Daily qualified user
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Qualified allows us to chat with users that visit our website. In my short experience using the tool, I have been able to set consistent meetings and identify trends of what visitors to our site are most frequently checking out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major missing from the product. I do not have any complaints about my experience with the tool thus far. Anything that our team has needed help with the Qualified team has always worked efficiently to ensure that our team is all set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is using Qualified to book demos, answer questions from clients, and answer any questions that visitors have regarding the products that we offer. My personal business performance has increased thanks to Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
You get dedicated support that does a few initial calls and then does the rest of the work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Maybe some swag? A coffee cup would be nice lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a tech stack to remove the barriers between prospects and information. We want to help people where they are at when they are there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We thought of going with Drift, but Qualified came out of nowhere, and we are glad we went with them.

What do you like best about the product?
High Quality Support, reliable integration with Salesforce, intuitive UX within the product, and knowledgeable sales team that knows where to provide useful tips and help with setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all fields tied to booking meetings map to Salesforce. This is not the end of the world as there is some reporting function within the product itself and the sales team has been on-hand to assist with any reporting needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our business to engage with prospects that we may not have otherwise noticed are on our site and looking around our documents. We have had quite a few leads and some opportunities coming out of using the tool.
150x Increase in Meetings from Day 1!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified leads with customer service and lives up to that promise. They essentially handle the setup for you, from configuration and routing rules, to actually writing the experiences. We were in a position of either rewriting all of our Drift playbooks or switching platforms and decided to give Qualified a try. We implemented in 3 weeks across two sites, in two languages, and on the first day booked twice as many meetings as we had the entire previous 90 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with Quaified's competitors, the automated language chats is an enhancement that comes with a bit of a price hike, but it is still far more reasonable than the competitors, and there is a workaround available of building multi-language chats by site at no additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is exceptional for creating live engagement between sales and buyers on our website. On the first day that we had Qualified live on the site, we booked twice as many meetings as we had the entire previous 90 days. Additionally, we saw a 52% increase in overall chat engagement.
Great Chat Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. It helps organize the views that come to our profile and has ease talking with the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good; I have no complaints about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The touch with the prospects. It helps to increase traffic in our profile because of the fast response we give in it.
Easiest chat bot to implement and run and the best support team out there
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to implement and understand. In addition, all dealings with the support team have been stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there haven't been any problems. The tool is reliable and just works.

Intuitive chat bot makes it easy to interface with prospects and route them to the right sales team.

You won't find a superior solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can get in touch with prospects directly on our site live so we can help them right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. Good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any chat features on our page previoulsy, so now we can chat directly or have visitors go through automated experiences that allow us to convert more traffic into real leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Qualified has helped our team identify what HR professionals think about in real-time. Seeing how people interact with our website and the content they're searching for has helped improve our conversations and book several meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the "choose a time on my calendar" option. There isn't much flexibility on our end. Since we're booking meetings on behalf of the product specialist the prospect would be meeting with, it would be more helpful to have Qualified present the product specialist's availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualified, we've been able to start conversations with prospects while they're on the website without them opting into chatting first. Qualified has been beneficial for the whole team in creating new opportunities and understanding what we should be focusing our discussions on right now. Another benefit I've discovered is knowing which prospects I've been reaching out to show interest in Jellyvision based on how they interact with the website. In Outreach, we can see which prospects are opening our emails and clicking on links, but Qualified helps take our discovery to the next level by showing what they're looking at after clicking on links.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice tool to instantly talk to inbound folks, or people that are just poking around on the site. Can connect with them instantly, see what they're doing specifically, and give targeted insight into what people are looking at real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of convoluted and can be somewhat difficult at times, but this is not so bad because the more that is available to you, the better it is. You almost need a training course and consistent follow-ups to get the most out of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound questions, from both cold and warm prospects, in real time is a huge plus of this tool. Qualified is the only tool that I've seen that allows you to have the immediacy to schedule a cold meeting right then and there while not losing the prospect.
Incredible Product with an Incredible Tream
What do you like best about the product?
With Qualified we have always felt like the team is there to help us every step of the way. Implementation was a breeze and customized to fit our exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a smaller business so sometimes we do not have enough staff to man chat but the bots have done a good job of managing that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are catching users that may not have converted via demo form, and boosting speed to lead. We have seen hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue attributed to Qualified in just the first month of use.
