The best conversational marketing tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
My entire experience from my buying journey, implementation, and now go-live has been exceptional. The out of the box Salesforce integration and dedicated customer success rep were selling points for me, and both the technology and human sides have delivered. The third-party data enrichment for known prospects is top notch. I couldn't be happier with the onboarding experience and the technology itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a relatively new company and tool, which means there's still work to do with additional integrations, features, etc. As a marketer, the connection with Salesforce was my top priority, but I could see how a lack of additional customer support integrations might be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer at a SaaS company, our most powerful brand asset is our website. Engaging with prospects browsing our site in real-time and with a touch of human connection is essential. Being able to collect data on those engagements, integrating that data into our existing processes, and reporting on it is equally important- Qualified checks all of those boxes.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a must have for any sales org! Qualified has been well worth it for my company. Our CSM, Anna, has been incredibly helpful. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

No complaints. This product is user-friendly and increases sales org's abilities to generate business and bring in customers,

Qualified not only allows us to chat with prospects easily, but we can look at trends viewers have on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The short time it takes to pass along a lead to sales. Qualified makes it easy to lower our lead transition time with its salesforce integration.

There is nothing that I dislike about Qualified

We plan to expedite the lead-to-sale funneling process

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified notifies our team when a lead views content on our website and enables us to begin chatting with them easily. Qualified also presents Relevant information in a user-friendly layout, allowing easy follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The routing of leads is not always accurate. Sometimes a prospect will return to our site that I have talked to before, but I'm not able to pick up the conversation when they are to one of my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster speed to lead, we can talk to someone right away as they're viewing our content instead of following up after, which sometimes is hard if they don't pick up the phone or respond to an email.
Great product to use on the AppExchange!
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the fact that Qualified was native to Salesforce and one of the only chat bots to use on the actual appexchange listing. Great way to interact with folks who are visiting your pages there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup was a bit complicated at first but if you spend a little time on it, it's worth it in the end as it integrates seamlessly with salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to interact and answer a lot of up front questions about our salesforce specific products. We capture leads we wouldn't normally capture and are able to set meetings right from our listing.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's ability to capture and execute on user demographic and business insights were one of the main reasons we chose to move forward with Qualified.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had trouble setting up a specific round-robin for certain team members that was based on certain user aspects. I'd like to see this ability to expand within the platform in the future.
The experience build-out is a little complex, and it did add some confusion for a few of our team members.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some users don't want to fill out another form. We are using Qualified as our website wayfinder that helps users that visit the site find the information that they need/want.
A Fantastic Product Only Eclipsed By Fantastic People.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to route individuals to the proper humans and content that would fit them best. Its ability to integrate easily with many other systems and be linked with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Keep improving upon the reporting using the clean and fresh UX design. Ensuring sleep mode doesn't happen. More ways to "view" the different segments and streams from a VP level and above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To see how our website is truly being navigated and all the learnings that come from that. The ability for reps to pounce and interact with people in new ways besides emails and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the 6sense integration. It's so interesting to see which companies are looking into using Nylas. I also love how easy it is to build and edit reports from within the application!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything pressing- would be cool to have it work on mobile.

We have seen an immediate and impactful ROI with Qualified, by making conversations with our team easily accessible. Lots of great opportunities came in by being directly on our calendars through the Qualified bot.

What do you like best about the product?
Our market dev team is very pleased with the leads the tool has driven for them. I'm here to sing the praises of our QSA, Jennifer Schneider. She is a huge asset to our team, and therefore, Qualified's team. Her knowledge of the tool and Salesforce is deep and incredibly beneficial as she works through strategies for our account with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time with my Qualified experience (under six months), there really isn't anything I dislike enough to feel worth mentioning here. I am not the day-to-day user of the tool, only the architect of the experiences we've created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a chat box that would bring in leads for our market development team to use, as well as offer a better experience for our website users to help get them to the content, answer or person who could help.
