Really happy with our experience of Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM Robert! As a small marketing team, we're very low on resources and Robert is like an extension to our team.
He understands our product and goals, and comes prepared to all our meeting with suggestions and adjustments for us to make to get the most out of Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of Qualified aren't as easy to use if you don't have the CSM support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us streamline and personalize our Chatbot function which in turn is helping our SDRs have much better quality / higher intent conversations.

Strong, Flexible Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a robust tool that helps you engage with your prospects and customers on your website. It allows for chat, fairly complex meeting and chat routing scenarios, and its Offers (web banners), calendar booking (from form or chat), and intent signals allow for a multi-pronged approach to engagement.

An important factor in our success and happiness with the tool is our Qualified Success Architect. His thoughtful and proactive support has allowed us to do more with the tool, even if internal bandwidth was limited for setting up new Qualified initiatives. He was also fantastic for user training support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Qualified is a powerful tool, a few things still need some optimization, such as the ease of finding a specific visitor within the platform (more clicks than needed) and the juggling needed when syncing with Marketo and Salesforce when using a meeting booker after a form submission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has enabled us to provide live chat during business hours, bot options for off-business hours, the ability to book meetings with interested prospects, and guide our users to relevant materials or support through the chatbot or qualified offers. These features have improved our ability to respond to site visitors' interests promptly and provide a more personalized and relevant experience.

Great support makes all the difference

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has added a ton of new features that are super valuable for markteters who want to create personalized experiences on their website and make sure they are using multiples avenues to keep visitors on the site and interested in your content. The header, exit, and side pop up offers in addition to the intent signals are super valuable for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little confusing and creating new experiences can be a little challenging, but our Success Architect has been incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to set things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us to feild higher intent buyers to our sales team quicker, provide a more personalized chat experience, and put our marketing content right in front of visitors to keep them engaged and active on our website.

Expectations are continuously exceeded!

What do you like best about the product?
We recently implemented Qualified, and my expectations have been exceeded! From the initial discovery call through implementation, this team has been true partners and amazing to work with. They feel like an extension of our team.

Brittany Rhyme and Matt Warnicke were instrumental in our successful implementation. Their expertise, responsiveness, and collaborative spirit truly made the process seamless.

Qualified has exceeded our expectations in delivering high-quality leads to our sales team. We're particularly impressed with Cleo, Smart Meeting Booker, and Qualified Offers. We're excited to continue exploring the platform's capabilities and potential as we further build out our campaigns and strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any dislikes with Qualified!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is delivering higher quality leads to our sales team faster – we are reducing friction for our buyers to contact our team.

The product is great, but the support provided makes it greater

What do you like best about the product?
We've been on the platform for over a year, and it is amazing.

The Qualified team is continually expanding the product and figuring ways to help marketers get their messages to the widest audience possible. They think through that process and hone in on problem areas and are very quick to modify that process if there is a problem.

The best thing about Qualified however, is the support. Our QSA Mike Curley takes it to the next level. Mike always has a method to help increase our conversions and engagement as well as cutting through whatever technical hurdles show up. We're looking forward to pushing our marketing higher with his help. While it's possible to do the admin yourself, if you have a support person, they can do the work to free up your resources to do whatever else needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue with Signals slowing down our database because it was updating all records, even if there weren't changes. I left this with Mike and he worked with the Qualified team to only update records that had changed. This helped their product become better, but also reduced the delay in updating the database.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really solving getting people who are ready to talk to sales talking to sales in the most expedient timing.

Instrumental in Converting Accounts Into Real, Qualified Pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I run our Channel program. Qualified has been instrumental in allowing us to see what channel partners have visited our site, what interests them, and allows us to engage w/ them quickly and efficiently. I feel like we've barely scratched the surface, but the system was very easy to set up, and we use it every single day. The customer support and how easily in integrates with other apps, like Slack, is great. Our QSA, Jennifer Schneider, has been amazing in her understanding of our business, what Qualified can do, and making subsequent recommendations based on that. She is knowledgeable, responsive and has been able to connect what features in Qualified are applicable and impactful to our specific GTM model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely requires knowing your own process and making sure that all pieces of the business are aligned. It's only as good as the process you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing the right leads to the right team. Determining and understanding when a prospect or partner is on the website, giving us business intelligence that drive meaningful conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors. It keeps us updated on performance, offers impressive features, and boosts our pipeline. The support we receive from Rob, our Qualified Success Architect, is unmatched. He knows our system and our business, and continuously offers proactive that add tremendous value to the tool.

Amazing Product and Account Management Team

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Anna has been an absolute pleasure. She and their support team are extremely swift, helpful, and true partners.

We have been implementing their new Piper AI SDR tool and Anna's done an amazing job walking us through setup while making us feel comfortable with the latest product. Piper's been relatively easy to setup.

Qualified's hubspot and salesforce integrations are also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to my qualified experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified + Piper are helping us optimize our website and increase our web conversions. We also leverage Qualified Signals Intent data.

Easy to use interface and incredible support from the success team

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation is simple and clear, and for the most part the features perform as you expect. More than anything though, the success team support has been enourmous in our implementation and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some odd things in the UI that don't impact useability but take some getting used to. As simple as the naming of the different "Experience" types, or the fact that clicking into reporting forces a pop-up to unsave changes every time you navigate anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the process for interested buyers to get time with our reps. Be it through conversations or the meeting scheduler, it helps us skip the back and forth of email and accelerates our speed to lead.
