Easiest chat bot to implement and run and the best support team out there

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to implement and understand. In addition, all dealings with the support team have been stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there haven't been any problems. The tool is reliable and just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intuitive chat bot makes it easy to interface with prospects and route them to the right sales team.

Great tool for lead gen and valuable to track web visitors

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can get in touch with prospects directly on our site live so we can help them right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. Good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any chat features on our page previoulsy, so now we can chat directly or have visitors go through automated experiences that allow us to convert more traffic into real leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Qualified has helped our team identify what HR professionals think about in real-time. Seeing how people interact with our website and the content they're searching for has helped improve our conversations and book several meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the "choose a time on my calendar" option. There isn't much flexibility on our end. Since we're booking meetings on behalf of the product specialist the prospect would be meeting with, it would be more helpful to have Qualified present the product specialist's availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualified, we've been able to start conversations with prospects while they're on the website without them opting into chatting first. Qualified has been beneficial for the whole team in creating new opportunities and understanding what we should be focusing our discussions on right now. Another benefit I've discovered is knowing which prospects I've been reaching out to show interest in Jellyvision based on how they interact with the website. In Outreach, we can see which prospects are opening our emails and clicking on links, but Qualified helps take our discovery to the next level by showing what they're looking at after clicking on links.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice tool to instantly talk to inbound folks, or people that are just poking around on the site. Can connect with them instantly, see what they're doing specifically, and give targeted insight into what people are looking at real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of convoluted and can be somewhat difficult at times, but this is not so bad because the more that is available to you, the better it is. You almost need a training course and consistent follow-ups to get the most out of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound questions, from both cold and warm prospects, in real time is a huge plus of this tool. Qualified is the only tool that I've seen that allows you to have the immediacy to schedule a cold meeting right then and there while not losing the prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
With Qualified we have always felt like the team is there to help us every step of the way. Implementation was a breeze and customized to fit our exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a smaller business so sometimes we do not have enough staff to man chat but the bots have done a good job of managing that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are catching users that may not have converted via demo form, and boosting speed to lead. We have seen hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue attributed to Qualified in just the first month of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Qualified is. The dashboard shows exactly what we need to know and how to best reach out to the prospect on our website. Additionally I love that the responsibility of "pouncing" on these folks are spread out across the team so it's not just on one person at a time to respond on the chat box. It's nice that it's a group effort. I've had team mates reach out and let me know when I wasn't paying attention that one of my targeted accounts was looking at the website and that was so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been irksome about Qualified is that I'm not set as "available" automatically all day. It would be so nice if that was a feature because sometimes it will log me out and I won't notice I haven't been set as available for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly didn't realize the amount of prospective business we were missing out on by not having this product. It's insane! Every company should have this. Even when it's current clients looking for help on the site we're very quickly able to volley them to someone that can help. In a day and age when calling isn't as popular, this is a great alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
We are loving Qualified. Our installation was seamless due to the integration with Salesforce and our amazing Qualified Success Architect, Camille Marti. We love the ability to chat, and interact with prospects on our website even before they reach out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we love the solution, it is helping us to have great conversations with prospects and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our leads and we now have a greater understanding of how visitors interact with our website.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its an easier way to contact hesitant prospects that haven't yet gone as far as submitting a demo request with their info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inaccuracy of how accounts are tracked when Qualified picks them up. Does a decent job in tracking the physical location but often routes to the wrong account or doesn't pick it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web traffic on the website and communicating with customers live to help drive towards a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Shelby is one of the best reps I've worked with, regardless of vendor space. Extremely responsive and helpful, consistenly goes above and beyond expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing worth noting at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick way for prospects to engage with sales. Adding Qualified has increased our leads and helped accelerate our pipeline.

Excellent Product, Excellent Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not writing this review because Qualified asked me to. I'd like for other marketers to know that Qualified has been an excellent addition to our website - helping to qualify prospects and get those needing support where they need to go. It was easy to implement and the customer service has been second to none. We absolutely love our Account Manager and our monthly calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Pricier than out-of-the-box solutions you get with Hubspot, but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing customer support inquiries, qualifying and engaging with sales leads in a more proactive way than just having a static / passive demo request form on our website.
