Game-changing customer engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Speed to lead! With Qualified's integration with Slack, we are able to notify SDRs in the moment when their prospect is on the website, allowing them to qualify leads within minutes instead of days. Exceptional customer experience is the core of our organization and this tool helps us provide a personalized human touch to the initial interaction our customers are having with our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still minor improvements that they are working on every day, although their team has been extremely helpful and very responsive to any hiccups that I have come across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to qualify leads as they are on the website and answer any questions they have in the moment. Previously we waited for the prospect to engage and fill out a form for us to follow up. We have found that by proactively engaging prospects rather than passively waiting on their response, there is a significant decrease in the time it takes for a marketing qualified lead to turn into a booked AE meeting.
Qualified has allowed us to identify and engage with target accounts in real time.
What do you like best about the product?
The interphase is very intuitive, making simple and easy to get our Digital Sales Reps active and the seamless integration into Marketo and SFDC meant we did not have to change any of our lead scoring and processing program in Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a robust mobile app that would allow Sales Rep to use on the go and current meeting notification is hard coded vs. customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement with Target Accounts. Today we have been able to increase the number of conversations Digital Sales Reps have been able to have with Target Accounts and we have seen a lift in Target Account meetings being booked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan ahead for the routing and alert system for the Digital Sales Reps. Ended spending the entire first week reworking this, it is easy to do but left my team with not enough time to rollout elaborate experiences which was in our initial plan.

Qualified is a company that employs thoughtful individuals. Every person I have interacted with at this company has been driven towards success, while building a kind and caring relationship. What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time! I see updates that Qualified consistently makes to continue helping companies find valuable data. They are great at receiving feedback and working with us to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working with us on our reporting, ensuring we have a strong team trained up on the product and helping us deploy this with multiple departments. The strategy-building sessions we have weekly is beneficial for us to grow.

Qualified really has their product dialed to work seamlessly with our Salesforce environment and workflow. The team has been super helpful in helping us develop the best solution for our company.

Nothing. The team was very helpful in getting us setup.

Syncoronizing our web traffic and leads with Salesforce. Direct communication with our potential customers.
Amazing Product, Excellent Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Qualified experience was by far, Katie O'Neil, our Customer Success Manager for our implementation. Companies always use their "level of service" as a selling point to buyers, but Katie and the Qualified team greatly exceeded expectations. From offering thought leadership to making herself available at all times of the day, the level of service was truly amazing. The team is knowledgeable, confident in their product, and are solution-oriented to determine the best way to have Qualified work with our current instances of other tools. Incredible experience and I would recommend the team to anyone.

There are no downsides I can identify to working with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to increase lead generation efforts, speed of connection with prospects, build sales pipeline and funnel.

Excellent Service Throughout Implementation & Beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a clean user experience for the implementing client, and support has been exceptionally responsive to questions and guidance as our chatbot was brought live. The functionality of Qualified to create "Engagements" to intelligently meet website visitors where they are makes for a positive experience offering solutions specific to where they're expressing interest based on page visits or arrival method, be it organic traffic, advertising or email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing notable has been experienced thus far to warrant negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime access to engage with website visitors that may not complete a webform or contact our team via email or phone. Another tool for our sales team to use in understanding the needs of our customers and how we can serve them precisely when they have a need.

Trial the product to see if it's a good fit for your sales organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly engage with prospects allows you to convert opportunities faster. I also like how easy the tool is to work with. Without the help of Qualified I do not think that I would be able to find all of the leads that come to our website. The customer support that Qualified offers is extremely helpful and they are always willing help when we need something.
I also enjoy the seamless integration between Qualified and our CRM allowing us to skip the manual work.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced many downsides to Qualified. Whenever we have an issue or a question qualified is there to help us fix the issue very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping solve many problems with customer service, pipeline building and lead generations. We are also solving the problem of only doing strict "cold" outreach and Qualified allows us to target warmer leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend reaching out and seeing a demo because it will help your company grow. I would also recommend using A B testing when it comes to working with the system since there is no "right" way to use the tool. I was able to try out some of the recommendations that people at Qualified showed our team and have generated more pipeline because of this.
Unrivaled product functionality and a truly exceptional onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is one of the more comprehensive and thoughtful tools I've ever implemented. They seem to have thought of everything, including features you didn't even know you needed. Even if I found myself wondering if something could be done, 10 times out of 10 they were already on top of it. The salesforce integration is seamless and very easy to turn on. The user interface is intuitive, but to be honest their onboarding is so incredible it hardly mattered. Plenty of tech companies like to brag about their implementation, but this is the first onboarding experience where I felt they actually delivered on that promise. This is a true white glove experience. Our CS rep Katie is a rock star and is such a pleasure to work with (seriously, she deserves a raise). I'm incredibly busy and managing a lot (we're a lean startup) and I felt completely taken care of from the start. At no point did I feel like getting set up was a distraction from my own work, which kind of blew my mind. She managed everything from project management, to setup, to fielding questions and training our reps. The product functionality alone is enough reason to choose Qualified, but the real value is in how invested they are in your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't found any dislikes yet. We chose Qualified to replace our previous solution (Drift), and we have been so pleased at the superior functionality and ease of use that I have nothing negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is very helpful in engaging our website traffic in a productive and meaningful way. We are able to tailor messages to certain pages, audiences etc and then route them very efficiently. We have two sides to our business and this qualified allows us to identify the right internal audience for those individuals so that our SDRs don't have to weed through the noise. And not only is it a chat bot, but it allows our reps to actively engage and advance leads through the buying cycle proactively. The integration with salesforce is very reliable and done in such a way that I can be confident that lead source data/routing is accurate, saving me a lot of time/effort on the backend. We were able to go live with a really comprehensive setup due to our CS reps involvement and expertise. I'm excited to see what else we will be able to accomplish as we continue to iterate.

Qualified doesnt have a mobile app and you have to be online to be in rotation for chats, having the tab open all of the time is sometimes annoying but overall much better than Drift
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the inbound lead problem. Many leads come to our site for information but dont want to submit their email for more, so chatting with them makes it easier to connect.

If you are looking for a lead generating chatbot, use this!
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service, functionality, Ease of use. The customer service and implementation is far superior than any other tool I have used. Our team has really loved the tool and got up and running very quickly. Our CS rep has walked us through everything and did most of the heavy lifting. She was incredibly professional and has been committed to helping us throughout. We actually requested quite a few of nuanced workflows that I thought might be too much to handle, but Qualified proved me wrong and were able to handle everything with ease.
The interface of the product is significantly better than our previous provider and the features are straight forward, but powerful. We're seeing a lot more success with Qualified overall. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

There's not much to put in this section. The integrations and implementation were quick and efficient, the tool performs great, and the team loves it way more than our previous provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really any problems that we've come across. The benefits are clear as we've seen a number of great conversations and opportunities generated that we otherwise would not have had.
