Effective Inbound Routing and Fast Lead Response—No Complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Qualified is our ability to route inbound conversations effectively and pounce on website visitors to increase speed to lead and outbound efforts. We are able to integrate our very complex routing rules in SFDC to make sure visitors speak to the right person. Our CSM, Cassie Tran, is also exceptional. She's very quick to respond, understands our business extremely well, and proactively addresses any potential challenges before we even see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system felt complex at first, but it was easy to master with the help of our CSM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us significantly increase inbound pipeline by actively and quickly engaging with website visitors. It helps us proactively address prospect's concerns and understand their needs without them having to submit a cumbersome form, reducing back and forth and increasing speed to lead.

What do you like best about the product?
What has consistently impressed me, not just within this product category but also compared to all other vendors, is their QSRs and their genuine dedication to supporting customer success. They truly grasp the goals of your company and assist in translating those objectives into meaningful KPIs that clearly demonstrate pipeline success.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do the inbound chat and outbound AI email space extremely well and my only wish would for them to grow product offering in lead routing and enrichment for more than just web visitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using Piper for five months, we managed to surpass our meeting goal for Q3 by 7x! Additionally, we saw a significant boost in our lead generation, achieving results 4x than in Q2.
Outstanding AI Features, Seamless CRM Integration, Excellent Customer Success Team
What do you like best about the product?
There are many aspects of Qualified that I appreciate, such as the AI SDR agent, Piper email, and its seamless integration with our CRM. I also find the analytics and reporting features to be excellent, particularly the visitor behavior reports, which provide valuable insights for our CRO initiatives. Lastly our CSRs have been fantastic and are quick to respond and support our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind that i would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is assisting our account executives through its AI SDRs, streamlined meeting booking experiences, and seamless integration with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a combination of the product as it is today and the potential we can see that Qualified is committed developing in it. Just as important, the onboarding and implementation experience was amazing in order to realize its full value at launch and going forward. The Qualified onboarding team was knowledgeable, positive, and generous with their time introducing us to the system, and getting us up and running. They're comforting to work with. It just feels good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike yet. There are a lot moving parts to the system, and a lot to learn. Not a bad a bad thing at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most immediate problem it's solving for us, is helping identify and make the most of qualified prospects engaging with our website. I'd previously been dependent on people taking action using form, having a new channel that both identifies these prospects and provide more compelling avenues for engagement is bound to help lose fewer good opportunities. Looking forward, Moving forward I'm excited for the productivity shift I anticipate for our business development team, as they spend less time spinning their wheels on cold outreach, and more time engaging those demonstrating qualified buying signals.
Boosted Engagement and KPIs, But Spam Conversions Are a Challenge
What do you like best about the product?
It's been nice to be able to engage with our website visitors when we are actively on their mind. It has led to some improved KPIs for our sales and marketing teams. I appreciate that the team at Qualified had a well organized implementation process and continue to be eager to help us get value from the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of spam conversions from our site have increased. The AI SDR can be a little too intrusive to the visitor experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest advantage for us has been the ability to engage site visitors in real time using the AI SDR and to schedule meetings instantly. We also value being able to see the questions visitors are asking, as well as knowing when customers and prospects are active on our website.
Feature-Rich Tool with Excellent Support and Worthwhile Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Full functionality. Great support staff. Seeing immediate results. Piper AI SDR is great out of the box, and will only get better with more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. The implementation takes a bit of time, but its necessary because the tool has so much functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a centralized tool to book SDR meetings. The AI chatbot was wasn't a requirement for our needs, but made the decision to go with this tool easier.
Great tool for inbound website conversion
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been extremely great when it comes to chatbot and inbound demand generation. The UI has been extremely good and Austin (our customer success manager) has helped us implement the tool within no time. It has been integrated well with salesforce as well.

It could provide us more option for branding the chatbot as per our brand guidelines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us convert website visitors into leads and help schedule discovery call with them. Their AI SDR functionality runs pretty autonomously. Piper, the chatbot, is live on all pages and chats using context sensitive intelligence. It is booking the discovery call, giving us Slack alerts and updating salesforce real time. They also have a backend Clearbit enrichment that enrich the CRM fields. Overall, it's a great addition in our GTM tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified stands out as the most consistent and user friendly tool in our entire tech stack. We're continually impressed by their commitment to innovation, as they are always raising the bar with new product features. Crucially, they ensure our team is well prepared to seamlessly integrate and maximize the value of these updates. The impact of integrating our AI SDR, Daisy has been transformative. By efficiently qualifying leads and engaging prospects, Daisy has supercharged our pipeline and become a critical factor in achieving our goals.
A key part, if not the most important to this success is our dedicated success architect, Danielle. She is truly the best of the best - an organized, concise, and incredibly valuable strategic and logistical partner. Her expertise ensures we get the most out of the platform and we truly value all she does for us!

Our AI SDR is providing consistent, 24/7 high quality engagement on our website to make sure that there is concise and accurate answers maintaining a consistent brand voice and qualification standard.
User-Friendly Interface and Great Support, But Limited Multi-Tab Functionality

Piper the AI SDR Helps Us Turn Intent Into Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success manager is honestly the best part about working with Qualified. They operate like true partners — proactive, hands-on, and always bringing ideas that help us accelerate the pipeline. Combine that with an easy-to-use platform that marketing can launch, test, and optimize without heavy lift, plus Piper’s AI automation, and it’s a winning combination. It’s rare to have both great technology and a truly invested CS team. Qualified gives us both. I leverage Piper, the AI SDR, for all my ABM and digital campaigns. The integration of Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce has been super easy to implement. Piper the AI SDR has become my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’d like to see is even more customization options for the chatbot experience. There are a few deeper personalization elements I wish I could tailor myself, but I know those enhancements are already on the roadmap and coming soon. Overall, it hasn’t been a blocker — just something I’m looking forward to as the platform continues to evolve.

With Piper, the AI SDR, we can instantly qualify visitors, personalize the conversation, and route them to the right next step — whether that’s a live rep or a booked meeting. It’s helped us turn website intent into real pipeline much faster.

We’re no longer guessing — we can prioritize the right accounts, engage them in real time, and accelerate opportunities that would have otherwise gone cold.
