly strong on the front end for prospect engagement, the backend currently lacks AI-powered analytics for team managers. Right now, reviewing chat logs, summarizing conversational performance, and identifying areas for playbook optimization is still a very manual process. It would be a huge value-add if Qualified introduced AI features to automatically summarize chat outcomes, highlight friction points, and proactively suggest improvements to our routing logic and conversational flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By deploying our AI SDR, we have fully automated top-of-funnel qualification. The bot proactively engages visitors based on their site navigation, asks the right qualifying questions, and books meetings directly onto our reps' calendars 24/7. The biggest benefit has been a massive reduction in friction for our buyers, leading to immediate after-hours MQLs, faster pipeline generation, and directly attributable closed-won revenue. It has also leveled the playing field for our sales floor by ensuring equitable, automated lead routing for the entire team.
