With Piper, Qualified has been instrumental in helping our organization boost conversions during off-hours while reducing the workload for our reps. Their platform ensures seamless engagement, making it easier to connect with prospects around the clock. Overall, Qualified drives increased conversions and engagement at all hours, making them an essential partner for our success.
Exceptional Tool for Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's Auto Pounce and AI SDR features are absolute game-changers! These two features ensure we never miss a high-value lead, instantly connecting our team with prospects at the right moment. Qualified helps streamline workflows, saving time and delivering precise, data-driven insights. Their support team is truly incredible—always responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to help us get the most out of the platform. Qualified has become an indispensable tool for driving engagement and boosting our sales efforts. Highly recommend!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the challenge of real-time lead engagement with tools like Auto Pounce and AI SDR, ensuring we connect with high-value prospects instantly. This has boosted our conversion rates, streamlined workflows, and helped us close deals faster, making our sales process more efficient and impactful.

What do you like best about the product?
This review is for our dedicated Qualified Solutions Architect, Andrew Ritter. I can't speak highly enough of Andrew, who stepped in to lead our Qualified implementation after an initial rocky start. It does not feel like Andrew works for a vendor, but is part of our growth team, here at Gusto. He sits in 2 our weekly revenue leaders and technical meetings every week, is available to answer questions almost 24/7, and has worked every angle to build the customized Qualified experience we want. For example, Andrew has organized and hosted meetings with Qualified engineers, technical solutions consultants, and sales leaders to talk through technical or process challenges. He is technical enough to provide solutions on the fly and escalate when needed, for example, Gusto wanted to build a custom chat button solution for our MVP and Andrew provided the technical knowledge and support to get in done by our Go Live date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified offers great in app analysis, but I do wish that Qualified offered more API reporting so that we could better join our Qualified data to our internal DBs.
In addition, Qualified does not have a Privacy by Default setting for their Live View, which makes it impossible for Qualified Live View to be used where customer data could be exposed or inputted. Live View is a great feature that Qualified provides and is loved by reps. We hope that they will priortize and build this feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us identify visitors to turn into leads and helped us reach out to customers stuck in our onboarding funnel.
Best website chat I've used, best support ever
What do you like best about the product?
- Amazing customer support comes first. Really can't be taken for granted.
- Always innovating, always creating new features and getting us onboarded
- Using Piper - the AI SDR -dramatically increased our site conversations and generated more meetings

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is at the top of the website conversations space. Asking for anything else would just be greedy ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified closes an important gap for us in terms of website conversations - it makes sure that every eligible visitor gets a tailored experience to drive them towards their next step. It generates leads and meetings that we otherwise wouldn't have.
Getting insights and interaction with our AppExchange visitors
What do you like best about the product?
The only solution which really helps in creating insights from AppExchange visitors. The Piper AI solution really helps in interacting with visitors who are in a diffirent timezone, when the salesteam is not working.

No real downsides for us, works great and the support is really good

Great Support for Fast Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of getting started with Qualified was smooth thanks to the great support from the Customer Success/Success Architect team. The implemetation timelines were well managed and team was ready with the playbooks needed for succesful go-live. It definitely had it's fair share of surprises and the team was ready to support and find answers and workarounds when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some surprises during the integration phase, but it we were able to navigate through them successfully with the team. From an admin perspective, there can be more around logs of various integration statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable two way chat between visitors to the website and our teams. We also love the AI features that augment our team capacity to ensure no chat is left unanswered.
Should have gotten Qualified sooner

We launched in three weeks and it's been one of the easiest launches I've every done. The platform is really easy to use, set up and make changes.
Our Qualified Success Architect was the best part. He was there with us every step of the way - setting us up, providing best practices and tips, answering all questions, being flexible, working with customer support, and helping us find solutions.
This is also just the beginning. There are so many things we can use this for - from custom experiences for different pages and localized sites to ABM and upsell options. It implements with a lot or our existing tech stack adding even more use.
Can't wait for the year ahead and seeing where Qualified can take us.

That I didn't get it sooner! There a few things we'd like to have that don't exist in Qualified but everything we came up with our account manager is working to get added as functionality. This is so helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be better custom integrations with the platform. Basically, if you do not use the tools they have, native integrations for the data attribution and collection side of Qualified become more rigid and difficult to implement at scale. I only say this because we use our own build programs for some lead and customer tracking. It still works, but it took a while to get working effectively.

Increasing ROI for leads that have traiditonally been more diffucitly to convert.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything other than their "University" website is hard to find answers on. Things don't come up when I search so I end up asking our rep a lot of questions. But he is always quick to answer and even provides video walk throughs when needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our advisors to help students and potential students with any questions they may have in the moment. We are also getting a higher conversion rate using Qualified than we did with our old platform. We can book meetings on behalf of students or have the students book for themselves and route them to the appropriate advisors on their student record.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has completely transformed how our marketing team tracks and engages with visitors who navigate to our website. The best investment we made was the launching Piper, Qualified’s AI SDR, or in our case, Ellie! Ellie has been pivotal in managing inbound traffic and driving conversion to ours sales teams. Ellie and the Qualified platform gives us visibility into who is on our site and qualifies leads saving our teams time. With the guidance of our Qualified architect, Kalyn, we had a successful and smooth implementation. Her support and Qualified’s high-touch service has contributed to $1M in influenced pipe in less than 3 months of launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualfiied is a robust platform that can be overwhelming once inside. It was difficult for me to understand the platform and learn how to correctly set it up without professional support. Luckily, hands-on support is Qualified's greats strength. The architechs take time to understand your goals and metrics to help set up the program for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is giving us real-time data into our identified strategic accounts, qualifying and converting right on the site. It’s an extension of our sales team as we currently don’t have an inbound team and saving our reps time.
