An Easy Way to Connect w/ Website Visitors
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an easy way to not only see who's viewing your website and when, but gives an easy and simple-to-use chat bot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes mistakenly pounce on colleagues viewing our website that aren't listed as internal visitors, which we just have to manually avoid by changing their tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us chat with people viewing our site and book meetings directly through the chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very user friendly and our company branding is able to be incorporated in it which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't detect spam emails but other than that, it is a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us reach prospective customers through our website. I've been able to book meetings with great companies that have come in through the platform.
The best chat solution in the marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
The support that Qualified provides is incredible. We adore our CSM (hey, John D!) and appreciate all the hands-on work he has done on our account to get us not only up & running, but also optimizing and improving our process along the way. Besides the great staff they have, the solution itself works incredibly well. It's very intuitive, provides great insights, and really sets our teams up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like this platform. I think it's one of the more expensive options in the market, but frankly, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick time to engagement. Although we have platforms that helps us identify which accounts are on our website, Qualified is the one that connects all the dots and allows us to immediately engage with our ICP when they're on our pages.
Great technical support, easy-to-use visual platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have never worked with a vendor that provides such detailed technical support as Steve does with Qualified! Steve knows the platform inside and out and has helped us with building and translating experiences into multiple languages, while also teaching us how the different components work so we can eventually self-serve if we want. I've built dataflows and automations in other platforms, and this level of support and insight is just awesome!
As for the platform itself: everything is drag-and-drop and easy to edit. It's also easy to see which experiences are performing, and where visitors drop off so that you know where to adjust text or logic. We've got different experiences for different pages, and we have it integrated into Salesforce, Pardot, and Teams so that the right folks can respond at the right time. Triggers all seem to be functioning correctly. I'm not a sales user, so I can't speak for that side of the experience, but from the back end it works very well for our purposes.

It would be great if translations were automated - managing the process in spreadsheets will get unwieldy with a few more languages.

Qualified is providing a chat function so that we can provide real-time support and access to sales (in multiple languages) directly on our site. We've already seen an increase in lead flow and are better able to handle complex routing rules than with previous solutions.
Super Responsive and Helpful Implementation Team
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to navigate and changes are easy to make. Implementation was straight forward and Stephanie from Qualified was super helpful and was always quick to respond!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "drag and drop" functionality of the experiences can cause the page to go back to the previous and doesn't save work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our reps to take immediate action on users on our site to help increase new visitor engagement and time on site. The metrics we are able to pull are very helpful for evaluating Sales Rep activity.
Qualified is leading the ROI on Chat Bot experience!
What do you like best about the product?
From the discovery call to the implementation, the Qualified team was there every step of the way. The launch day was seamless and the Qualified's journey builder is the best out there. From meeting with the CSM weekly, it has been a great experience from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pounce notifications can be a little loud but can be modified per the user's preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed more SALs from the Chat Bot - within a week we were already seeing results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering making the switch from Drift to Qualified, it is in your best interest to do so.
Finally a chat tool that my Sales and Marketing Team loves!
What do you like best about the product?
First off, the customer service is INCREDIBLE. Onboarding a tool like this usually comes with a ton of setup work, deep-diving on routing, creating bot experiences, and writing copy for bot experiences can be very overwhelming.. and that's not even covering the integration piece with other systems. I've had to take on all the work with other chat tools in the past, not the case with Qualified. Their customer service team cares about your success and helps you create copy and follow your branding guidelines, following best practices, and building logic. This has to be one of the easiest additions to any tech stack I have worked with in the past, and I've integrated/added a chat tool to 3 (now 4) different stacks at different organizations. The tool itself is incredible, but it's the customer service that really sets Qualified apart.

The Qualified team helped me extensively to test in our sandbox, move to production, and test production. The amount of time that saved the team is substantial. Honestly, out of any vendor I've worked with, Qualified's Customer Service team is the best I have ever encountered.
Our sales team loves the visibility they get on their target accounts, open opps, and high intent page visits. Marketing loves that we can give custom experiences based on which page the prospect or client is visiting, and Marketing Ops loves it for the support and ease of use. I could not recommend a chat tool more than Qualified, they are incredible and my organization could not be happier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think could be better is more documentation on Marketo best practices for those of us who have to use that MAP. I know they are already working on this so I'm sure the documentation will grow and evolve. It's still very easy to integrate with Marketo and I was able to figure out all of my custom rules, triggers, and batch rules I needed to set up by myself. The Qualified team helped a lot with troubleshooting and testing as well with the Marketo to Salesforce integration since our default push is to Marketo first which is not typical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and sales visibility, letting our BDR teams have the ability to directly chat with prospects that come to the site from their Salesloft emails or cadences, Sales being able to book meetings directly from chat, marketing being able to deliver custom experiences and assets based on interaction and interest. This is helping us a lot with being able to convert our middle funnel and give our future clients a very custom experience and serve them with relevant interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a Salesforce user and the rest of your organization uses SFDC, and/or Outreach or Salesloft, and/or Marketo Pardot this is a great tool. I struggled getting the help with set up of conversational marketing with other products but not with Qualified. The product is amazing to work with and the team at Qualified is truly invested your success. This is extremely rare in my experience, and it helps my team work more effectively, saves us time and money, and enables both our Marketing and Sales Teams. If you are considering a competitor, I would assess your need for a "partner" type relationship. My team did not have the bandwidth to do this by ourselves which is what we would have gotten with the competitors. This sped up our time to launch and allowed our team to remained focused on their projects since we worked with the Qualified team in a more partner-type relationship.
If you have the bandwidth and the ability to take it all on by yourself and you're focusing more on cost, maybe a competitor would be a good option. However, even with a budget in mind, you still get more visibility into intent data which is very valuable for Marketing and Sales.

Effective and well designed integration for lead qualification and conversion
What do you like best about the product?
How powerful the tool is in terms of features and ease of integration with Salesforce. Support is also 10/10, responsive, well-organized, and cares about performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limited functionality based on whether the conversation has "closed."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a team manning the chat our sales team is free to focus on working leads down the funnel. The chat gives us an opportunity to collect more information from leads than we would be able to with a form, so there's potential to provide a customized experience.
Easy to use and helpful in gaining new contacts or business.
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduled meetings that occur when someone is not available. Being able to see what they are looking for and at makes it easy to know what they are needing help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to filter customers that are not part of my department. It just takes extra time to look at their file and see if they are on a page pertaining to me if there was a notification system taht will notify you instead when they reach a specific page on your website that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is creating to leads and possible business. It allows us to touch base with exisiting customers that just need help with something easy. It is a good tool to know what customers are more interested in.
Best onboarding and implementation of any chat tool I have ever had!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part was having Brittany Rhyme (our dedicated Qualified Success Architect) walk us through the implementation and onboarding. She supported us through setting up experiences, making sure our integration to Salesforce and other integrations were tested and helped us get up in running within a few weeks. Most of us are new to having a chat tool so it was extremely helpful having someone to guide us through it and make sure we felt confident about going live and managing the tool moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would be great would be the ability to integrate/connect to custom objects in Salesforce. Currently, it's limited to only seeing data from the standard objects in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our RDM team was relying on our contact us form to bring in qualified leads. The problem was we didn't have the option to control that experience and as a result, we would get people submitting the form and they weren't truly qualified. Now we can have qualifying questions and control the experience so that we are not wasting our Sales reps time with unqualified leads.
