Qualified Review: A Seamless and Powerful Business Driver for League - AI SDR
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Qualified has been a game-changer for League. In under a month, we had our AI chatbot and AI SDR live—driving event sign-ups, content downloads, and seamless meeting bookings. The platform has eliminated friction in connecting with prospects, streamlined lead qualification, and generated significant pipeline. Qualified isn’t just a tool—it’s a strategic advantage. The Meeting Booker functionality has been a game-changer for our in-person events. At trade shows, it allows us to seamlessly schedule meetings on the spot, making the process effortless for both our team and attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has transformed how League engages prospects, driving more event sign-ups, content downloads, and seamless meeting bookings. The implementation process can be challenging, but our Success Architect, Mike Witt, made it far easier with his guidance and expertise. On the downside, it’s a premium-priced tool, templates can feel restrictive for customization, and reporting often requires extra setup to get the insights you need. I also wish it could auto-create Salesforce opportunities after bookings. Even with these drawbacks, the pipeline impact makes it worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has transformed how League converts website visitors into engaged prospects. By leveraging its AI chatbot and real-time engagement tools, we can seamlessly guide users to book meetings and connect with our team instantly. This has opened up a powerful new lead generation channel, ensuring we capture high-intent visitors at the right moment and drive more meaningful conversations. We also are utilizing exit intent offers to make sure we dont lose out on any potential meetings. Plus using the AI SDR email function to follow up with individuals who were offered a meeting but didnt schedule one to get something on the books.

Adds functionality and tracking to our outreach back to our website that enables our view on which prospects are interested and who we should double down on.

- Piper AI SDR for automatically qualifying leads and allowing Sales to focus on what matters (also Piper can now also send personalized emails on behalf of sales reps)

What do you like best about the product?
We've been customers of Qualified for a while now, and our chatbot has consistently been one of our top pipeline drivers year after year. Testing AI Email and actively using Piper has been a game-changer, allowing us to scale engagement on our website effectively.
Since taking ownership of our chat experiences, one of the biggest highlights has been working with Brittany R. She has been an absolute gem, providing invaluable support, best practices, and opportunities to test new features. I can't think of any downsides—any potentially missing feature is always shared with the team for consideration.

Customer support is 10/10. The user interface is intuitive. The product is easy to use and we are able to launch things in minutes. AI SDR is next level.

More AI SDR reporting would be great but nothing I “dislike”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to answer open ended questions from visitors and convert more visitors into meetings. Previously everything was static and decision tree logic, which was limiting for users. We are seeing higher lead quality and 50% conversion rate from conversation to meeting with our AI SDR.

Not only are we able to build interesting and engaging chat experiences for prospects on our website, the ability to bring together all of the data in one view to understand who they are, what they're interested in, how much time they're spending on each page is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty powerful tool, and understanding how to build the experience logic is somewhat daunting. Luckily our success architect was there to build out and guide us throughout the process.

Great upgrade from Drift
What do you like best about the product?
Our piper (ai chat bot) named Derrick is improving every day, and he is already doing a great job answering questions and directing web visitors to our correct teams. I love being able to see the most common questions and being able to feed him source documents easily to help fill in the gaps. Also, Logan is a marketing expert and an outstanding CSM, providing invaluable guidance and quick responses when we have questions. It has been such a great transition meeting with him regularly.

Not much negative I can say about Qualified

We need to have an easy and user friendly way to engage web visitors and assist our job seekers get to the careers content and help our customers and interested parties to the appropriate content. We also want to eliminate roadblocks when they are ready to book appointments with our sales team.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one downside, it’s that Qualified’s documentation could be more robust, as finding self-serve support isn’t always the easiest. However, this hasn’t been a major issue for us because Logan is always there to provide quick responses and helpful training whenever we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides an AI assist to our person-led team of Lead Generation Specialists, helping weed out disqualified leads while surfacing the hot leads ready for live conversations. It streamlines our process by automatically routing qualified prospects to our team’s meeting calendars, making our lead gen efforts more efficient and impactful.

The integrations built into Qualified are easy to use and extremely reliable. You can tell they've been built with the customer in mind.
The team has been great to work with, especially our Success Architect, Logan Brown. He is super responsive to timely questions, knows the ins and outs of Qualified, and set us up for success during our onboarding & implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but our sales reps would love the ability to customize their own meeting types. Right now this has to be set up at the admin level for the org, and they were used to being able to control their own meeting settings when we were using a previous tool. Not a huge issue, just more of a learning curve for us right now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a booking tool for our website that could be used across multiple teams. We were limited to one team with our last tool, but with Qualified we were able to expand the use across almost 200 users which has improved our sales conversion rates.
