Seamless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have everything you need at your fingertips - customer details, what they are viewing, and the ability to create a prospect all in one full scoop!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few minor mapping issues but our rep has been fantastic with coming up with alternative workarounds!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to route the nonessential conversations automatically allowing our reps more time to focus on more sales-related prospects!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you will not regret it! The tool is amazing and allows you so much more insight into the customer experience. Also, request Jeff (Beard!) as your Acct Rep for implementation - he is so extremely knowledgable and simply AMAZING!

What do you like best about the product?
Their white-glove implementation and onboarding process was amazing! That was one of the differentiators that made us decide on Qualified during our evaluation process and they have certainly delivered on that promise! Andrew did all the heavy lifting to get the experiences created for our launch, shared many best practices and helped us strategize the best way to set it up to meet our business goals. Love the ability to identify and segment our highest priority audiences and create specific experiences tailored to them.
Its a very collaborative partnership and looking forward to creating more experiences for our high intent traffic and doing some A/B testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's some additional features that we would like, but they are very good about putting in a product requests and keep us updated on the timelines. The analytics functions could be expanded a little more but overall it fits our needs! Theres also an API to get data to Tableau for more advanced dashboards and data manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead! We are already seeing faster conversions to opportunities. Qualified is helping us identify our highest intent traffic and getting in front of them when they are currently active on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is outstanding and regularly comes out with new and innovative features. The Sucess Team has been amazing: Brittany Rhyme and Katie O'Neil have been the best to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had many bumps in the road. Anything that we encounter, the team at Qualified addresses quickly or comes up with alternative options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us to have live conversations with our prospects and customers and help them to get the information and expertise they need.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been a great addition to our marketing tech and has helped us increase web conversions. Our customer success manager is so helpful and has been a huge contributor to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see this as a downside, but the tool is so powerful and flexible it's not always super user-friendly to modify a new experience yourself. But with such a great customer success manager supporting us, this has been a non-issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part of Qualified is their white-glove customer success team. They worked very closely with us throughout the implementation process to ensure we had a smooth launch. Without them, we would not have moved as quickly and decisively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like a lot of the process mapping and flow charts can be difficult to follow. A lot of it is very nuanced, so it is important to ask a lot of questions when working with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to have real-time conversations with prospects and customers visiting our website. Having Qualified has allowed us to generate lots of pipeline that may not have surfaced without a chat tool.

The team at Qualified provided the white glove support we were looking for. Working with Andrew as our success architect made it run smoothly, we wouldn't have been able to implement the tool so quickly without his support.! 🎉
He has walked us through the process step by step, was available when we needed him and ensured we were set up for success.
We have already seen success with our qualified leads and look forward to expanding across the site and integrating additional features.

We have come across a few features that were missing from our needs but the team has reacted quickly to implement based on our needs or add them to the product backlog. Hope to see those implemented promptly.

Top tier white glove experience to ensure ultimate success
What do you like best about the product?
From a Sales Operations professional, my team oversees the implementation & execution of many Sales and Marketing tools across our org. This is BY FAR the best onboarding experience I've been a part of and one of the earliest ROI's I've seen. The craziest part is it is a part of their standard offering. It feels like the team truly cares about our success and is proactively looking at KPI's vs. Benchmarking, and how we're using the tool to come to the table with recommendations instead of the boring customer journey talk every week - which by the way is always a CSM just checking the box.
I was blown away by initially jumping on their site after never hearing of them and receiving a welcoming chat " Hey [first name], are you excited about your upcoming demo? Let me know if you have any questions!" ... which prompted me to reach out to my Marketing team and realize they had in fact already set up a demo >>> mind blown. That told me off the bat their data enrichment capabilities were off the chart, which is always a challenge.
The demo alone blew us away being able to see a lense we've never known was possible of the prospect journey.
While the customization of the tool to meet your internal standards seems daunting, they will not allow you to fail. The customized setup is designed to meet your internal needs and not just a basic rollout package.

Admin certification would be nice as I know there will be a time when we've got to own strategic updates, but I don't worry too much as I know their support will always be there.
Additionally, reporting is patented and in-house. The difficulty for someone in my position is not being able to externally push to our CRM and centralize our metrics. However, it's worth the sacrifice as their dashboarding capabilities are still very solid.

Removing the delay and uncertainty from Business Development prospecting by putting our reps one chat away from a booked meeting. ACCURATELY identifying visitors and seeing their scroll by scroll activity, how long they were on each page, etc.

Love that Qualified gives you access to prospects who are interested in your product. Makes it so seamless to start a conversation with a prospect/book a meeting.

The only dislike is that I wish we brought it on sooner!

Qualified is helping us engage with prospects who otherwise may not have been reached out to. It helps bridge the gap of communication as well as ease of mind for those who are willing to check us out at their own pace and schedule demos at their own convenience.

I love that Qualified allows us to surface timely and relevant content seamlessly on our website to the right customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major comes to mind. We have great CSM support so that is a huge help to us! I do think that if we didn't, it would be a large undertaking for internal resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales teams use Qualified to connect directly with prospects and then we use it to surface personalized experiences for our customers that correlate with our marketing and sales priorities.

The Qualified team is wonderful (thank you, Stephanie and John!). The tool is very easy to use and the ROI is almost instant. It is leveling us up as a team.

Looking forward to more round robin features for meetings!
