I 100% believe in this Product
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with a customer in real time while they are actively researching is a gap that has been tough to fill. I love being able to connect with them to understand their interests while they are viewing my company's solutions instead of reaching out to them a day or weeks later. It gives them the opportunity to remember what they were looking at of ours as opposed to doing research on 5 different companies selling the same thing and then not remembering which solution was what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter an area that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not knowing exactly what caught your prospect's eye is no more. You're able to see what they look at for longer times as well as how they ended up on your website. Being able to see what they were looking at made it easier to use as talking points as opposed to asking Open Ended Questions hoping that they tell you what they are looking in to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cold Calling seems outdated when using Qualified. I would recommend using this platform as it maximizes investment into lead generation and also provides a Human type of support to the customer base.
Super Product and Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Support Team is one of the BEST, responds immediately and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
none, so far everything has been working out great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to customers who visit our site instead of waiting for them to contact us. With real live time chat with prospecting customers, we see a major increase in sales. Having someone to answer questions immediately is a big plus .
Real time engagement with our prospects and an excellent Customer Success team
What do you like best about the product?
User experience and Salesforce integrations set this conversational marketing platform apart from the competitors. In addition to this, the customer success team streamlined the user adoption among our reps and keeps generating new ideas and improvements for our chatbots. The product is improving and evolving really fast, with new product releases every few months. It really changed our online approach with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, the product is awesome and cover all our needs! At the beginning we run into some country related issues when synchronizing the leads with Salesforce, but the customer success and technical team addressed and resolved them really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to reach and support our potential customers that visit our website in real time and improve our conversion rate. We started to use Qualified 7 months ago and since then our inside sales team increased the amount of leads and conversion rate by double digits!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a demo, the sales team is really available and ready to understand your needs. It really helped us to understand how the product works.
Excellent Support and Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Support and onboarding is out of this world. Katie is our Customer Success Rep that is helping us as we get started. She is very patient and takes the time to understand our goals and specific use cases so that she can make recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - We are migrating off of Drift. So far, support is like day and night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a chat bot that gave different experiences to our website traffic. We needed something that fit into our ABM approach. Qualified allows us to give users in certain territories or sizes, a specific "experience". This will help us in giving white glove treatment to users that are likely to be the best fit for our product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If support and onboarding is important, I would recommend Qualified. It also natively integrates with Marketo and Salesforce, so routing should be more accurate than other solutions.
Qualified puts me before the prospect before any competitor
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified allows me to engage with prospects the moment they raised their hand to be contacted. Often, prospects reach out to multiple vendors by filling out web forms. While we might not always be the first form they fill out, with Qualified, we will definitely be the first one to talk and present them. In addition, features like calling through the website and sending over calendars make setting up the next step super easy.
I also love the ability to see the prospect's engagement with the website in real-time. This is extremely helpful in crafting personalized and targeted messaging to get the prospect's attention. Seeing what the prospect is looking at, I can get an idea of the type of problem the prospect is looking to solve.

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified changes the sales process and it takes some time for a mature SDR team to get used to. In addition, it is a true commitment to speed to lead and puts pressure on reps to respond speedily to prospects.

Speed to lead and increase conversion rate by engaging with the prospect when they are in the buying mindset.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an intelligent chatbot that integrates the ability to connect a prospect with the right rep via chat or phone, and set up meetings on the calendar. The Qualified onboarding team was crucial in getting our implementation set up properly with Pardot integration, plus tweaking it to optimize our prospect/client experience upon visiting our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're getting some meetings with companies that aren't as qualified as we need them to be to purchase our platform. We continue to tweak our chatbot messaging so we can address tier 1 and ABM prospects better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our site generates a lot of traffic every month from Google. We were only capturing interest when visitors followed our flow to request a demo, which relied on them initiating the outreach. With Qualified, we're able to reach out to prospects, particularly those who are being targeted via our digital outreach efforts, and know when they're visiting the website. This allows us to start and tailor a conversation using prior engagement history that we can display instantly inside the Qualified dashboard.
We're now booking 1-4 mostly-qualified meetings per day just from our inbound website traffic via Qualified. Additionally, the time to close deals that started from a Qualified-initiated conversation is less than half the time of our other efforts. We've recouped our investment after about a month of using this product.

Be sure you have a full process in place to guide prospects generated from Qualified into your sales work flow and talk with them very quickly while they're hot/warm.
A Tool That Moves as Fast as I do
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified moves as fast as I can. In an effort to optimize my outreach across all channels, the concept of speed to lead is something I, alongside many sales reps, live or die by. The tool is intuitive and gets me to my prospects or new leads as soon as they land on our website. I have the opportunity to personalize and engage in real-time while prospects learn about our product. The best part? I can meet my prospects at the intersection of research and their desire to get answers as fast as possible. It gives our sales team the edge we need to provide a better customer experience with speedier response times than our competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't so much a criticism of the product but a few words of caution for new teams adopting this tool. Qualified is meant to be utilized in an active way. It's very powerful in granting your reps the speed necessary to engage with prospects in real-time. Depending on your sales process, it's important to evaluate how active you anticipate your reps to be alongside their existing sales outreach to make sure the speedy component isn't causing reps to overstep rules of engagement within the org. Very powerful tool, make sure to align your process accordingly: active > passive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us reduce the time it takes to open conversations with key prospects. Additionally, we can see what our prospects are looking at on our website and anticipate the conversations before they happen, helping me and other reps provide a more holistic customer experience tailored to their needs. Conversion rates have increased exponentially by actively engaging prospects through personalization and with greater speed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to engage with prospects/ Target accounts in real-time and also capturing useful data that can help in following up with the prospects. Also provides visibility on prospect location which is useful for more specific messaging.

If there was a way it automatically distinguished a bot from a real user, that would be the icin on the cake

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Qualified's team has been the best part of our experience so far. Everything from initial contract negotiations to setup & onboarding to continued long-term support has been excellent.
Since we first started working with Qualified we've had many new business uses for a live chat feature come up and each time we've gone to implement something new, Qualified's team has been available and ready to walk us through it and share their expertise. We've made important decisions about which items to prioritize based on their feedback and the results of that have been great.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the type & granularity of data that Qualified is able to share as part of their analytics dashboard, but it's evolved plenty already since we started working with them and I know there is a lot more functionality coming down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem to solve was around efficiency of our sales team's time. Since we've introduced Qualified as a tool kit for our sales team we've 2x the productivity. The overall experience for leads has also improved -- we've received lots of qualitative feedback from leads that they enjoyed chatting with our sales team on the site and the sales numbers reflect that.
Great experience, on-demand interaction with prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to interact with a prospect "in the moment". Not only can I chat with them, I am able to easily transition the conversation into a live conversation via the web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to easily track previous conversations in Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a conversation during a prospect's peak interest and while they are actively looking for information.
