The BEST conversational marketing tool you can get!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very user-friendly. It's just a remarkable platform and our support specialists made the transition from Drift a breeze. We are able to segment exactly how we want across our website and can pull a variety of reports that our sales team can utilize. Qualified being built on salesforce is life-changing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it was a little bit easier to look back on past conversations / the ability to search. But overall, we've had a very positive experience since implementation and we really have not noticed any major glitches or anything of that sort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has completely transformed our conversational marketing channel. Our sales team has become so much more efficient in the way they can engage with prospects. It allows us to add our own touch and it solved our problem of the integration between our systems. Qualified just works perfectly with our setup!

What do you like best about the product?
The technology powering Qualified is incredible. It allows us to better understand the types of businesses/people that are exploring our product on our AppExchange listing, which in turn has positively impacted the way we go-to-market and communicate our value prop. It also integrates seamlessly into the Salesforce products we use: Sales Cloud and Pardot. The UI is SO clean and easy, and pulling reports can be done without any code. The support team is also very responsive and communicates with us regularly. Overall great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently only use Qualified on our AppExchange listing but are considering it for our main website. Cost is a potential barrier as it seems to be more expensive than other solutions on the market. However, as mentioned above, the technology is superior to other options I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us to be a more proactive company by providing another avenue for customers, prospects, and partners to communicate with us, and gives us deeper insights into our core ICP as we look to scale our product/company.

This is a feature-rich tool with real human support to ensure we get the most out of it.

There are a ton of features and it can get pretty thick to navigate it all, but the human support really helps.

Better business chat that ties in well with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is cutting edge when it comes to giving your incoming website traffic the best possible experience through human touch. Allows for automation and incredible visitor experience (inbound or outbound). Evolving beyond traditional marketing/sales funnel - meeting the prospect where ever they are in the buying funnel. Shoutout to CSM Brittney Rhyme for above and beyond support in building out business review decks and customizing our reports. Really helping us get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific reporting requirements I have weren't met out of the box the. I understand it's being worked on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the time it takes for a prospect to get in touch with a sales rep. Skip the demo request and speak directly to inside sales. So many days are west between demo request, calling the prospect to chat, and scheduling a day. Also like the salesloft integration that shows me when prospects in cadence engage with site.

Embrace adoption, avoid large # of complicated routing rules, evolve org structure as needed, leverage CSMs from qualified
So much more than a Chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have had an exceptional experience with Qualified from day one. We began looking at Qualified while going through RFP for our previous chat tool and were immediately blown away by the experience we received from their own SDR and sales teams during our investigation. From there, we were able to implement the Conversations tool in an extremely tight window and immediately began gathering insights we have been unable to collect elsewhere. We are still at the early stages of our Qualified project but can already foresee significant impact from both the Conversations and Signals tools on various areas of the business. Aside from the tool itself, it would be remiss not to mention the incredible service we have received – particularly from our Qualified success rep Cameron. The hands-on support and level of knowledge built into the Qualified service model take a great tool and elevate it even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned in other reviews, it is a fairly new tool and there are some gaps in the features and functionality - though nothing business critical at this stage. That being said, the team has been very proactive in taking on product feedback and have already rolled out one feature requested from our team.

Qualified will enable us to deliver a more strategic and informed experience across all stages of the customer journey.
White-glove service with every step of the journey
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, and the visibility into account web visitors is game-changing. Qualified enables our biz dev team to engage with leads in real-time. We get notified via “surge alerts” when target accounts have landed on our site. Additionally, the support we receive from our CSM is incredible. Our CSM is very hands-on, provides white-glove service and ensures that we’re always optimizing and improving our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat size and style are not customizable. Other than changing colors and font, we cannot make the chat smaller/larger or customize the size of the logos.

Qualified enables our BDR team to reach out to customers and prospects in real-time. When visitors engage with our BDR team, we can answer their questions quickly and efficiently, encouraging meetings and speeding up the intro cycle
The Most Valuable Software for Engaging Website Visitors
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Qualified seamlessly integrates into Salesforce/Pardot makes it stand out among other conversational chat tools on the market. We are able to route leads directly into Salesforce and run automation within Qualified based on status and assignment which allows us to optimize the experience for both our visitors and sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making updates to complex paths can be a little difficult, but that being said we have yet to have an "experience" where the CSR has not been completely supported!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us bridge the gap between our website visitors to our sales team. We have had problems as many others with website visitors not finding what they are looking for and leaving to competing websites. By providing an option to chat live or schedule a meeting our website visitors are able to get in contact with the right person much quicker than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Though the setup process is a little intensive the program is completely worth the time, not to mention there is a rep to guide you through the whole thing. Having a chat tool that integrates with Salesforce and allows you to easily engage with leads in real time brings a whole new dimension to conversational marketing.
ROI ON DAY 1
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very intuitive, surprisingly adaptable, and we've seen the value add immediately: we booked a meeting within the first 20 minutes live, which went on to close by EOM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about Qualified. If push came to shove, I would have said it was the lack of layered calendars - but that's been resolved. Other than that, I'm not quite bought in on the video messaging - but I hoped to be proven wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to deliberately engage with prospects in real-time. This is huge, because it allows us to extend the BDR training beyond a spray and pray approach, and allows us to reel in interested and qualified leads that we otherwise wouldn't know about. Signals are also absolutely incredible - the insight we gain there is immeasurable.
