What do you like best about the product?
The support from the team at Qualified has been top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had anything about the product or service that I've found to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still testing the product, but the benefits are easily relatable to our priorities as an organization. The platform can be configured to the most minute detail or to a very general scope, which gives flexibility in how to go about achieving our goals as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how many times an account has come and gone, or how many times you wish you could have had a better way to go straight into engagement with an account. This is your solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has given our team an additional ability to engage with leads in real-time aside from phone calls and web meetings along with insight into web activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Qualified is the lead alerting. Depending on how an experience is structured, sometimes it may lead to a team member not receiving a certain alert
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More real-time interactions with leads. One of the main benefits is being able engage with an inbound lead right away and not having to potentially chase them through phone and email.

What do you like best about the product?
I am excited that we can chat with site visitors in real-time, geared towards converting them to warm leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any least helpful points since I haven't been able to dive into product use yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going able to reach prospects that could have lost interest in the product if no one was able to reach out as mentioned at a physical storefront.

What do you like best about the product?
Product and technology is among the industry tops, The service team cannot be matched. They changed the game causing their competitors to go with their model.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dislikes, but would like to see some expansion on the calendaring feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our customers and potential customers in a more meaningful way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Qualified has set the standard when it comes to how we want to interact with vendors. They are one of the few vendors who enable the relationship as a partnership. We look forward to our meetings, as they come with insights on how we can improve, and why we should take action. All without being prompted, and done proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is user-friendly and automates a lot of steps that would be otherwise tedious. Excited to start using it live! Our product trainer was awesome and I left feeling confident about using Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I have really enjoyed using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qualified as a way to extend our prospecting efforts and meet our customers' needs with more efficiency and precision.

Real time conversations, able to have a rapid response without losing the customer due to waiting time.

Routed by state, not by company HQ - this will require us to do a little more work in discovery

Qualified, like is a valuable tool for:
1. Allow buyers and sales staff to connect in real-time through online chats.

2. With the ability to collect leads, expand channels to take the right action.

3. We can see who is viewing our website and what the company is doing.

4. It is very useful to attract and retain the attention of our most popular visitors.

5. Allow display of live chat and phone calls to increase conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to set up conversations with Qualified.

Internal notes in conversation would be quite useful.

They must keep optimizing reports through pure UX design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is beneficial for the organization allows us to:

1. To attract new customers.

2. Take steps to expand our portfolio of projects.

3. In addition to voice conversations, we leverage visualization and live chat to increase conversion rates.

4. For engineers and contracting teams benefit from the additional time.

5. Artificial intelligence makes it easy to calculate purchase intent so sellers can focus on accounts that are ready to buy.

6. Drive lead generation, pipeline, and revenue for sales and marketing teams.

7. Reduce the time it takes to automatically qualify incoming leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Qualified for the following:
1. It is adaptable in routing and informs visitors and designated agents as soon as they arrive at your site.
2. Qualifying permits are streamed live and segmented for all to see on our website, allowing our agents to easily prioritize VIPs.
3. Useful for categorizing visitors based on various criteria like target accounts, company size, or industry.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Salesforce Appexchange vendor, we've had a great experience in working with the Qualified team on both our Appexchange listing and our core site. Their team has been amazing to work with in terms of setting up the app and helping us to continue to improve our implementation. Rob Kubovic has been an absolute rockstar to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides that we've found so far. The team made it easy to get started and are always quick to answer our questions and jump in to help whenever it's needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more quickly get our most qualified leads to a discovery call. Qualified became one of our top lead sources almost instantly after implementation. it's also incredibly valuable to better understand how our prospects are interacting with our site.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualified for the following reasons:
1. Offering us relevant interfaces for our customers on every page of the website, the chatbot is a fantastic alternative to traditional form submissions.
2. Helps spot potential interactions we might have missed if they hadn't filled out a form or connected with us in the first place.
3. Qualified provides an integrated development environment (IDE) with various programming languages, and allows us to conduct interviews and calculate qualifications for assigned projects.
4. Qualified is very useful for recruiters to measure and compare candidate performance based on factors like code submission, execution time, test results and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It may take some time to adjust for newbies unfamiliar with Qualified.
2. The admin panel may seem confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Qualified provides a collaborative workspace where multiple developers can code in real-time at the same time.
2. Live chat, chatbots, voice interactions, and screen sharing allow VIPs to connect in real-time.
3. Qualified allows buyers and sellers to communicate in real-time through online chats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Qualified for the following reasons:
1. Allows evaluators to repeat sessions and estimate participants' thought processes, methods, and results using the code playback tool.
2. Scored options make it easy for Human Resources to develop and customize exams tailored to candidates' jobs and experience levels.
