excellent platform, GREAT team!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has best-in-case customer success/support. Jeff Karges is knowledgable, responsive, and dive right into action whenever we need his support. It helps that Qualified also has an incredible product. The quality and thoughtfulness of how they have build AI into their product is what makes it so impactful. We leverage both Piper AI for chat as well as AI email, and both are extremely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little daunting. Most things we build we have Jeff (or CSM) advise or review, but it would be great if the tool was a little more user friendly. With that said, once I figured out where I need to be in the platform (experiences vs workflows, etc) I can usually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to optimize and increase our website conversion to leads/meetings booked. We have seen a significant increase in demos booked from our website by both leverage AI chat conversations to drive meetings, as well as the Smart Buttons/Smart Forms (allowing for us to reduce the friction for our prospects to schedule time with our team).
Making the website more human, with AI
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience with their Offers and understanding which Top Prospects/Expansion Clients are spending time on the website and where. The AI SDR is a solid tool and I've seen her have some really good conversations with visitors and handle questions well that we didn't do pre-testing on. I also love Lauren, our rep, who did a fantastic job with the entire implementation process and team trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that hasn't been shared with me as being on the roadmap for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is providing our team with intent data into how our Top Prospects and Expansion Clients behave on our website in a way that is easy for Sales and Client Development to access within their own account planning and outbound workflows, in addition to informing the Marketing team of which pages get the most traffic and matter to those accounts.
It's also helping generate leads on the website where we might have only previously had visitors.

Thoughtfully designed product and onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Really fantastic and organized onboarding. Very knowledgeable and fast account management support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited control over specific email copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting booking and the ability to qualify and nurture leads that the Sales team did not have bandwidth for.
Qualified AI saves us time!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified AI handles the non sales chats and frees up BDR's time for more qualified calls/chats. Platform is very user friendly and integration to Salesforce is amazing! Implementation was easy and like the customization options that are available. Ability to handle all of our regional sites and languages. Our CSM is always willing to help and quick to find answers. Appreciate they are continuing to evolve the platform and make it bigger and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, liking all the features so far.

Qualified AI helps provide answers to our visitors quick questions and even URL links reducing time BDR's need to spend on non sales chats. Sales related questions are routed to BDR's or meetings can be offered if no one is offline. Allows for visitors to be assisted 24/7.

What I appreciate most about Qualified is its user friendly interface which makes it easy for teams to navigate and utilize its functionalities effectively. Additionally, its robust features for live chat and communication enhance customer engagement, allowing for real-time support and interaction. The integration capabilities with other tools and platforms streamline workflows, making it a versatile solution for sales teams. Moreover, the analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights into customer behavior and team performance, empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions. Overall Qualified enhances collaboration and optimizes the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks of Qualified is that it can occasionally be overwhelming for new users due to its extensive features and functionalities which may require a steep learning curve.

Qualified addresses several key challenges faced by sales and marketing teams, which has significantly benefited our operations.

Amazing tool with a top notch onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
We've been very impressed with the Qualified tool, both through the implementation and since launch. The tool is comprehensive and customizable to our various marketing ops workflows and has delivered on the promise of increased meetings and visitor to demo reqeust conversion. The capabilities are wide ranging and go well beyond just a solid chat tool (smart forms, targeted offers, signal identification, automated email follow-up, etc.).
The power and accuracy of the AI SDR function has been recongized across our business. Even our head of product was impressed with how comprehensively the AI SDR can answer questions and overcome objections related to our offerings.
However, the implementation process is what really blew me and my team away. Our assigned qualified implementation consultant has a marketing background, handheld us through the setup (doing much of it herself), and was able to help us overcome "obstacles" related to how Qualified would integrate into our current reporting and GTM workflows. In 18yrs of buying software I've never seen such a well run and thorough implementation.

The tool is robust and can seem daunting, but that's where your AM/CSM come in to play and so far we haven't found anything we couldn't address and/or learn quickly.

Increasing overall demo requests, improving the site visitor to demo request ratio, and meeting to opportunity conversion. Improving all of these areas has contributed greatly to growing our inbound pipeline and bookings contributions.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes it easy to engage with the right people at he right time. It allows us to identify and connect with high-intent leads the moment they land on our site. The platform is highly customizable, which has allowed us to tailor it to fit our team’s specific needs. As a result, our sales process is more efficient, and we’re getting meetings booked much faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of fine-tuning to get our routing between Qualified and Salesforce running seamlessly, but once everything was in place, it made a big impact. Our reps can now focus more on outbound efforts instead of wasting time coordinating meetings.

Implementing the AI SDR has been a game-changer for our team—it's saved us countless hours and significantly improved our speed to lead. We’re seeing faster engagement and more momentum early in the funnel, which has been huge for our process.

Like all software there are some limitations with reporting but I can submit requests that the product team can look at for software updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has streamlined our entire demo booking process. Setting up a 15-minute demo is now completely seamless, which has improved both our speed and our customer experience. One of the biggest benefits has been how much time it frees up for our SDRs—they're able to focus on more strategic outreach instead of manual scheduling.
The platform has also been valuable for engaging both current customers and new prospects. The AI is impressively adaptive—it learns quickly and implements our updates without hassle. It's been a huge efficiency boost across the board.

An excellent AI supported by an exemplary team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has an excellent user interface and straightforward process for onboarding your Piper AI. In particular, the process of training the AI is easy to understand and drives excellent results. This is supported by a CSM who will help build the AI's goals and paths as well as answer questions and help plan out how to achieve your desired business outcomes.
I would highly recommend any organization looking for an Agent AI to support their Sales and Marketing efforts to consider Piper and Qualified.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have experienced with Qualified have to do with the immaturity of AI in general. We have more ideas than the AI is capable of doing... today. But it is clear that Qualified has a roadmap and ambitions to do more and we are eager to see what comes next.

1) We have many people visiting our website everyday but only a small fraction take the step of filling in a form or interacting with content. Piper provides a second avenue for people to engage with the site and increase the probability of starting a sales conversation
2) Prospects will often come to the site with specific questions that a trained AI is capable of fielding and helping redirect to content. This is an improvement over the past where we either needed to have a person reach out or the person was not given an answer.
3) We run a lean DemandGen team and Piper's email campaign functionality allows us to extend our coverage into the outbound space as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides a great solution for live chat and meeting scheduling with a thoughtful implementation of AI both for the end-users interacting with it through our various websites and our teams internally. The AI tools have given us a new way to reach potential customers that would not have been possible otherwise. The success architects have all been great to work with while standing this up across multiple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, there may be a few feature gaps with other meeting scheduling tools but those have all either been closed or there are plans to in the future

Meeting scheduling with complex routing, live chat for sales teams, AI chat for certain teams that want a more self-service experience
