What do you like best about the product?
Robert K our Qualified Success Architect was instantly a reliable extension of our team and with his support and guidance we've been able to leverage Qualified to it's fullest extent. He made the implementation a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced Drift and with it's additional capabilities customizes web and routing experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, and customizable for your team's specific structure and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Qualified, but I can say that we came into some limitations for alert and filter settings for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing which customers are visiting our website pages, which pages, and when they are engaging enough where it makes sense to involve just a chatbot or schedule time with an SDR/AE/AM. Qualified notifications appear in a Slack channel so SDRs and sales reps can monitor when their prospects and customers are visiting specific pages of our website.

It's a bit expensive for our business, especially when talking about upsell and buying more features

What do you like best about the product?
Sales conversions, data, targeting, & Genise
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not run into any issues. Our work together is the tissue from digital to conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We continue to see a drop in form fills for conversion pages while we see an increase in the number of meetings booked via Qualified. We are meeting the prospect where they are and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience has been wonderful. The team is quite knowledgeable of their tool and it's abilities. They have provided great suggestions to best utilize the tool for our particular business and audience. They also have been willing to train and enable our internal employees to ensure we are all getting the most from Qualified. Overall, we are very satisfied with the intial experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The path layouts are structured differently than tools I have used previously. This requires extra attention when learning to navigate the system, however the benefits of their system far outweight the time it takes to learn it. Plus, with continual, incredible customer support, you can always seek out your rep to help carry out changes or walk through things together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is enabling our company to create a multitude of chat experiences that can be served to various audience segments based on their known demographic information, business information, and engagement history. It has helped us to create more opportunities and pipeline from our chats than we were able to with our prior tool.

Powerful Tool, Exceptional Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support at Qualified is exceptional. Our CSM feels like part of our team. He helps us execute projects using the platform and even more importantly, he provides us best practices and recommendations for how we can drive better conversions. There is a wealth of features in the platform and the CSM support allows us to take full advantage of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is complex with a lot of features. It's challenging for a casual user to hop into the platform and create what's necessary without help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage Qualified to drive conversions on our site. Forms on the site don't cut it. We need a tool to help us engage with our prospects and customers in

World Class Sales and Onboarding Experience + Top Tier Technology

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a highly sophisticated AI conversational pipeline-generating platform with deep integration with our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot). There's not even a close second on the market. Our Sales Rep (Avery) and our QSA (Tom) were both fantastic to work with and quickly became an extension of our tema.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hurdle I found with Qualified so far has been with their lead source attribution. We use HubSpot and the attribution that is applied via the HubSpot Cookie following a form submission is far more advanced. Qualified still had a few fields available to me, though, that I was able to pull from and build a custom workflow in HubSpot to mirror their web analytics setup so that our attribution reporting didn't have any null values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Qualified to help increase our overall web experience for prospects to help guide them across our product offerings, answer their questions quickly and accurately, and convert them into known leads/contacts in our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved working with our amazing CSM Jenn at Qualified. She was a fantastic implementation partner start to finish! Piper is an amazing tool.

The team was agile to our needs and adapted to our unique use case. Nothing to dislike.

Qualified is enabling us to provide more transparent nonfinancial disclosure to our customers and investors.

What do you like best about the product?
Even though I don't interact with Qualified daily, I can see the significant impact it has on our customer-facing teams. Qualified’s intent signals and comprehensive data capture provide crucial insights that I use to build and maintain dashboards. These dashboards help our sales and marketing teams understand visitor behavior and tailor their strategies accordingly. The various pop-up offers allow prospects to interact with the Qualified UI, either by getting in touch with sales or by self-serving to find answers without feeling pressured. The continuous updates and personalized support from our Success Architect make it easier for us to keep up with new functionalities and improve our data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really even a knock on Qualified but the tool is only as good as your selling motion. Qualified is not a silver bullet that can cure bad processes. To truly benefit, you need to understand the ins and outs of your selling motion and know when and where you want to be sending prospective customers. Qualified compounds the effects of a well-understood and efficient selling process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us capture and analyze intent data from website visitors, which is crucial for building accurate and insightful dashboards. Even though I’m behind the scenes, I can see how this data helps our sales team quickly engage high-intent visitors and our marketing team keep visitors interested with personalized content. The ability to retarget visitors after they've left the site is another game-changer, helping our teams maintain engagement and drive revenue more effectively.

A special mention to Sterling, our previous CSM, and Robert, our current CSM, who have been instrumental in maintaining this strong relationship. Their support makes all the difference in the world. They genuinely care about the relationship they build with us, actively seeking to solve any and all problems, even when they are self-inflicted. We don't feel like customers; we feel like true partners with Qualified.
