AI SDR (Piper) To The Rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has allowed us to create sales in our sales organization by allowing us to provide a cohesive front-line sales experience to our customers. From adding an AI SDR (Piper) to our website and AppExchange experience which creates meaningful touchpoints, to generating meaningful data to so we can enhance the sales motion, Qualified has truly enhanced our sales approach. As a side note, their customer support and ease of implementation are A+ because both their consultants and leadership are plugged into the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get used to building workflows to help with automation, but their consultants are there to help through the entire process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating scale for our sales teams and cohesive outward messaging to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Qualified for several months now, and it has been an incredible tool for our team. Our Qualified Customer Success Manager is outstanding – she's highly responsive, communicative, and genuinely invested in our success. Whether it's answering questions, providing insights, or helping us optimize the platform to get the most value, she's always on top of it. It's clear that the team at Qualified cares about our growth and is committed to making sure we're maximizing the tool’s potential. The support we've received has been top-notch, and we’re thrilled with the experience. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with having to sync to Salesforce first (instead of HubSpot) which creates some difficulty with order of operations, scoring, etc. since all of our other leads go through HubSpot first, then Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified enables scheduling a meeting with sales super easy (for everyone involved - both our sales team and the prospect/visitor), making it a win-win experience overall. It also helps nurture folks who are on our site by offering them relevant content, even if they're not ready to book a meeting with sales yet.
Qualified has been a game changer so far! Absolutely recommend the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps our SDR's be more productive, it gives them the tools to be successful and streamlines the process of getting qualified leads into the funnel. The team at Qualfied and our Qualified Success Architect Brittany have been so easy to work with and helpful. They have made the process of onboarding seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, I really cant think of any negatives we have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us meet the web visitor where they are, and better inform them on our solutions, while also fast tracking the process to getting them on a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Success Architect is easily the best I've ever worked with, and I've worked with dozens across dozens of SaaS tools. Qualified is absolutely committed to our success. The tool itself has every feature I could possibly imagine for enhancing a 1:1 experience on our website, and our Success Architect takes steps to understand our short and long term goals and is constantly suggesting ways we can better leverage Qualified to support those goals (and not just the ones that are 'upsellable').
Recently, we made the decision to add AI chat to our Qualified environment, and once again, our Success Architect guided us through every stage, always checking in on our priorities and making sure we delivered an outstanding experience to our site visitors. As someone who works a lot of go to market AI, Qualified's AI chat was the easiest to stand up, the easiest to manage, and produced the best overall outputs on the website vs. other fully automated tools. I highly recommend making the jump!

Qualified is highly configurable with a lot of functionality, and as a result is highly technical and can be difficult to learn

Qualified helps us have a highly personalized website experience, including, campaign based, company based, and 1:1 live chat
Excellent Product - even better support
What do you like best about the product?
Robert K our Qualified Success Architect was instantly a reliable extension of our team and with his support and guidance we've been able to leverage Qualified to it's fullest extent. He made the implementation a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced Drift and with it's additional capabilities customizes web and routing experiences.
Tremendous onboarding and support, working with Genise has been an absolute pleasure.

Being able to chat with prospects and customers in real time.

Nothing that immediately comes to mind, an overall great experience.

Speed to lead, improving conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, and customizable for your team's specific structure and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Qualified, but I can say that we came into some limitations for alert and filter settings for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing which customers are visiting our website pages, which pages, and when they are engaging enough where it makes sense to involve just a chatbot or schedule time with an SDR/AE/AM. Qualified notifications appear in a Slack channel so SDRs and sales reps can monitor when their prospects and customers are visiting specific pages of our website.
I like it very much so far, there's nothing I find impossible with it

It's a bit expensive for our business, especially when talking about upsell and buying more features

I've not run into any issues. Our work together is the tissue from digital to conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We continue to see a drop in form fills for conversion pages while we see an increase in the number of meetings booked via Qualified. We are meeting the prospect where they are and when.
Great tool and some of the best customer support I have experienced ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience has been wonderful. The team is quite knowledgeable of their tool and it's abilities. They have provided great suggestions to best utilize the tool for our particular business and audience. They also have been willing to train and enable our internal employees to ensure we are all getting the most from Qualified. Overall, we are very satisfied with the intial experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The path layouts are structured differently than tools I have used previously. This requires extra attention when learning to navigate the system, however the benefits of their system far outweight the time it takes to learn it. Plus, with continual, incredible customer support, you can always seek out your rep to help carry out changes or walk through things together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is enabling our company to create a multitude of chat experiences that can be served to various audience segments based on their known demographic information, business information, and engagement history. It has helped us to create more opportunities and pipeline from our chats than we were able to with our prior tool.
