Highly Customizable and Language Versatile Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to deploy and configure updates to Qualified, and how deep the product goes in terms of its ability to develop custom experiences for different types of leads. We want to rapidly iterate on our chat experience to make improvements, and so the ability to deploy and configure updates without having an engineer involved is essential. We can launch and test new capabilities, all within the Qualified platform, and deploy to our website immediately. Setup with Qualified was fairly easy. With the right development resources on our end, plus the support of a CSM from Qualified, we were able to launch Qualified on our website in a little bit over a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've discussed with Qualified is that we want more granular ability to edit our AI avatar. Additionally, we'd like to be able to deploy Qualified's agent in other channels. Specifically, we'd like to deploy Qualified's agent in WhatsApp. It's currently only available on the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us communicate with leads in their language 24/7 and manages a large volume of potential leads. It allows us to qualify inbound sales leads, schedule meetings, and educate leads about Wellhub.
Responsive Support, Yet AI Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that their success team is very responsive and helpful. The initial setup of Qualified was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI sometimes has issues in processing certain goal objectives in chats, and it sends people down the wrong path.

Qualified helps with website traffic routing.
Amazing QSA Support and Best Practices That Keep Everything Running Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
Brittany, our QSA, has been an amazing resource. She shares best practices and helps ensure everything runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not really a dislike, but it does take a bit of getting used to. You have to give up some control to the AI, but that’s exactly what the platform is for.

It's helping to qualify leads and has become part of the customer journey
Robust Functionality, Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like most about Qualified is its nuance and its ability to learn. We can add knowledge into the chatbot, and it integrates well with our website, HubSpot, and Salesforce, really bringing everything together. It plays nicely with all the other tools, giving customers a really good experience and allowing us to get to them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the navigation user interface, user experience is a little confusing to navigate. There's a lot of options. And even though I've been working on it with the QSA's that are fantastic, Zach and also Lauren, it's when I try to go in there myself, I feel like I'm a little bit lost, and I'm clicking around quite a bit. So I think it could be more straight the UI, UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified improves speed to lead, helping us capture leads that might be missed due to stretched BDR capacity. It integrates with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, enhancing the customer experience and ensuring quick engagement.
Seamless Lead Generation with Stellar Control
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of granular control I have over the content our AI SDR Kai accesses and how he leverages that content. It's great that I can remove outdated or confusing site pages to streamline Kai's knowledge base. I also appreciate being able to upload PDFs so Kai can access valuable gated content. The feature that lets me elevate certain site pages to 'offers' is fantastic because it ensures Kai points visitors to high-value lead generation pages when the conversation naturally leads that way. Best of all, doing all of these tasks is easy and intuitive. Having this control makes Kai as effective as a salesperson who never sleeps, ensuring accurate and brand-appropriate information is served to visitors. The training instructions and content settings are easily editable, allowing our AI Concierge to keep up with rapid industry changes. Lastly, I was only involved in setting up Kai's content knowledge base, and that was very easy. I heard no complaints from other members of the pre-launch team. Our Qualified representative, Lori, wonderfully guided me and was incredibly responsive to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several options for placing the chat box on the screen, each with their own pros and cons. We found that the option we originally wanted to go with wouldn't work on our site without extensive design changes because adding the gutter to the right pushes all site content and design elements to the left, and our theme's responsive design did not handle it well. **IMPORTANT NOTE: this isn't Qualified's fault; it just might not work for your site either.** The next best option was to have Kai open in a floating window minimized at the bottom right of the screen. The downside of that is that it covers over site content. I think it would vastly improve if the floating window could be draggable, so the user could just move it out of the way to see content beneath it. At present, it remains fixed, so the user has to close and reopen the chat window any time it's blocking something they need to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to increase engagement and lead generation, qualify leads, and route them efficiently, saving us time and money while enhancing the user experience.
Exceptional Support, Powerful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Luben and Sarah, our current and former account managers at Qualified. They are both very proactive problem solvers. When Sarah was promoted, the handover was seamless. Luben picked up easily where Sarah left off and made improvements from day one. I can come to them with an ask or a problem, and they not only fix it but also show me how it was done so I can learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more reporting on what people are chatting to our AI SDR about and how this impacts inbound meeting booking rates.

Qualified provides an always-on way to answer FAQs, capture leads, and outreach to prospects with AI email SDR.
Seamlessly Connects Prospects with Our Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualified for its AI chatbot, which helps us automate many interactions and provides detailed reporting on visitor traffic and intent signals at the account level. It is valuable because it allows us to speak to our prospects live on the site, helping to increase our ARR and offering a smoother communication path to various departments. The ability to convert a site visitor into an actual meeting with our Sales team is particularly impressive. I also appreciate that it integrates well with other tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Outreach/Salesloft. The initial setup was very easy and quick, taking just about two days.

The combination of a sophisticated AI Studio and a truly elite support model. The product itself is intuitive and powerful, allowing us to build our digital SDR and navigate complex conversations with ease.
However, the standout has been our Success Architect, Jake Di Noto. Jake doesn’t feel like a vendor; he feels like a core member of our team. He is incredibly responsive, lightning-fast with technical execution, and possesses the strategic intelligence to anticipate our needs before we even voice them. Having a partner who is as invested in our "Go-Live" success as we are has made all the difference.

The platform is deep, which means there is a learning curve to mastering every nuance of the AI Studio. However, this is entirely mitigated by the high-touch onboarding and the wealth of available resources. Any initial complexity is quickly resolved through their proactive support.

Qualified gives us a 24/7 AI presence that qualifies intent and books meetings in real-time on our website. This helps us move from a "fill out a form and wait" model to "instant conversation and booking."
Piper AI SDR Agent: 24/7 Lead Qualification That Boosts Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is Piper, the AI SDR Agent. It’s not just a chatbot; it actually thinks and reasons to qualify leads 24/7. It’s essentially automated our top-of-funnel by booking meetings even when our team is offline, and that has significantly increased our pipeline without adding more headcount.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like right now is that routing rules have to be set up entirely within Qualified, instead of using what we already have configured in Salesforce. Basically, if we change our normal web form routing, we currently have to update both Salesforce and Qualified. It’s a super small issue and doesn’t impact too much overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has solved our biggest “speed-to-lead” bottleneck by fully automating the transition from a website visitor to a booked meeting. Previously, we were losing high-intent prospects because manual follow-up took too long. Now the platform acts as an intelligent gatekeeper, qualifying each visitor against our ICP before they ever see a calendar link. As a result, our sales team spends time only on truly gold-standard opportunities.
Beyond the automation, the depth of the visitor analytics and the real-time intent data has been a game-changer, we no longer feel like we’re “flying blind.” We have clear visibility into which target accounts are on our site and what they’re searching for.

Transformative for Sales and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified to be a great platform for our team. I really like the customer service, especially how Brittanyy has been so helpful with our questions. It works well for our sales team, allowing us to run different routes and plays effectively. I also appreciate how it helps guide people through our website, making it feel like more of an AI agent that directs users to what they are looking for, instead of them having to search on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a comparison date feature in the analytics dashboard so we can compare metrics before and after new implentations and changes.
