Great Inbound Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to keep tabs on who's visiting our site and chatting with our AI bot in the background while I actively manage other parts of my day. I can take over chats that our AI bot has already started, switch them over to my teammates if necessary. I can also sift through old data and signals to reach out to frequent visitors who may already be warmed up. Also love the ability to set meetings directly from the chat and even start a video chat right in Qualified. The data syncs right over to Salesforce, so I don't have to manually enter contacts, accounts, and opportunities. Our rep (Cormac) is super helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a BDR, it's another tool that I have to keep my eye on, but for the most part it's a passive part of the day that leads to inbounds leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically adding inbound meetings to my calendar when I am unable to chat with people. The AI bot can answer FAQ so I don't have to hop into every chat. Also the Signals reports make it easy for me to look prospects who are checking our site regularly and already warmed up.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to use Qualified. Everything you need and want to see is readily available and overall the system is easy to use. The data that populates around a website visitor is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing, when someone requests to chat with you there is a ringing sound that is loud but that is the least of my concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps my team solve for chatting with live visitors on our website as well as showing us signals for who is viewing different pages and what their status is (e.g. hot, cold, etc).

Powerful business driver, Great support & implementation team, and our AI SDR - Sani, is super cool!

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified tool itself if superb. It comes with so many features, not just the AI SDR - Sani, in our case, but additional features and benefits which I've started to take full advantage of. It's allowed us to drive engagement across the website within just days, and has already begun to see leads converted to open, and in some cases, won opportunities in under two weeks. Our AI SDR - Sani, has opened so many doors for the business. We've learned so much from our customers, website structure and content that resonates with prospects.

The team at Qualified are awesome, from our initial demo and exploration calls, to our implementation and ongoing support, I have to call out MADDIE. Maddie is my go-to contact - any questions are never to small, she's always happy to help and support, and enables us to fully leverage every aspect of Qualified to drive business growth. We meet regularly and Maddie's always got a new and fresh idea for how we can continue to drive Qualified to be a sucess for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to “dislike” about Qualified. It’s a strong platform backed by an even stronger team. If anything, it's given me more work (which isn't a bad thing), and has given us so many insights from website visitors, but hardly something to dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to engage with leads who are visiting the website much quicker, and allow them to reach the right point of contact with ease. It speeds up the contact processes, and allows people who have direct questions to ask and get immediate results, and be pointed in the right direction to a wide range of content available.

Powerful Platform That's Easy to Use and Drives Measurable Results

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly robust tool that allows us to handle inbound chat requests, customize pages for customers, partners etc and get meetings booked. We're able to see how people interact with the website and get actionable insights from that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Assistant feature is new and needs some added features to fully round it out, but these are not downsides just things that aren't available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complicated routing rules and therefore never had an SDR online at all times for coverage. Now with our AI SDR we're answering product and support questions 24/7 and getting meetings booked without reps needing to be in the app.

A Seamless Switch - Qualified is a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has completely transformed how we engage with visitors on our site. Visitors can chat with our AI SDR Quinn to have seamless conversations and quickly determine if our company is the right solution for them. The implementation process was smooth, and working with our QSA, Nick, has been absolutely incredible. He is super smart, accommodating, and deeply knowledgeable. He was even willing to review our previous chatbot setup and replicate it in Qualified, only better.

The integrations are seamless, especially with Salesforce, ensuring we correctly route visitors, create leads, and book meetings. Our sales team loves being able to see, in real time, what visitors are doing on the site during live chats or before meetings. They also appreciate seeing when prospects arrive from Outreach sequences, which has been a huge win.

The tracking, reporting, and analytics are top-notch, and Nick has helped us build out custom reports to monitor the data that matters most. The Smart Button experience is a game-changer, letting us update the site without web dev involvement. The Meeting Booker form is beautifully designed and customizable, which should help improve conversions.

We’re also huge fans of the Qualified Offers feature - being able to easily add banners and popups for events, webinars, product launches, and ABX plays without needing dev resources is a big win. Finally, the lead routing capabilities are robust and customizable, and despite our complex setup, Nick built it out flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. There are some things we’re still optimizing, but we’re working closely with our QSA to accomplish all of this. Nick has been incredibly patient, responsive, and proactive - he continues to monitor our setup, suggest optimizations, and answer every question we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified, our biggest challenge was routing inbound leads efficiently. We’ve solved that problem with a system that is both sophisticated and flexible. We also switched from a previous vendor, and we couldn’t be more excited about the move - Qualified offers so many more features and functionality that directly support our go-to-market efforts.

The benefits have been immediate:

Speed to lead: We’re booking more meetings and generating more leads, faster.

Sales visibility: Our team can see visitor behavior in real time, helping them have more relevant, productive conversations.

Self-service marketing updates: With tools like Smart Buttons and Qualified Offers, we can launch campaigns and promotions without relying on web dev.

Better reporting and insights: Custom analytics give us the visibility we need to make data-driven decisions.

Our launch was smooth and successful thanks to Nick’s support - he kept us on track, monitored everything closely, and made real-time updates as needed. Post-launch, he’s been just as engaged, ensuring we continue to optimize and succeed.

Overall, Qualified is helping us build pipeline faster, and we’re thrilled about the results so far. We’re equally thrilled to keep working with Nick, who has been a true partner and joy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an amazing accelerator for our pipeline. Within weeks of getting it implemented, we saw a noticeable uptick in first meetings.
Implementation was very well organized and our customer success architect has been a valuable partner throughout the process.
It's easy to use and easy to onboard the inside sales team. I also appreciate that the platform is continually adding new functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
A fair amount of setup requires a customer success architect to do it, but she's extremely responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our prospects to get their questions answered and do research without having to engage with the sales team. Once they're warmed up, they're much more likely to convert and request a meeting. It's also sped up the velocity of time to first meeting by a LOT.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's platform is easy to use and there are constantly new features being rolled out. However, our support person Michael Witt and their dedication to ensure we are getting value out of the solution is what has set them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a level of granular control of the AI SDR that I'd like to have, but I can see things are developing there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us scale our SDR motion and messaging personalization through AI. This is saving my team time and allowing us to focus on more strategic initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
We launched with Qualified's AI SDR Piper a couple months ago and use it in a few different ways. The backend is mostly intuitive to use and their amazing CSM (Mike Witt) makes it all the more easy with his insights and help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items that will be helpful to us in a B2B market are on the roadmap and not implemented yet. Potential workarounds are possible at times, however, it is complex to do on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps with lead generation and engagement in different ways with some examples being pop up offers, ai chat, and ai emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has become a core part of our marketing tech stack. The AI SDR and auto-pounce features have made a big impact on how we engage with site visitors. We’re able to deliver personalized messaging at the right time, which has led to a noticeable lift in meetings booked. Our BDRs are thrilled with the quality of leads and the momentum we’re seeing.

The platform is both powerful and intuitive, giving us the ability to create real-time, personalized experiences for high-value visitors based on where they are in their journey. We recently launched Qualified's AI email campaigns focused on meeting drop-off, and we're already seeing how effective they can be in re-engaging prospects. The same AI that powers chat also drives these campaigns, and it continues to improve as it scans our website and learns from new content.

Having worked with other chatbot vendors before, what sets Qualified apart is their technology and the team behind it. Our Success Architect, Elizabeth, has been incredible. From the very beginning, she’s been proactive, knowledgeable, and invested in our success. She’s helped guide us through the setup process, offered strategic recommendations tailored to our goals, and made sure we’re always getting the most value out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a learning curve, which is normal for a platform with this much functionality. But once you get the hang of it, everything falls into place. The support from the Qualified team really helps speed up that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us turn anonymous website traffic into qualified pipeline. It allows us to identify high-value visitors, engage them in real time, and route them to the right reps. The AI SDR and chat features have increased meeting volume and improved lead quality. With AI email campaigns, we’re also re-engaging visitors who drop off, like those abandoning meetings. Overall, it’s helped us boost conversions and align marketing and sales more effectively.
