Incredible CS Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation - straight forward, easy to get up and running quickly
CS Experience - Trey is the best. He kept the process moving forward across numerous stakeholders to meet our launch deadline
Agile - our team is honing the tool on a regular basis with the assistance of Trey
Intent Intelligence - intuitive reporting to understand who is on your site and what they are interested in
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a very positive experience. We are learning new capabilities of the tool on a daily basis and look forward to the continued interaction our team has with prospects through our website because of Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing leads in realt time.

Game-changer in generating pipeline!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows our teams to speak in real time with our target audience who is actively reviewing our offerings. Our pipeline generation has dramatically increased as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we probably haven't been using the solution long enough to uncover some frustrations. I'm sure they will be there, but just haven't cropped up yet. There will come a day when reps mention "Oh, I wish it could do this... or that..." but that hasn't happened just yet. We're still in awe of what's possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing the right people at the right time who have intent to purchase our solutions! The ability to start a dialogue in real-time with the people we would want to connect with anyway just simplifies our GTM strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The map and the amount of information we get for just one person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still working on familiarizing myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more real-time leads, and also being able to quickly qualify people based on what they are exploring within our page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not have any recommendations since I am still familiarizing myself, but I do like how responsive it is and being able to engage. I really like the shortcuts.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Qualified is hands-down the support from the team. Not only does the tool integrate tightly with many tech stacks, but you get top-notch professional support to make sure you are getting the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using Qualified for about 2 months and so far, I haven't found anything I dislike. It does what it is supposed to do well and the integrations are strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified transforms our inbound team. Now instead of waiting for leads to come in through forms, reps can actively reach out to target accounts/contacts and communicate at the most relevant times. We are able to book and hold meetings with prospects much faster than we have before.

What do you like best about the product?
What sets Qualified Chat apart from other tools on the market includes the following:
- Qualifed team members in implementation, account management, and training who partner with you each step of the way from onboarding, training to optimize experiences - Rachel, Stephanie and Brittney are awesome!
- Easy user interface to understand who's on the website, segmenting priority of accounts for pouncing, and easy to read views for actioning
- Experiences that can be easily customized for your needs and the website visitors' needs
- Data insights from reports to analyze experiences for better optimization, understand how to better train your team, and insights to generate new ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much to love that there is very little to desire.

My desire would be to have more robust integrations with Salesforce and ABM tools like Demandbase to customize experiences based on account journey, account engagement scores, campaign responses, etc. This type level of customization would be great to align with prospect journey experiences.

Another note that I've sent to the product team is the ability to notify an account owner when a user is offered the meeting booker but doesn't book a meeting. Currently, this is not a feature built-in to notify via slack and is done through reporting. It's on the radar for Qualified to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QC allows us to do the following:
- Take the friction out of talking directly with our team when prospects are on the website. Prospects can skip requesting a demo and ask their immediate questions to a team member.
- We are able to route website visitors appropriately to resources that may or may not be easy to find on our website.

We have been able to use QC as a channel for lead generation and meeting generation. We've also been able to book meetings with our highly targeted accounts through pouncing and chat experiences.

I'm trying to book more quality meetings with prospects and Qualified allows me to have more elevated conversations with them.

Qualified sets the bar for best chat tool

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Salesforce (and other intent data) is HUGE. We now have visibility into our entire funnel with valuable metrics to back it up. The user interface is painless and navigable. The Javascript that goes on behind the scenes on our website feels like magic. The amount of information that we can now gather from people visiting our website is incredible. The icing on the cake was all of the work that the CSM put into our onboarding. They had complete knowledge of the platform and knew exactly how to make it work for our specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The platform is large and there is a learning curve, but Qualified has a massive knowledge base with any information that you could ask for. Plus the CSM and support teams are incredibly helpful experts with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only are we able to see who is coming onto our website based on their Salesforce attributes, but we're also able to take full advantage of our intent data. We can accurately attribute leads to marketing pipeline, while also allowing the Sales team to personalize the experience that a user has on our website. It's a win for both teams.

Amazing products + CS team = game changer for B2B marketers

What do you like best about the product?
A few things come to mind right away:
- The routing logic you can use fast-track your target accounts to your Sales team. This helps remove a ton of friction for qualified prospects when trying to book demos without forcing them to waste their time on a qualification call with an SDR
- How easy it is to build out new experiences and use to global blocks that can be re-used across multiple experiences. This saves SERIOUS time and effort from having to update every single experience
- The UI is awesome. So awesome that my Sales team has been Slacking me non-stop since we went live about how good it looks and how easy it is to find what they're looking for
- Their support team was incredible throughout the entire implementation process. Big shoutout to Camille for making our implementation and launch day go as smoothly as possible
- Getting 4 qualified demos and 1 qualified opportunity booked from the website in two days since we went live with Qualified
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now - We're really excited to use Qualified Conversations + Qualified Signals together. Any time your Sales team is telling you how much they like new tech their marketing team bought, you know it's a good sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making it as easy as possible for qualified prospects to book demos with our AEs
- Getting smarter about how we qualify people on our website so we don't ask the same qualifying questions - regardless of their fit
- Giving our Sales team more intel on their prospects/target accounts who are on our website
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider this tool if you need to increase conversions on your website and drive more qualified demos for your Sales team. This is a big time up and coming tool that all the good B2B marketers will be using a year from now.

The customer success team is incredible.

Some things require a CSM to make changes/updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qualified as another way for our customers and prospects to engage with our team. We use it on multiple websites and AppExchange listings, and we have seen an increase in leads and conversations with our sales team and we absolutely love it. There are so many people who aren't quite ready to meet with our team but have questions, and Qualified helps us bridge the gap between visitors and prospects. We also love the analytical aspects of Qualified in order to understand our visitor and account data even more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use your resources!! The Qualified team is incredible, always willing to help, and smart! We've worked with them consistently, doing A/B testing and making data-informed improvements to our chat experiences that we've seen immediate results from. It's a really collaborative partnership and we've enjoyed working with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Some software companies are like 'read this and good luck.' But Qualified has been amazingly hands-on, helpful, and ready to help problem-solve with us. From implementation through to optimizing our experiences, Sarah has been the best support and her attention to detail to make sure we are using the tool to its fullest has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any new tool, it takes some time to work out the kinks and how to make it work with established systems, but overall, there isn't much to dislike. It may be helpful to share some real examples of experiences/questions/templates for orgs to leverage easily and quickly at the beginning.
