Powerful tool with hands-on implementation support
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified on our website about 3 months ago and it's been a huge asset to our tech stack. We get real-time intent signal visibility, plus time savings for our BDRs since our AI SDR, Taylor, fields chats and schedules meetings with prospects on their behalf. I also appreciate that Qualified integrates nicely with our Salesforce org in terms of seamlessly tracking new leads, chat transcripts and meetings booked. We also regularly monitor our AI SDR chat transcripts and have identified several content creation opportunities based on common chat questions Taylor receives.
As the Qualified admin, I've been very impressed with Qualified's online support resources, as well as the support we've received from our Qualified Success Architect, Genise Christianson. Genise is super hands-on and has already helped us implement several enhancements to our initial setup. She's very friendly, easy to communicate with, and collaborative. Our team genuinely enjoys our weekly meetings with Genise and we really couldn't have asked for a better partner to help us implement this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about Qualified - its user interface is great and functionality is robust. The learning curve was a bit steep in terms of learning which aspects of the tool to use for solving different business needs, but it was no more difficult than implementing any new software, and Genise helped immensely with both building and coaching me on how to use the tool.
I would like to see improvements to chat topic & transcript reporting - being able to view both high-level chat topic trends as well as individual chat transcripts within a report, rather than having to click into each transcript.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time website intent data gathering for both marketing and sales; freeing up sales time by fielding prospect questions and scheduling meetings on behalf of sales, even during off-hours.
Fast Onboarding on a Tight Timeline
What do you like best about the product?
We launched Qualified with the AI Agent in just 1 week. The Qualified implementation process was fast and efficient and Marcie made the process painless. Easy integrations with all of our existing technical stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have pre-existing solid lead routing/SDR practices, you won't be able to take full advantage of the Qualified platform.

Lead Generation, building a better website experience for our prospects/customers, and Assisting our existing SDR team in their prospecting
Elizabeth and the rest of the Qualified team have been a great asset to our business!

The team is responsive, listens to solve, and understands our organizations complex processes. Elizabeth takes everything we throw at her and helps us make it happen and leverage powerful AI for our business.

The UI is a bit complex to navigate at first, however once you get the hang of it and grasp core concepts it becomes easier.

One of the most powerful and reliable signals we track is who is on our website and what they’re engaging with. Qualified has become an indispensable part of our revenue strategy by giving us real-time visibility into this digital behavior.

What do you dislike about the product?
Piper was a great addition but I would love an immediate automated email follow up for anyone that we were able to capture. I know that it is available and at one point we did circumvent this through SalesLoft. It has been a bit since I have visited this but know there are options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing everyone that is on our website and our most engaged prospects. In the past we had zero visibility, then we had visibility but missed some due to coverage, then we got piper and we were able to capture everyone on our website.

Qualified has been a game-changer for us. It's replaced both Conversica and Drift Chat, streamlining our conversational strategy significantly in enabling our AI SDR functions.
The platform is robust, easy to use, and incredibly versatile across use cases. The AI Studio is especially impressive: it offers deep personalization and customization, allowing us to build logic tailored to different audience segments and journey stages.
We also had an exceptional experience with our implementation architect, who helped translate complex business needs into a well-structured, scalable deployment in a short timeframe. Great customer support in this area.

The main area for improvement is around data ingestion and standardization.
While the platform integrates well overall, having more flexible, customizable controls for shaping incoming data (e.g., formatting, mapping, normalization) would streamline some downstream use cases and improve data readiness across connected systems.
We're still exploring options with their team for this area, but we have faith in our Qualified partners to have a solution that meets our needs while still providing a good user experience.

Qualified is helping us fully replace our AI SDR function across chat and email. We previously used tools like Conversica and Drift Chat, but Qualified consolidates and expands those capabilities in a more powerful, integrated platform.
It’s solving key challenges around lead engagement, speed to lead, and personalization at scale — allowing us to automate inbound conversations, qualify leads more intelligently, and route them effectively without sacrificing brand tone or customer experience.

Making Inbound Sales a Dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of use with the maximum gain for myself and end customers. It helps me utilise. my time best and I know when someone gets to me its a good quality lead ready for human interaction. We have Richard on hand whenever we have any issues, he even gives us regular training which helps us ensure we get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications don't work as I'd like, but I can tinker with this myself and have a solution now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the AISDR it allows only the highest potential leads to filter through to me, allowing me to best place my time in those that have a high probability of success.
Amazing White-Glove Implementation and Success from Danielle Lipschutz
What do you like best about the product?
We've just launched Qualified AI chatbot and email 2 weeks ago, so it's too early to comment on the results. However, I'm writing this review to give praise to our Success Architect, Danielle Lipschutz. From start to launch and every step of the way, Danielle has been an incredible thought partner and had been imperative to the success of our launch. She is extremely smart and her response time is at lightning speed. It honestly is a breath of fresh air because I've never worked with a partner quite so reliable and quick witted. We have a complex lead operations data flow, and hence, quite a few custom requirements, but she's able to understand our needs so quickly and turn requirements into reality. In doing so, she has taken a huge mental load off of us and free-ed up capacity. Thank you Danielle!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Ops professional, there are some capabilities like audit trails that aren't viewable by an admin (only on the eng backend) that prevents us from being autonomous at troubleshooting. Also, Qualified is currently limited in terms of certain systems customization which makes it hard to be flexible to an org with custom requirements. For example, Qualified can only write email unsubscribes to Salesforce, and not other systems. There is also a hard requirement for Create access on Leads in Salesforce. We also cant customize activity payload to Marketo, which means we have to design programs within Marketo to fit certain limitations. Overall, we were still able to work around these limitations, but more flexibility would have made an easier implementation.

Saw results in the first week!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a huge help right out of the gate. In the first week, I booked two demos!! The AI SDR does an awesome job quickly qualifying leads so I can focus on the right ones. It feels great knowing my time is being used wisely. This is how AI should be used in the industry, not replacing humans but optimizing time by providing support. It integrated really well into our daily schedule. Running in the background while we focus on our other tasks.
Shoutout to Richard, our success manager, who made getting started super easy. He gave us a hands-on walkthrough, answered all our questions, and even followed up after launch to make sure we were set up for success.
If you're in sales, especially as an SDR, I definitely recommend giving Qualified a try!

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any disadvantages for using Qualified, I'm excited to see new features that are implemented in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem of wasted time on unqualified leads. As an SDR, it's easy to get bogged down trying to chase every inbound, not knowing who’s actually ready to talk. Qualified's AI SDR filters out the noise by quickly engaging visitors and surfacing only the most qualified ones in real time.
This means I’m spending more time talking to the right people and less time chasing dead ends. It’s helped me book more meetings, faster—and gives me confidence that I’m focusing where it counts.
