Unrivaled product functionality and a truly exceptional onboarding experience

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is one of the more comprehensive and thoughtful tools I've ever implemented. They seem to have thought of everything, including features you didn't even know you needed. Even if I found myself wondering if something could be done, 10 times out of 10 they were already on top of it. The salesforce integration is seamless and very easy to turn on. The user interface is intuitive, but to be honest their onboarding is so incredible it hardly mattered. Plenty of tech companies like to brag about their implementation, but this is the first onboarding experience where I felt they actually delivered on that promise. This is a true white glove experience. Our CS rep Katie is a rock star and is such a pleasure to work with (seriously, she deserves a raise). I'm incredibly busy and managing a lot (we're a lean startup) and I felt completely taken care of from the start. At no point did I feel like getting set up was a distraction from my own work, which kind of blew my mind. She managed everything from project management, to setup, to fielding questions and training our reps. The product functionality alone is enough reason to choose Qualified, but the real value is in how invested they are in your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't found any dislikes yet. We chose Qualified to replace our previous solution (Drift), and we have been so pleased at the superior functionality and ease of use that I have nothing negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is very helpful in engaging our website traffic in a productive and meaningful way. We are able to tailor messages to certain pages, audiences etc and then route them very efficiently. We have two sides to our business and this qualified allows us to identify the right internal audience for those individuals so that our SDRs don't have to weed through the noise. And not only is it a chat bot, but it allows our reps to actively engage and advance leads through the buying cycle proactively. The integration with salesforce is very reliable and done in such a way that I can be confident that lead source data/routing is accurate, saving me a lot of time/effort on the backend. We were able to go live with a really comprehensive setup due to our CS reps involvement and expertise. I'm excited to see what else we will be able to accomplish as we continue to iterate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified doesnt have a mobile app and you have to be online to be in rotation for chats, having the tab open all of the time is sometimes annoying but overall much better than Drift
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the inbound lead problem. Many leads come to our site for information but dont want to submit their email for more, so chatting with them makes it easier to connect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a lead generating chatbot, use this!

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service, functionality, Ease of use. The customer service and implementation is far superior than any other tool I have used. Our team has really loved the tool and got up and running very quickly. Our CS rep has walked us through everything and did most of the heavy lifting. She was incredibly professional and has been committed to helping us throughout. We actually requested quite a few of nuanced workflows that I thought might be too much to handle, but Qualified proved me wrong and were able to handle everything with ease.

The interface of the product is significantly better than our previous provider and the features are straight forward, but powerful. We're seeing a lot more success with Qualified overall. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to put in this section. The integrations and implementation were quick and efficient, the tool performs great, and the team loves it way more than our previous provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really any problems that we've come across. The benefits are clear as we've seen a number of great conversations and opportunities generated that we otherwise would not have had.

Amazing onboarding services team and excellent tool

What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Drift to Qualified and we're very happy with our decision.

-The onboarding services / customer success team is top notch - they got us up and running very quickly and held our hand throughout the process
-The tool is very easy to use and looks great on our site
-They offer enterprise-grade features that other tools don't offer
-Strong integrations with the rest of our software stack

We've already generated a significant amount of pipeline and leads since our implementation, and we're actually seeing better results than we did with our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Like most enterprise software it comes with a cost, but it's easy to justify this from an ROI perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen an increase in qualified leads and pipeline, and we have improved collaboration with our SDR team.

The most effective Conversational Marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Our team likes that it not only acts as a conversational marketing tool, but also as an educational marketing tool. A lot of visitors are just looking for more information and to have a 24/7 service that provides that information is crucial in today's world. It does a great job of helping our company learn more about our visitors so that it can help us across the board in Sales, Marketing, and even Development. It not only helps us sell but helps us better our content and engagement. In today's world, every interaction with leads/customers needs to be custom, and Qualified helps us achieve this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't list one thing. From the technological setup itself to the support from the team, it has all been a very smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With working from home being more present, we're finding that Qualified lets us connect with those people that are looking for more information/to buy at any time of the day. The night owls are just as engaged with as those who contact us within our business hours because Qualified can help answer any questions and collect information while the team is offline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customise how we communicate with our web traffic has improved our customer experience and prospect conversion significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team has been so so helpful in getting this platform off the ground for us and making sure it is tailored to our every need!

Our tech stack, reporting, and future success is considered in every part of the setup and adding Qualified has been seamless with the SFDC connection.

We switched over from drift and the capabilities are so much greater with Qualified - we are able to do so much more and have a very supportive team of experts helping us get there!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Qualified is that there is not a mobile app, so that reps on the go cannot respond quickly to website chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting in front of our most important customers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this conversational marketing tool actually hones in on creating leads, and not just as a generic chat feature on our website. We wanted something that would drive leads and not drain resources as another customer service tool, and qualified.com was a perfect choice.

From the beginning, qualified has really put their best foot forward in how they have helped us achieve what we want out of the platform. We've been able to have weekly calls with Katie and its helped so much being able to customize and evolve our chat function to get it to where it's working at its best to drive conversation and create meaningful connections to our customers. We have been using qualified now for just over a month and i can honestly say it has been so worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing, it would be that the beginning process was a little long-winded. However, now that we're further along in the process I can see why they took a while to get set up - to create the best-customized experience, rather than something cookie cutter that wouldn't work for our particular business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to see how our customers behave on our website in a live view.
Being able to connect to customers as they browse has been really helpful in nurturing a lead
Added value in being able to help customers with what product they should purchase without necessarily having to fill out a contact form.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's focused approach on lead conversion and their attention to detail for creating custom experiences for each step of the sales funnel. Also, the integration with Salesforce is seamless and customer on-boarding is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people just don't want to chat but that is not an issue with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to speak with potential customers while they are on the website.
Speeding up the sales cycle.
Acquiring data intelligence- Knowing who is on the site and if they have an open opportunity provides valuable insight on which to base other decisions.
Being able to see how the visitor navigates the site live provides better understanding of the User Experience and allows us to make changes as needed whether its in Qualified or to our website.
