Great product, better support
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is measured on speed to lead and when timing is everything, Qualified is the tool that allows us move quickly and connect with prospects and website visitors whose peak interest is in that moment. We are constantly focused on marketing leads and following up with them, then focusing on our outbound efforts, but with Qualified we can supplement with immediate action on people who come to view our website. On top of being a great tool, our Success Architect Brittany Rhyme is the Gold Standard. She comes prepared to every meeting to support our ideas and projects, helps us implement them and provide suggestions and feedback. She is an absolute joy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the tool has worked incredibly well for us and we will continue to use it and see tangible results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of website visitors and those that fit our tailored criteria come directly to our team who is able to follow up with them immediately. After hours, we lean on AI and schedulers to capture prospects we weren't able to interact with in the moment. Either way, our ability to connect with the right people with the right message in a matter of seconds has allowed the team to see serious results.
A 24/7 Help Desk for Prospects (and Customers) Visiting Your Website
What do you like best about the product?
Building a website experience that caters to everyone is impossible. So we do our best to create and curate an experience that follows a logical path and provides resources for the vast majority of visitors. Being able to add Qualified's Agentic resource, trained on the copy from our existing website, brings an entirely new dimension to helping visitors find what matters most to them when visiting our site. Rather than typing a word or phrase in a search bar Qualified's 'Piper' conducts a normal conversation via a webchat interface that does its best to answer a question, point them in the right direction, or make a connection to enlist the help of a human teammate.
As a marketing leader, the insight provided by reviewing the conversations that visitors conduct with Piper is truly eye opening. It's huge to know what potential prospects are interested in, helping us to make sure we have the right resources available to help them evaluate our product as a solution to solve their business needs - specifically to identify gaps in our resources.
On top of the great things we've seen from Qualified's technology the support from post sale and onboarding through the current moment has been beyond outstanding. Genise, our dedicated solutions expert has been a trusted guide by our side since Day One. Her guidance has certainly been a key part of our success, helping to make our overall goals for leveraging the product a reality.

What do you dislike about the product?
Any frustrations I have with Qualified are no different than what you might expect when adopting a rapidly changing technology such as Agentic AI. The key is how quickly those issues are addressed and resolved, and more importantly that I'm confident that there are eyes from both our team and Qualified keeping an eye on things to make sure that small hiccups do not fester into larger problems.

Qualified is helping us engage more website visitors, giving them answers to important questions, pointing them in the right direction, and even in some cases booking meetings for our Sales team.

An Amazing Platform With Even MORE Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
Our Marketing team was in need of a solution to help us gain better insight on customer and prospect behavioral data while also improving their website experience and engagement. A portion of our sales-oriented team had already been well-equipped and familiar with Qualified for quite some time, so having them help our department seemed like a win-win scenario. After using this platform for three months, I am confident in saying it has greatly exceeded our expectations.
We're FINALLY able to track real-time intent signals, and use the latest marketing methods of engagement through the likes of our version of the Piper AI SDR. Qualified is running 24/7 thanks to our AI SDR (we call ours Taylor) along with various offer pieces. The UI made building these extremely easy to use and implement, BUT none of this could have been achieved without the initial onboarding and integration support we've had from our Success Architect, Genise Christianson. She has been just as committed to our company's marketing success just as much as she has always been with our teammates in the sales pipeline. Genise has been an ABSOLUTE joy to work with, and has made our time with Qualified all the better for it. I honestly look forward to my team's weekly meetings with her just so we can share the latest metrics we've been seeing along with thoughts and feedback on other ways we can use the platform.

I do wish our AI SDR could be better equipped in answering more specific questions our prospects may ask. Perhaps we need to do a better job at teaching it how to address such inquiries. It would also be nice if we could display and play video in our offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is always running on our website, making some level of communication available 24/7 for our clients and prospects. Also, it frees up our BDRs to focus on more pressing tasks that require their attention since our AI SDR supports them by addressing more mundane items.

Best CS experience I've had
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI, easy to understand and pick up quickly, fast ROI. It has been the best implementation experience I've ever had and I've set up and managed a lot of sales tools - largely this is down to the hands-on CS approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, only that it's still somewhat in testing phase but nothing I wasn't aware of / isn't in line with competition

With a small team across sales and marketing, it automates manual processes (lead qualification and routing), and helps educate leads better and navigate our website that we are conscious is tricky to navigate, servicing many industries and use cases.

From the very beginning Qualified has been a trusted partner helping us build, refine and grow our demand generation motion. Nelly and Ava (our AI SDRs) have improved our website conversion, booked meetings (350+) and most importantly, helped drive pipeline ($3.5M+). They’ve positioned us to grow even more as we build our AI team to handle our inbound marketing motion. We can’t wait to continue growing with Qualified.

There are always growing pains and integration issues with new tech. But Qualified has been there to dive in and solve problems together, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Qualified has allowed us to solve our website chat and speed to lead problem. The AI live chat has turned our website into an extension of our team, meeting visitors 24/7. It’s allowed to significantly improve how quickly we follow up with leads and get quality meetings scheduled.

The platform is intuitive, flexible, and integrates well with Salesforce, which keeps our data and workflows clean. It was also incredibly easy to implement, and now we use it daily—often hourly—depending on traffic. It’s a core part of our GTM strategy.

While the platform is robust, we’ve encountered a few limitations. First, we’d love more branding flexibility in email campaigns—being able to fully align these experiences with our brand would make them far more usable for us.
We also ran into some configuration challenges integrating button experiences with our CMS, which created friction early on. That said, Michael Witt has been outstanding—he worked closely with our web team and navigated complex internal requirements from both Marketing and Legal/Compliance to get us to a fully functional, compliant solution. His partnership made all the difference.

Game-changer for Inbound Lead Routing with a Smooth UX
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has transformed how we handle inbound demo requests, combining real-time enrichment, dynamic Smart Routing, and seamless integrations with Salesforce and Slack. The ease of use is fantastic, visitors can see all available times, and have a frictionless experience booking a meeting. Implementation was smooth thanks to excellent customer support, and the integration with Salesforce and Marketo makes managing leads a breeze. The number of features continues to impress. It’s become a daily tool for our team, and the ease of integration with our tech stack is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the biggest gap is that Smart Routing’s queue management isn’t available yet. We know that’s still in development, but right now there’s no direct way to manually adjust the next rep in the queue from the UI.
Also, while the implementation itself was straightforward overall, some features do require coordination with Qualified’s customer support to check, validate, and review log issues. Fortunately, the CSM has been very responsive and has helped us work through any challenges that come up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving our biggest challenge with inbound lead routing: speed, accuracy, and transparency. Before, our process relied on a combination of Marketo, ZoomInfo, and LeanData BookIt, which often resulted in delays, incomplete enrichment, and misassigned leads. Now, with Qualified, we have real-time enrichment (using Clearbit and Demandbase) and Smart Routing that instantly connects leads to the right AE, AM, or BDR.
We’re also taking full advantage of Qualified’s chatbot and AI SDR features. The chatbot captures visitors’ information and starts the enrichment process right away, guiding them through a frictionless experience to schedule a meeting. If a visitor doesn’t complete the booking, the AI SDR automatically follows up to offer times again and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. This not only reduces manual work but also improves conversion rates and creates a smoother experience for both prospects and our sales team.
It’s given us a unified, reliable, and efficient system that directly benefits our pipeline and revenue growth.

Powerful tool with hands-on implementation support
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified on our website about 3 months ago and it's been a huge asset to our tech stack. We get real-time intent signal visibility, plus time savings for our BDRs since our AI SDR, Taylor, fields chats and schedules meetings with prospects on their behalf. I also appreciate that Qualified integrates nicely with our Salesforce org in terms of seamlessly tracking new leads, chat transcripts and meetings booked. We also regularly monitor our AI SDR chat transcripts and have identified several content creation opportunities based on common chat questions Taylor receives.
As the Qualified admin, I've been very impressed with Qualified's online support resources, as well as the support we've received from our Qualified Success Architect, Genise Christianson. I really don't dislike anything about Qualified - its user interface is great and functionality is robust. The learning curve was a bit steep in terms of learning which aspects of the tool to use for solving different business needs, but it was no more difficult than implementing any new software, and Genise helped immensely with both building and coaching me on how to use the tool.
I would like to see improvements to chat topic & transcript reporting - being able to view both high-level chat topic trends as well as individual chat transcripts within a report, rather than having to click into each transcript.
