An excellent AI supported by an exemplary team

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has an excellent user interface and straightforward process for onboarding your Piper AI. In particular, the process of training the AI is easy to understand and drives excellent results. This is supported by a CSM who will help build the AI's goals and paths as well as answer questions and help plan out how to achieve your desired business outcomes.

I would highly recommend any organization looking for an Agent AI to support their Sales and Marketing efforts to consider Piper and Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have experienced with Qualified have to do with the immaturity of AI in general. We have more ideas than the AI is capable of doing... today. But it is clear that Qualified has a roadmap and ambitions to do more and we are eager to see what comes next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us solve the following problems -

1) We have many people visiting our website everyday but only a small fraction take the step of filling in a form or interacting with content. Piper provides a second avenue for people to engage with the site and increase the probability of starting a sales conversation

2) Prospects will often come to the site with specific questions that a trained AI is capable of fielding and helping redirect to content. This is an improvement over the past where we either needed to have a person reach out or the person was not given an answer.

3) We run a lean DemandGen team and Piper's email campaign functionality allows us to extend our coverage into the outbound space as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides a great solution for live chat and meeting scheduling with a thoughtful implementation of AI both for the end-users interacting with it through our various websites and our teams internally. The AI tools have given us a new way to reach potential customers that would not have been possible otherwise. The success architects have all been great to work with while standing this up across multiple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, there may be a few feature gaps with other meeting scheduling tools but those have all either been closed or there are plans to in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting scheduling with complex routing, live chat for sales teams, AI chat for certain teams that want a more self-service experience

An efficient and simple to way to implement AI SDR

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was on schedule. Our team had pushed to move quickly and we felt like we were in great hands with Danielle and the Qualified team throughout the process. In addition, the quality of the bot meets our expectations and forms a path for our sales team to better utilize AI and increase bookings and lead conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any implementation of a new product there is learning curves. For example, we have run into issues of separating the bot from not being a support resource as it's purpose is to book meetings with sales representatives. These obstacles can be overcome and the Qualified team is upfront about this and have helped us navigate any issues we've run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding a layer of AI to our sales team is important to Ping. We are all about scale and growth right now and having a tool to help book more meetings is vital to our success.

Great support and onboarding team. Feels like they are dedicated to helping us succeed

Inability to manually route to a group, as well as chats not staying open/users have to be routed to respond to chats

1. Piper instantly qualifies leads, answers questions, and books meetings on behalf of the sales team.
2. Piper can determine if leads are interested in a meeting or getting a quote, collect their info (email, name, company) and generate a lead and book a meeting.
3. Piper can write and send emails following up with form submissions, event attendees/registrants, and content downloads.
4. Your team has helped a customer implement Qualified, and the results have been outstanding. They're using Piper and live reps to answer chat on the website, displaying targeted Offers, and driving more meetings booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Qualified has been beyond our expectations!

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Drift to Qualified and so far we've been very pleased with that decision. The implementation was very easy. Our implementation manager was very thorough and made the process of getting it setup quick so that we could see return on investment and business value quickly. I found them to be very knowledgable to help guide us with best practices, but also accommodating to tailor the needs for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent experienced any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using chatbots to help increase website conversions

What do you like best about the product?
We've had 1700 conversations and over 100 meetings booked through Qualified's Piper AI SDR in the 5 months since implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our customer success manager, Austin, has been proactive with new ideas to test out, new strategies for the AI SDR messaging, and new CTA buttons to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified makes it easier for website visitors to schedule demos, not only by providing them with the ability to do it in a chat, but also by enriching their information so we only have to ask for a few additional details in order to schedule demos.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified stands out for its intuitive setup and straightforward management interface. I can quickly configure new experiences without extensive technical knowledge. The standout feature, however, is definitely their support team - they're incredibly responsive and consistently go above and beyond to help us develop new strategies and solve complex challenges. Their willingness to collaborate has significantly enhanced our implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform excels in many areas, I wish there was more flexibility in the experience flows. The current structure sometimes limits our ability to create more complex or customized conversation paths that would better match our specific use cases. Additional options for branching logic and visitor journey customization would make an already strong platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us connect with potential customers right when they're most engaged on our site. Instead of hoping visitors fill out forms or waiting to follow up later, we can start meaningful conversations in real-time when their interest is highest. This has significantly improved our ability to qualify leads quickly and move interested prospects into our sales pipeline more efficiently. It's essentially eliminated that critical gap between a visitor showing interest and our team being able to respond to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I've thoroughly enjoyed working with our CSM, Shelby. She’s always quick to respond, provides actionable solutions, and helps our team implement new product features (such as automated emails). Since launching Qualified on November 20, 2024, we've seen great results. Our reps have enjoyed the ability to engage with prospects over live chat. Claire, our AI SDR, has booked over half of the meetings shown, which is a higher conversion rate compared to traditional website form fills.

What sets Qualified apart is how seamlessly it integrates with our workflow. The proactive chat features, powered by AI, are excellent at capturing high-intent leads and engaging visitors in real time. The ability to convert conversations into booked meetings directly within the platform makes it incredibly efficient. Additionally, the ease of use for both our team and our prospects has led to smoother communication and improved lead qualification. Overall, Qualified has significantly boosted our team’s productivity, enhanced customer engagement, and improved our lead conversion rates, making it an essential tool in our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven’t encountered any major issues with Qualified. The platform has been reliable, and the support has been excellent, making it a smooth experience overall.

Qualified is solving several key challenges for me, particularly around lead capture, meeting scheduling, and engagement. Before using Qualified, our team struggled with effectively managing website visitors and converting them into qualified leads. Qualified’s AI-driven chat functionality, especially with Claire as the AI SDR, proactively engages visitors in real time, helping us capture high-intent leads and schedule meetings more efficiently.

It’s also reducing manual work—Claire handles the majority of conversations, which frees up our team to focus on high-priority leads and tasks. Additionally, the seamless integration with our existing tools has streamlined the lead qualification process, eliminating friction in communication and speeding up our response times. This has led to increased productivity, higher conversion rates, and a more effective sales pipeline overall.
