Qualified is a MUST HAVE!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an excellent way for us to engage with prospects who don't want to submit form information or have a quick question, and it allows us to build rapport! Anna, our CSM, has gone above and beyond to make sure we're properly integrated and that the team is up and running successfully!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting some of the rules set up isn't as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting quick engagement with people who might not pursue our solutions or seek out help otherwise!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely recommend qualified, especially if online engagement is suffering. It's easy to set up, understand, is easily integrated, and shows results quickly.
Of all the chat bots, Qualified is king!
What do you like best about the product?
It has incredible reporting insights and gives you an unmatched ability to see who is on the website in real-time and where they're coming from across the globe. It makes the user experience incredible for our agents. I also like that this chat bot can be customized to fit our business needs. For example, we wanted a chat bot that would help generate leads and a bot that our reps could use. Qualified met that because we are able to plug in Salesforce, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandBase, and other tools into Qualified so we can pull data from all those sources to provide as much information as we can to our reps.
I also like the ease of use for setting up different "experiences" based on what parts of the website a visitor is on. We were using Live Agent before this and that was something we couldn't do or if we could, it would require code to do so.
I'm also impressed with being able to create your own page layouts for the agents. So you can pull fields from the different tools you've integrated with into Qualified and create a custom page layout. So when we have a visitor come to our site and interact with the Qualified chat bot, we get data that we have on that visitor not just from Salesforce but from other tools we have as well. f

I wish it could integrate with Microsoft Dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved chatbot reporting problems with Qualified. With other chatbots we've used in the past, we had trouble seeing what leads/contacts/opportunites were attributed to chats. Qualified has solved that for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of using their professional services team. We wanted a successful launch of this chat bot for our site and also for the agents using it. The Qualified professional services team is incredibly technical and knowledgeable on their tool and other tools that integrate with it.
Excellent Experience with Qualified!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the support we receive from the team at Qualified, they are always open to our suggestions for improvements, and our CSM is always willing to jump on a call to help us with questions and set-up if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know they are working on how to better utilize the analytics and I think that will greatly improve the tool and help us to make data-driven decision as we use it on our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to push our customers to more self-service when it comes to support by directing them to the proper resources rather than them calling right away. We are also able to weed out leads that might not make sense for our products.
Qualified delivers actionable sales and marketing data.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to identify accounts thar are currently in active buying cycles based on their website visits and activity. The ability to identify who is on our site without the need of a form fill makes marketing's job easier and while providing strong prospecting for Sales. We then use this data to fuel our intent marketing lists and ABM funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am excited to see what their new reporting and dashboard layout will look like! We have a great customer success manager that helps build out our ideas and provides our feedback to his team for improving our experience, which is excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us identify traffic to our site that is not converting off a form fill. The chat functionality allows Sales to engage with the prospects (both identified and visitors) which also provides an opportunity for us to connect with someone without needing to place a form in front of them.
Additionally, the reporting views for the reps help them to prospect and 'cold call' into accounts that are identified through the 6sense plugin. Because we can call out when someone is engaging with pages that show true buying signals, Sales is able to further sequence their prospecting to hit the accounts with the highest valued activity first.
From a marketing side, having the ability for someone to reach out to us without using a form is a great alternative. We use unique flows on specific pages to help someone progress down our funnel at their own pace. We can also take the accounts and target them through our ad and email campaigns based on the strong connectivity of qualified to Salesforce.

Best onboarding and ongoing support I have had

The onboarding experience that we received was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Zendesk. We were hoping to be able to use Qualifed.com with the Care team, but they don't really have a robust Zzendesk integration available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before our contract with Drift was up. We decided to shop around to see what other options were available for out top of funnel chat solution.
Qualified end up being the tool that we are using to engage our prospective clients with a more human approach.

I am the person who is responsible for vetting, implementing, and adopting new software.
This, by far, was one of the best Sales, onboarding, and ongoing support that I have had.

Great tool and even better support team

Qualified's direct Salesforce integration is awesome. Having all of our CRM data available in Qualified has made building experiences and routing the right visitors to our reps much easier. We love the ability to connect our Qualified experiences to specific Salesforce campaigns too.
Love the new analytics features that Qualified released recently. It allows you to analyze your experience flows and see how many visitors engaged with each step of the flow. The new analytics are a huge asset to optimizing experiences.
Qualified's support is great. Our CSM has worked with us through complicated routing rules, built out custom alert capabilities for our team, and helped us make global experiences changes on the fly. Not only does Qualified create what you request and need for your team, but they also offer great suggestions based on their industry knowledge.

There are some feature limitations as is the case with all tech tools, but the qualified team has already taken some of our team's feedback and made feature changes.
You are limited to your time/personnel resources - so it's hard to realistically service all of our site visitors. We would love to be able to offer live chat more, but our sales team is often on calls and unable to proactively chat to our visitors or respond to chats routed to them.

Problems:
- Allowing our sales team to proactively chat with their target accounts
- Answering FAQs for special visitors to qualify them before talking to a salesperson
- Routing site visitors to the right BombBomb team members

- We've realized the need of live support on our main site, since we have a fair amount of visitors who are current customers.

Awesome business tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform integration is great. The team really takes the time to walk you through the platform to ensure you are very comfortable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable! The team is great at addressing all concerns and helping with use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with customers that come to our website is great! The ability to book meetings quickly is great.

Implementation went smoothly and we have received amazing support from Qualified, especially Anna Li & Kimberly Powell. They are a pleasure to work with.

There is nothing I dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to connect with our customers on another level, allowing us to provide the best customer service. It also provides us the ability to interact with potential customers visiting our website that were basically unknown to us.
Sealed all the cracks
What do you like best about the product?
I like hat Qualified will never let an opportunity slip through without our seeing it. It's synced with all our tools and alerts us whenever a desired prospect is on our site.
We've not only seen an uptick in meetings set but we've also saved valuable time by having those leads Qualified automatically for us by the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we didn't find Qualified sooner. The team has been really responsive with any questions and any perceived faults with Qualified were more own user error. Such as, my inability to link my zoom meeting info. Other than that things have been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large amount of traffic that comes through our site and Qualified is able to sift through them all and lead us to the targets that are most valuable to us. Qualified is also able to recognize if those visitors are active opportunities or if they are a part of an organization that we have designated as a high value target.
A powerful tool backed by an incredible team
What do you like best about the product?
I adore the platform. Having recently take over a previous Drift system I was left with frustrations and lack of functionality that both I and our sales team were looking for. We couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come, the incredible team that handled our INCLUDED implementation services, and how much we have in front of us to grow and expand into powerful and results driven conversational marketing.

Honestly nothing so far. The future is bright

Being able to get in front of the prospects on our site where they are with the increased activity visibility is incredible and we’re hoping will revolutionize our personal website experience on our website.
