Best Conversational Marketing Platform on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The dedication to customer success has stood out. Throughout the onboarding and ramp-up, our CSM has been there helping. There has never been a moment where I've had to "figure things out" because the CSM was too busy. On top of that, we are in constant communication about ways to increase visibility to our site visitors, and ways to increase adoption internally. It truly feels like a partnership. Then getting to the software itself, it has all the bells and whistles you could need. The ability to see visitors on your site that are target accounts and proactively interact with them was a huge selling point for us. Plus, I know that we are just scratching the surface of what is possible, and we have already seen performance improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has stuck out as a glaring weakness or frustration at this point. Most of the issues we ran into during the onboarding were caused by internal processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to be more proactive with quality visitors to our site, along with giving us another avenue to get visitors' contact info. We have also leveraged it as a way to promote high-value content. It also helps funnel "bad" visitors away from our SDR team, which has made them trust that meetings scheduled through Qualified are a good use of their time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the way to go if you are looking for a chat platform. You will not regret working with the software, and especially not the team behind it!
Best Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding communication & clarity have been top-notch. We were given insights in real time during onboarding to give us a sneak peak of what we can expect, and that alone has been extremely impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good -- I have had no negative interactions or experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing our inside and outside field teams to be proactive in their prospecting, and is able to cater their communications to the prospects' needs because of the intel they have gained through the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified's motto is "whatever it takes" and they mean it. I've been very impressed with the level of attention and service our Success Architect has dedicated to our account. The implementation was fairly intricate, involving a lot of departments (business services, marketing ops, sales ops, biz dev, demand gen) and our Success Architect managed it very well and kept everything running smoothly and on-schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There are some bells and whistles that aren't currently available, but I know they're on Qualified's roadmap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to get more out of our ABM software (6sense) and of course Salesforce through Qualified's native integrations. We've only recently launched, but I'm excited about the conversion opportunities afforded to the BDR team through these integrations.
Amazing Team & Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to segment and create customized experiences is so crucial.
The customer success team is a major selling point! this is the best onboarding and enablement I've ever seen.

I have no dislikes so far. Everything has been wonderful.

Lead qualification, Lead sourcing, Lead conversion & customer engagement.

If you are evaluating Drift or other chatbot options, stop. Qualified is your best path forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how this tool is designed to create a more engaging user experience when on the website and other content we create. We're able to connect with our prospects/clients at a very different level. Andrew Ritter has been a phenomenal resource through this journey as our account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is a solution that needs a certain level of attention in order for success to be generated from it. I wouldn't describe this as something I dislike, but more as something I would warn any team considering this solution. If you had issues managing your chatbot before, those same issues will carry over if you don't maximize what this tool is capable of doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see where our clients are accessing our website from and how they interact with the website. We can then "pounce" if we think its time to introduce ourselves and see if they need any help. The same way an associate helps you at a grocery store.

Qualified is providing us with incredible insights into customer interactions. It will change our entire demand gen & sales process.

Be aware that it will probably change your sales & marketing process (for the better).
Unparalleled onboarding & customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Very few & far between does an onboarding process meet the expectations a sales person sets during a cycle but Qualified truly blows this out of the water. The amount of work that Qualified's team does to support a successful launch is unmatched with any vendor I've worked with previously. I've used & evaluated many of these platforms including Intercom & Drift and none hold a candle to what Qualified is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any issue we ran into was because of our internal processes not being very straightforward but our CSM has done a fantastic job guiding us through solid fixes to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought Qualified mainly to push an increase in conversions on our website traffic as well as an additional lever through our SEP for the SDR team in their outbound prospecting efforts. We'll also be able to cut our SLA in response time on the website from hours to seconds, which every data point out there shows will enable us to turn more of those conversations into pipeline/revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you've got a strong handle on your internal process & routing rules as well as air-tight alignment between sales & marketing, especially with what collateral to use.

Two big things stick out:
1) Their CSM team is second to none. We had Andrew who is the most responsive and supportive CSM I've ever met.
2) Their integration abilities with Salesforce are incredible. You have access to every metric you will want to see.

Wish they had a video recording aspect like one of their competitors, but that's not really a disadvantage. Just requires us to have two products now.

Increased our responsiveness to all website inquiries by better routing to the appropriate reps.

If you use Salesforce, this is the one you need.
Qualified Chats are a Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows my Inbound BDR team to fully utilize visits to our website. They can get visibility into who is looking at what webpages live as well as have conversations with prospects as they are on our website. This provides the opportunity to have instant conversations which is convenient for both the prospect and the BDR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of using Qualified. Everything works properly and our CSM, Anna, is very attentive and responsive to all of our needs! We love Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our prospects in a timely manner is very important to us. Qualified gives us the ability to generate pipeline faster by having Inbound BDRs online to handle any and all questions our web visitors may have while they browse.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a leading, feature-rich conversational marketing solution; what set them apart is their Customer Success team. We're currently working with many martech vendors, the Qualified CSM sets the bar for all of our other vendors.

We have no major complaints at this time.

We've increased prospect engagement and improved their experience with Veritone.
