Outstanding solution, onboarding and customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified as a company and tool are really outstanding. Throughout the sales process, onboarding, rollout, and post-sale support we've been impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more licensing options for admins, marketing, and customer success that are more infrequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing friction and connecting interested website visitors directly, quickly, and more easily to our product experts and sales team. Increased demo and meeting requests.
Great website chat software with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has far more features than I have seen in other chat software programs and I like how you can create user journeys for different pages. Their new client onboarding was a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a very robust product. The only complaint I have is that because the software is very robust and you have so many different options, there is a fairly extensive onboarding process. But that should not be viewed as a negative. This is great and worth the effort to get it set up and everyone trained on how to best use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of our site not being very interactive. Now, with Qualfied, our website is much more interactive and it is becoming a better tool for lead generation as our SDRs can now see when valuable prospects are on the site and can immediately reach out to them over chat.
Best chat platform and service!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been amazing so far from start to finish. In my opinion, this is hands down the best intelligent chat tool on the market. The buying experience was smooth, the white glove customer service in set up and launch is phenomenal, and - of course! - the tool itself is just incredinly cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. We just launched the tool so admittedly I am in the "honeymoon phase" of loving it, but I have a hard time imagining that I'll find something to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intelligent reporting and targeting of website visitors, ability to engage with website visitors in a customized or personalized way, ability to drive the buyer's journey by providing customized streams.
Strike while the iron's hot
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations into the CRMs to provide immediate insight into the profile of the site visitor are incredibly valuable. Understanding the contact history is an additional layer of context that helps our team to engage the site visitor in the most appropriate manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re new to Qualified, so there’s a lot for us to explore. The initial struggle is understanding how to stay aware of new site visitors in real time throughout the day while simultaneously getting the rest of the day’s work completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional outreach involves surprising and/or interrupting prospects while they’re focused on other priorities. This can lead to prospects ignoring you, or worse, bristling at your attempt to connect. However, when the prospect is on our website consuming our content and reading about our offering, it’s easier to engage them in a conversation about the specific pain that led them to our site and which of our value props is most aligned with their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Qualified. First off - we have seen a 493% return on investment since implementing Qualified just 6 months ago, which is incredible. I credit much of this to the amazing customer service we get from our CSM. Camille has been instrumental in our success - meeting with our team weekly since our first engagement, building experiences, making recommendations to optimize, helping us troubleshoot. Where Qualified really stands out against other providers is the white glove and four-star experience as they handle the heavy lifting so we can focus on generating demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about Qualified. They truly have been one of the best vendors I've ever worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our chat bot was more of a customer service tool, as opposed to a place where we could meet and convert our buyers. Switching to experiences that meet buyers where they are in the customer journey has been key in driving opportunity generation for our sales team.

Do it! You won't be dissapointed. Customer service is unmatched.

Qualified allow us to understand better how the users are interacting with our website and how can we engage them properly. The team support is also amazing!

We are waiting for an API to integrate with Analytics :)

We are improving the interaction with our visitors via Qualified chatbot, creating more qualified leads.
Best Solution for Lead Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for engaging with new leads before your competitors have a chance to connect with them. Be the first to connect and set the standard for the rest of the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app was just released and, although it is helpful to be able to communicate when you are away from your desktop, it could use a little more work in cleaning up the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing an uptick in new, qualified, leads, as well as active opportunities that we are working.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a chatbot on your website is a must anymore, but what I love about Qualified are the people who support and guide within the experiences! Hung and Kate have been amazing to work with and have helped us develop strong lead capturing journeys for various campaigns such as product launches and promotions. Kate has been instrumental in training me on how to develop successful experiences and integrate our leads into Salesforce. She is consistently assisting me with best practice recommendations and making suggestions on how to better my campaigns. I would highly recommend bringing Qualified into your Marketing stack!

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Qualified to engage existing customers and prospects who are visiting our website by sharing product launches, promotions, self-service help tools - just to name a few. The tool is helping us to both add people into our pipeline or move existing prospects along to the next stage of their pipeline.

Qualified's pounce feature is great as it allows us to intercept website visitors before they say they want to chat.

Reporting tool is kind of clunky at first to figure out, but provides great data and reports.

Qualified definitely has lead to a decrease in spam users.

UI is a bit tough to figure out at first, but trainings with the sales team have helped us figure it out.
