Qualified: A Game-Changer for Speed, Conversion, and Conversation Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a game-changer for our sales process. It significantly improved our speed to lead, allowing us to engage with prospects faster. This, in turn, has led to a noticeable increase in both our conversion rates and the overall quality of our sales conversations. Highly recommend! The implementation process with Anna was seamless they took it on from start to finish and understood our asks and really helped us consolidate our tech stack as well which was an overall savings to our company. Even after 4 years, I would recommend it to anyone who is considering Qualified as an option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I could really point out that I disliked about Qualified.

Excellent platform and extraordinary service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible and since launching we've seen incredible results... so many quality leads and conversations. The chatbot has also deflected numerous issues, which is saving our team a significant amount of time. Our Success Architect made set up and launching so easy. He is fantastic - 10 out of 10 service!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to work through customizations, but nothing out of the ordinary for new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has significantly improved our speed to lead and is deflecting unqualified conversations. The bot directs unqualified conversations to place on the site where their questions can be answered, which saves our team a huge amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve personally used Drift, Olark, and Intercom and while they function as basic chat platforms, Qualified goes far beyond. It’s not only the best in class for live chat and AI SDR support via Piper, it also acts as a powerful intent-based engagement tool.
You can view historical traffic from key accounts even seeing how many users from different regions have engaged with specific pages. And when the tool can de-anonymize visitor it shows you exactly who’s browsing. For sales teams, that level of visibility is gold! Knowing who to target, when, and with what urgency based on real-time heat levels (on fire, hot, or warm).
But that’s just one piece. Qualified is also a powerhouse from a marketing perspective. With customizable CTAs, automated workflows, and re-engagement plays like nudging event attendees or rescuing incomplete demo bookings, it empowers both SDRs and demand gen teams to convert traffic like never before.
Some of the other areas that make it especially powerful for sales and ABM teams: you can upload your book of business, so anytime someone from a named Tier 1 account visits your site, it triggers a live alert, not just in the chat tool, but in Slack too. That means a BDR or AE can pounce while the intent signal is still hot.
We've also been able to use filtering to create highly personalized experiences showing the chat only to target accounts or specific groups. Whether it’s existing customers, visitors on the pricing or demo page, people tied to an open opportunity, or anyone in an assigned account, Qualified syncs with your CRM to serve up a smarter, more intentional chat experience.
And the support? Genuinely next level.
Our team has been incredibly impressed by the Qualified crew we’re been working with, especially Lily, our brilliant Success Architect. In my 8 years in SaaS, I’ve never worked with someone so hands-on, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Lily helped us implement the platform lightning-fast we booked meetings and drove pipeline revenue within days of launching.
She led several training sessions with our internal BDRl team, hosted best practices reviews, to make sure they were confident and converting. She answers emails in a flash, and every bi weekly sync is so valuable to learning something new and improving out set –truly holds our hand through everything.
Thanks to her guidance, in our first 30 days live, we booked 26 meetings with a 59% offer-to-book rate and generated 112 new leads.
I don’t normally gush over products when I ever leave my current company, I’m absolutely bringing Qualified with me. No matter where I land next, I’ll be fighting to get Qualified implemented. And without question, I’ll be asking to partner with Brady and Lily again. They’re that good.

What's not to like??? Everything has been amazing and the tool has a very wide range of capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve recently qualified for live chat using the AISDR Piper, which we’re also leveraging for intent-based outreach. Moving forward, we plan to make greater use of form submissions, smart CTAs, and re-engagement strategies to enhance our efforts.

Working with Richard from Qualified has been an absolute pleasure. His support throughout the onboarding process was exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and much quicker than we expected. We were able to implement and go live incredibly fast, which truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us an amazing "work assistant" with the AI SDR making our outreach quicker more efficient and giving me time to have conversations with prospects who are ready for the next steps. The Qualified AI SDR helps customers and prospects find information on our website and sets up a richer conversation for me to expedite the sales cycle. We are easily able to integrate new products and navigate our complex routing efficiently with the help of our Qualified Success Architect. The AI SDR gives us 24/7 coverage on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not seen a downside. There is a learning curve for the AI SDR, but it has helped identify problem areas in both our marketing and sales processes allowing us to quickly improve.

Qualified is a Major Growth Driver
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Qualified for website chat and meeting booking, and it has been a game changer. The implementation was a breeze due to the clear and thorough process the Qualified team follows, and they walked us step-by-step through configuration. Qualified really shines in the generative AI space, as their backend allows for far more customized training for the AI model than any other generative AI tool our team has looked at so far. This allows us to be highly selective in which content we use to train the model and fine tune responses so we never have to worry about the agent "going rogue." We saw an over 50% increase in meetings booked in the first quarter after implementation and are continuing to see increasing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced many issues with Qualified so there hasn't been much to dislike. Occasionally one of our sales reps will click on a link in their outreach emails and get cookied to a prospect account, so we receive false alerts that account is visiting our website. However, our Qualified CSM walked us through how to disassociate reps from these accounts when this occurs, so it won't be an issue moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped our small team scale our conversational marketing and meeting scheduling efforts without having to expand our team size. The generative AI features allow us to achieve personalization at scale and took significantly less time to train compared to onboarding a human to do the same work.
Powerful solution for B2B Lead Lifecycle Management for both Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tool, easy to use for all teams. Its integration with our existing tech stack makes it easier to get started as well as providing expansion opportunities.
Customer support is excellent. The CSM (special shoutout to Jeff) goes above and beyond working with you to meet you and your team's goals.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a strong word, but an area of improvement can be more experience options, for example, more flow modules/personalization, as you can see in the B2C-focused chatbot and ABM solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified makes it easy to collaborate between sales and marketing, which is critical in B2B SaSS space. It's strong feature set and integration helps both teams to reach their goals.
Effective and innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves how well Qualified is integrated with SFDC, and how easy it is for our SDR team to use. They are also always coming out with new features to help generate more meetings and pipeline, and have a great support team and online resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's isn't much to dislike about Qualified. Sometimes as an admin it can be hard to keep up with all of the features, but that's the case with most tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps capture website visitors and helps our SDR team generate meetings, even when they're not actually available. They also love the Signals tool to see first party intent activity. We generate pipeline and see great ROI from Qualified. It's an essential part of our digital marketing techstack.
Easy-to-use platform with a supportive, collaborative team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us the ability to drive web conversions through targeted visitor experiences. Setting up promotional headers or messages that appear on specific web pages is a breeze thanks to platform's intuitive interface. We've also had excellent support from our Success Architect, Richard, on rule building and setup of more complex chat/engagement experiences, as well as implementing Qualified's AI chat bot. Richard also did a great job of sales training with our BDRs to onboard them into the platform. The Qualified team in general is always friendly and willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the Experience builder itself is intuitive, it starts to become more complex when there are multiple paths and chat routes to manage. It is here that the support of the Qualified team is invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets us engage with website visitors 24/7, preventing us missing out on opportunities. It also streamlines the demo request process by enabling users to directly book meetings with BDRs at a time that suits them.
Hands-down my favorite chat solution + the AI SDR feature is rad
What do you like best about the product?
The AI SDR is an awesome addition to the platform! It’s been solidly reliable, and - because it's always available and is used many times per day - it saves our BDRs a ton of time by handling initial conversations with prospects (or pretty much anyone else who wants to reach out to us). Most importantly, it's made our outbound motion noticeably more efficient and frees up reps to focus on higher-value interactions. It should also be a huge help to our Customer Support and eventually, our Success departments, but it's still early days so we're still gathering data on that front. The scoring/training mechanism is super easy to use and was similarly straightforward to implement. Just like the rest of the platform (especially the analytics, which are amazing) - I really can't say enough great things!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, the wide range of filter options in the analytics tab can be a little overwhelming at first. But honestly, for data-focused folks like myself, that level of granularity is definitely a benefit once you get used to it and know what you're looking for from the get-go. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor friction points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem that we used to have, called "Intercom". The salesforce integration alone was enough to convince me to move our website chat to Qualified, but now it's solving issues that I didn't even know we had back when we were using Intercom.
