Platform and support evolves with your business strategy.
What do you like best about the product?
As a platform, Qualified aims to support users in developing dynamic content to serve different personas and end-users coming to the site. I'm a big fan of the customizability of our experience builder (which can target specific 6sense segments and serve up the appropriate experience) and the review processes embedded within Qualified AI - Qualified gives me a lot of flexibility and control, not only in serving experiences, but supporting tracking and analytics as well.
It's always a pleasure to hop on our check-ins with our CSM, Jennifer Schneider: she's always excited to share new developments in the software, check in on our organization's needs and capacity, and open up Qualified to talk about how our experiences can support our strategic vision.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to keep up with new features by the sheer volume of releases and changes being made to the product. We had to pause our chatbot program earlier this year due to internal resource capacity and, coming back to Qualified, I feel like I have to re-learn the platform.
Having more video content available in Qualified University would be helpful to support this - I learn by seeing/hearing (rather than reading) and have to reach out to my CSM to ask her to humanize or demo things mentioned in the training articles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us address the inquiries of a large volume of users coming to the site, especially those doing research outside of standard business hours and/or internationally. We are able to get a better understanding of what people are coming to our website for and what is most difficult or of-interest to find, which not only helps us optimize our chatbot experiences but also gives us data to consider if our site is structured in a way that serves our customers.

- There is a slight learning curve but you get used to it pretty easily

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who visits our websote in real time, and having the opportunity to engage with our prospects and clients in real time is a game changer. It's also very easy to use and the team at Qualified is fast to help with any changes and vested in our success. Maddie Catinella has been so helpful and we are lucky to have her as a part of our implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. It's early days so we will see if anyhting changes, but overall it's been everything we've expected. The only dwnside would be some visitors tend to try to use the AI chat as a prank or for fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us enegage with our clients faster, and hopefully in a more meanginful way. It also allows our clients to book meetings when it best fits their calendar. We can also see the pages of interest for our cleints and better help them.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's client support is unmatched. Lauren Ackerman is our Success Architect and acts as a true business partner day in and day out. She's strategic in her recommendations and backs it up with stats & research. Her forward thinking gives us the confidence needed to make quick changes to better our business.

Great experience with iHeart Media setting up with Qualified Chat
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the platform is easy to use and sync's well with our programs including Salesforce. The AI feature is a great help to qualify a lead as our reps prepare to engage. We used Qualified before and came back. The updated features are a nice improvement. Lauren Ackermann has been a tremendous help in getting us up and running! She has been super in implementation through going live. We are frequent users of the platform.

Nothing to note as this has been a very good experience.

It's a great tool for us to connect and engage with businesses looking to advertise with iHeart Media.
Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the service from the Customer Success team to be exceptional. They take the time to understand our business and what our needs. They take this information and design a game plan that best fits our needs. They make the ongoing support of this tool seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While everything works well overall, one newer aspect of the platform feels like it could use some fine-tuning in how they market the solution. It's a new feature and I am confident that Qualified will continue to enhance it as they have with our features though.

Game-Changer for Website Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
We recently implemented Qualified's AI Agent, which we named Callie, on our website and it’s been a total game-changer. What stood out the most was how easy it was to implement—no lengthy setup or complex configurations. Compared to old-school prescriptive "builders" that take forever to build and maintain, Qualified’s AI chat is light-years ahead.
Callie is incredibly effective at engaging with website visitors in real-time, providing personalized experiences that drive meaningful interactions. The AI adapts quickly and doesn’t require the constant maintenance or updates we used to deal with our previous chat tool. It’s intuitive, efficient, and has improved our ability to connect with visitors.

So far, we haven’t encountered any issues. We’re still in the process of implementing some of Qualified’s additional features, and we’re excited to see how it integrates further into our website and marketing strategy.

Qualified is helping us bridge the gap between website traffic and meaningful engagement. Its AI chat functionality allows us to connect with visitors in real time, providing personalized interactions. This has improved our ability to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and drive them further down the funnel. Compared to traditional chat builders, Qualified’s AI agent requires minimal setup and maintenance, freeing up time for our team to focus on higher-level strategies. It’s already becoming a key part of our website and marketing programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The data we get from target accounts who visit our website is invaluable. The ability to immediately connect with prospects who want to learn more about our products and services has brought the setting of meetings from days down to hours. Qualified is easy to use and configure to the way we do business and implement data. The most excellent customer support I've recieved from any vendor, Jennifer is fantastic!

Looking forward to continued platform enhancements like the ability to capture name, title and company in Offer forms.
